Alexa app
Love it so much it’s fun to make her fart!!!
Childish
This app doesn’t show you anything that is useful when opening.
Difficult to use
When you fall out you change end Everything at cost cost cost. Hard to log in. Hate. Cat talk to as support as and greet decent info unless you pay an arm and let. No longer love the app
Unreliable app.
We listen to the SAME radio station every morning. Now the device plays other stations when we ask for our favorite station. We have installed the tune in app and set the station as our favorite. No improvement. I regret selling my Bose system. No voice commands on it, but it did what I wanted it to do.
Alexa answers in all my devices with a few second delay?
Didn’t get one of these Alexa to answer my question?
to cool
the ai is so cool love the help i ger fron it
Horrible Alexa Performance
I ask for Elvis Presley Gospel songs. 25 requests and never get what I asked for. Numerous playback that is not Elvis Presley at all. If this persists I will have to cancel.
Response annoying /not responding
I can ask Alexa the time or the temperature, and she has to had an annoying comment such as, Rise and shine! Or, instead of drinking that 2nd cup of coffee, drink water. This is so annoying when I ask her a simple short question. I have turned the response to brief answer. Did not change anything. Alexa is slow to respond when I ask other questions or turns the wrong light on which are labeled differently. Corner lamp and Office light do not sound anything alike. It seems to being less useable and more annoying.
Music only goes on and off
My echo dot plays my pod casts fine, but music is another matter. It used to play music just fine. For the last few months the music can cut off after only 20 seconds, 2 minutes or after 2 songs. It’s totally random. I can play music on my TV with no issues. It makes no sense. The biggest reason I bought the echo dot was for music. I am totally disappointed and disgusted. I have the echo dot hooked up to much better speakers than the TV has too.
I don’t like this app because it is not free.
It’s not that fun and it’s not free
Music
How do we stop music at 16-20 daily’s as it has not been requested.

Appréciation
Très pratique pour les informations rapides
Confusing app
I have a terrible time navigating this app
Can’t get it hooked up
But before this, it was wonderful I would ask it what the weather was the traffic you know what time it is all that kind of stuff and I loved it when I was hooked up, but I can’t seem to get hooked back up. I don’t know what to do, so can you possibly help me out?
Is there a weekly charge y
Is there a new charge. Suddenly Alexia isn’t following commands that worked in the past?
Voice
Voices are too low toned. Need higher pitch
Greatest of inventions
I have three of these brilliant little gizmos. I play music, use is as a med and appointment reminder and morning alarm. I always ask Alexa the weather report so I know how to dress and if I can biked instead of drive my car! Makes my life so much easier! Love them!

You need my bank info?!!
I’m being asked to give my bank info; while the app is saying that my debit card will not be charged. This seems unreasonable and I’m at unease about this. There are many other ways to verify my identity…including, but not limited to my FACE ID. Thanks for offering me a chance to leave a review!
Gg
Ok it is ok ok
Not able to setup
My dot was previously connected but we moved and it will not hookup. The app doesn’t offer me the options I suppose to be able to access to change it over. Terrible app

Why not let me change my Wi-Fi and information so I can use Amazon and the Alexa
I’ve called three times and have gotten no help whatsoever. Doesn’t make sense why don’t you let me change my information so things will work again!! Three times of nobody, knowing how to do it. People move these things happen. I don’t get it. I can’t even get into my Amazon account to change the password it doesn’t Makes sense
What has happenend to the VOLUME?
All of a sudden, I can’t get a good volume on Alexa. In general, she talks about a three level and I just can’t hear it. I ask her to raise the level of her speech and she does. But soon enough she’s back to where it was and I can’t hear it again. What has happened? It never was like this. Is there a way I can fix it?
Alexa has left the building
For a few months.. Alexa would stop playing our selected music after 20/30/60 minutes intermittently without being told to do so (we asked she play for 8hrs everywhere non-stop). Ever since the “new” Alexa was installed (we called support who had us refresh it to original factory standards) she now “literally” plays for 10 seconds! Tried everything - playing SiriusXM, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music… nothing works! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!
