Love it!
Okay. Ive tried many of these gamified trackers. This one for some reason clicked. I absolutely love the widgets. Theyre honestly perfect and cute! I do hope they add more things to do in the app. Im glad the focus is primarily on habit building, but i wish it had a daily to-do section i could add one-off tasks to. Additionally, i wish there was more I could do with my character. Maybe like an afk tower kinda thing? So then i can have my character actually using the armor and weapons i unlock while i use it as background noise or a timer? Idk. Honestly im loving it as it is atm though, it could just use a little more improving :D

Privacy policy missing, bugs
The link to the privacy policy is broken which feels sketchy😞 Otherwise it’s an ok app. There is a bug that prevents you from choosing most of the eye colors and another bug (?) that keeps reviving weekly habits once they are complete.

不是国人做的东西就是这么烂，就是这么想要恰米？就没人去反应问题？最高六个习惯，再去解释就要付费了，允许你盈利，但是你这样搞相当于不付费根本没法玩，你不是为爱发电，纯粹为了盈利，鸡肋的奖励系统，自己不可以给自己自定义奖励，我现实之中完成的任务给我兑换成虚拟货币，我理解，但是你要我用虚拟货币去只能换游戏中的东西我不理解，你这个app难道不是为了帮助用户在现实之中养成好的习惯，那为什么不去弄一个自定义的奖励？玩法，自由度各种方面不如habitical，我用habitical一个月了至今没有付费过，免费的就完全够用，而你付费了甚至好像都没有人家免费的功能？我不相信你是凭空想制作这个app的，论资历habitical比你老吧应该，但是你最核心都地方东西没掌握，属于是给了你标准答案，抄都抄不明白，我以前用安卓手机就思考了、如果我不是苹果手机，我大概率接触的就是你这样的软件，因为没有appstore，接触不了habitical，想着安卓手机能不能找到一个平替呢，结果大失所望，第一你不免费，好歹一点习惯就上限了，还有次数，连击次数也不能设置，抛开审美，那些花里胡哨都东西，你内核就不行，为什么连击是24，不能无限设置，改成99不行？不能像habitical那样弄出更多的目标清单，你这个app做的真是失败我说实话，技能没有职业分工没有，出了时间也不短了，是没人给你反馈？还是自己不改，还是没钱？还是这片土壤不行？希望你们做出满意的app，我也不想中国人用的都是不如人家外国的app，哀其不幸，怒其不争！希望你们好好看看反思，如果可以给我进行回信，那十分感激，如果有必要也可以提供一些经济支持，真心希望你们可以好起来，而不是让我用外国的app habitical，抄袭抄不明白？！
Cute and effective, but could be a little more intuitive
I like the app, but I wish there was a tutorial when you start. It was a little confusing what all the components meant. Also, I’d like to be able to see which of my habits are daily versus weekly versus monthly rather than seeing them all the same in one list to do for the day, which makes it a little overwhelming.

Character Customization
Absolutely love the app, exactly what I’m looking for. I just wish the character customization was better. Kinda kills the emersion when I can’t have the character look how I want skin tone wise.

cool, needs more improvements
this app is super cute, the art and icons are plentiful and well done and the idea is appealing. kinda reminds me of maplestory but for habits! my problems are with the tasks. there needs to be an option to add tasks that don’t reoccur. also, the daily check in option confuses me, it seems like even if i specify “1” in daily check in i still have to click 2 times on the task to fully complete it. the character customization could really benefit from a color-picker wheel, especially for things like skin tone. (also skin tone shouldn’t be buyable, you should be able to choose it for free.) this app has so much potential, and im excited to see where it goes!

