2) Required permissions for Sonnet Shift: to track your trips, you must enable Location Services (“Allow all the time” with precise location turned on), Physical Activity, and allow the app to run in the background (“Always allow”). 3) Battery impact from Sonnet Shift: While a trip is in progress, the app uses battery similar to other navigation apps. When you’re not driving, battery usage is minimal.
