Confirmation Pop-up
Great app overall, but I have one suggestion that would really improve the user experience. Please consider adding a confirmation screen before a clock-in or clock-out is submitted. Currently, once the button is tapped, the app immediately takes a photo and submits the attendance. It’s easy to accidentally tap the wrong button, and there’s no chance to cancel or correct the mistake. A simple confirmation pop-up like “Are you sure?” before the final submission would help prevent accidental clock-ins and clock-outs. I believe this small change would be very helpful for many users. Thank you!
bad
It's pretty user-unfriendly. Some features are hard to find or missing on mobile, so you really need a desktop.

Worksy Helps me do my job efficiently
The worksy system helps me a lot to simplify my work where it can store data very efficiently and with just one click all the data can be changed into a summary. In addition, for attendance, worksy uses location and for me it is better than using punch cards. All employees can use this application because it is easy to use. I am very satisfied using this application and the customer service is also excellent. Thank you Worksy
Bad
Need to keep update…
Worksy app
An iphone user app still have certain restriction of use.overall still can manage to have basic usage.already have great update and can overview multiple features. Still user friendly and ease of use.
Apps features is not working on iPhone version
Apps store version is not working to review on leave entitlement feature, require to login on safari version to see on full feature.. very slow to respond for customer support, as reporting side cannot be customize as promise during pre-installation Only get time off record, there is no feature to record on staff on business travel (no request feature) Attendance record on PH, weekend is not capture, when we ask for support, no concrete reason on no attendance capture, as we raised ticket support still no solution given by Customer Service as they lack technical knowledge on system then they blame on their own programming..

Hi. Our office currently using this app for clock in and out. But the problem is, Worksy apps didn’t pop up any notifications if we got any request or approval from our HOD or manager. We need to check EVERYDAY if got anything to approve. It’s more easier if notification pop up on screen so no need to check it everyday ! Developer for this apps please fix it. Thanks!