別の端末で開くたびに倒れる
同期に問題がある。きちんと習慣をこなしていても、別の端末で開くたびにキャラクターが倒れてレベルが半分になっていくので、さすがに不快になってきた。 レベル上げではなく習慣化が目的と言い聞かせてきたが、レベルを見るたびにがっかりするので、同期の問題が解決するまではHabiticaに戻ります。
I wish there were more options
It would be great to be able to group my tasks by hygiene, mind and body, work, daily tasks, housekeeping, connection, nutrition, etc. I’d like more icons, mental health, and meditation activities as well. I really want different hair and face customization options. Finally, it’s called habicat. I thought you’d get a pet! I also thought we’d use our stats to fight monsters or something. With updates, I can see it being a five star app, but right now it’s a bit lacking.
Great So Far
The app is really simple unlike some other apps I’ve tried, and the pixel art style is pleasing. One thing I think would be a great addition, is mounts for your character or pets you can earn.

was so excited to get started building my character, but had the app for all of 10 minutes before i realized you need to pay to do literally anything. you apparently can’t customize your character or even add more than 5 habits without paying. i know most habit trackers have some sort of paywall, but this is by far the worst i’ve seen. i’m so disappointed :(

突然今までの履歴や獲得アイテム、目標設定が全て消えました…。 アカウントは普通にそのまま残っており、キャラクター名や装着していたアイテムのみは表示が残っているのに、アイテムボックスは全て空。 設定した目標も獲得した功績もアイテムも達成してきた記録も消えてしまっていて、今までコツコツやってきた物がゼロになった気分でテンションだだ下がりです… 調べても同じような現象の方やバグ報告は見つけられず、使用端末も特に何もしていなかったのにこのアプリだけ変なバグのようになってしまい、アプリをタスクキルしたり入れ直したり端末自体を再起動したりと色々しましたが戻りませんでした。 残念ですが諦めてまた新たな1歩を踏み出そうと思います…

Sooooo cute and I love the style. Makes it so much easier for me to stick to my habits. I just wish I could change the hair of my avatar, and I wish there was like a clothing app where you could buy shirts and stuff to customize further.

More options
Overall like the structure An improvement to QOL is more customization. The longer the player customizes the more invested they are in the character. Also need more options like “To dos” and bad habits that damage the player driving personal improvement. I would also recommend a coin system with a store where you can buy rewards such as indulging on things.

Has potential
The art style and icons are great. It’s honestly the best-looking gamified habit tracker that I’ve found. I think the main things that are missing right now are better avatar customization and a to-do list/task creation option. I don’t have a way to create tasks with notes or checklists on this app, which is something very important to me. I also think there are some UI improvements that could be made; for example, I don’t know how to turn off the scheduled reminder for a habit. The app seems pretty new, so I’m excited to see where it goes!
As a gamer, this is perfect
I was on the look out for a way to gamify life more, and this is a perfect addition. With an extensive library of achievements, armor/weapon pieces to collect, and then a stat bar to put it all together, this is absolutely amazing. The app also runs incredibly well. My only issue has been when I wanna reset my character completely or when I die in the survival mode, I still keep items I have unlocked from chests. The reason I don’t like that is because there is suddenly not much risk if I end up losing all my hp and dying. I will still keep all the items I have. I would rather lose everything and start from scratch each time I die. Other than that, I am having a very lovely time with the app and am looking forward to the future updates.

Cool App But I Have Some Suggestions
first, I’d like to say this is a pretty cool app. Though I’ve only been using it for a couple days. I found the gamification of my habits and hobbies incredibly helpful. that said, I do have a couple suggestions. 1. It’s imperative that there be more base avatar options. Though I’m personally a white girl with blonde hair, the fact that that is the only default avatar option is not the vibe in 2024. Please add some additional hair/skin/eyes options for the default avatars. 2. It’d be great if you could add variable levels of difficulty to your habits/hobbies. For instance, let’s say you want to track your reading. Instead of having one habit, i.e. read for 10 minutes, with either a difficulty of easy, medium, or hard, you could have a more broad habit i.e. read, and then different difficulties assigned to the amount of time spent doing that hobby, such as 10 mins-easy; 20 mins-medium; 30+ mins- hard. That way increased levels of productivity irl are reflected in the app more accurately.
Character Skintones
The app itself is really amazing but there needs to be more skin options. It takes 10 minutes to take the existing skins and color them differently. It takes 30 minutes to create a good hairstyle for them, and it takes a day to code. It’s not that much work to feel included
Exactly what I’ve been looking for!
I tried other habit apps that boast gamification for a while, but none quite worked out for me for very long. There was an app that was similar to this one, but it just didn’t stick for me. I don’t remember how I found this app, but I’m so happy I did! From all the habit customizations to the challenges that were recently introduced, there is soooo much potential in this app that I didn’t even hesitate to sub at the low monthly tier. I look forward to future updates!

Super cute tracker!
This tracker has actually worked for me compared to some of the other ones I've used! It's very simple, and I can see it gaining more features too. I think more stat categories would be nice, like charisma (ex: Social events) and dexterity (ex: developing skills). Also, maybe a Pomdoro timer? The character is a nice customizable, and I can imagine the timer would be something like an animation of your character dungeon crawling for the time you set! It would be super cute!! Overall, cute and simple habit tracker that I would love to see developed more!
Only (but big) con: Character Customization
This is SO much better than habitify but …. I ultimately uninstalled it bc I couldn’t stand the only “appearances” being a white fair skinned male or female with blonde hair. I even paid for premium to see if customizations would open up. The skin tone options could be rainbow colors, same with the hair. Doesn’t have to be the realistic brown spectrum. I just wish it was either fun or personalized instead of singular. Hair style variations would be cool too. Maybe even animals instead of humans? The logo is a cat after all. It’s just not motivating to look at a white blonde girl every day, hard to see her as myself mentally. Obviously this is just a a personal preference. Otherwise I think it’s well designed.
I use this everyday now
This is such an ingenious app. It makes working on my habits very rewarding and enjoyable — well, I also like to game so I’m not going to deny I’m partial towards the whole theme. The monthly challenge in survival mode is a good incentive. I became eventually emotionally attached, not wanting to lose my progress on my habits and character 😂 I’ve been using it for a month straight without missing a day. It’s helping me keep healthy tabs on my own achievements and reframing my day in a more positive light - if one part of my day fails me, there are other areas that can possibly make up for it. Plus I look forward to the gears and the rankings. Thank you so much!
No varying skintones/ character customization options
Really wanted to use this app, but the lack of character customization and skin tone options is a no go for me. I like to make characters that look like me so I can imagine myself as the character in the game - and as of now that isn’t possible - you’re stuck with a blue eyed blonde character that represents a small portion of the population. Sad because the features and gamified tasks look really polished. Would love to try this again if new features are added!! But as of now I’ll keep hunting for a more inclusive gamified tasks manager

Simple yet buggy
I had a good streak going for a couple weeks. Logged into the app on a second phone. Rather than use the iCloud save it started a new character. When I logged back into it on the first phone my progress was lost it said my characters died. Died from what?
Monthly Boss Bug
I really enjoy this app because it has helped me build better habits and a consistent routine. However, I encountered a bug during the first monthly boss. I was close to reaching the required damage for the badge when my character was eliminated from the leaderboards and my progress erased. Even now it shows all the days I checked-in the habit, but the damage I dealt does not match the amount of times I checked-in. I hope this bugs gets fixed so that other like myself do not miss out on collecting badges they worked to achieve. I still love the app and I look forward to what more can be implemented. No hard feelings, the app still accomplishes what it sets out to do. Edit: I just realized that the bug was fixed 11 hours ago. I did not realize because for some reason I have to manually check the App Store for updates. It’s a shame I missed out on the badge. I would love to somehow earn it since I have proof of my check-ins.

Very helpful for ADHD & Depression
This has helped me find a motivator to help make good habits, the full version isnt expensive like many others, and the only downside I have is that the Strength, Intelligence, and Agility stats seem to have zero function besides a number to go up. Everything else is great, I would recommend trying 1 month and then buying the lifetime subscription if you enjoy it!
Needs more categories!
I like this app, I do. I like the simple format compared to other gamefied task managers, but we need the option to create more categories! Like for Health or for Social goals!
