Description

Freediving Breath Trainer is a structured dry breath-hold trainer for beginners.

Start with a comfortable baseline: hold only while relaxed, and stop as soon as you need to breathe. The app uses that baseline to generate a sequence of guided CO₂ and O₂ sessions using fixed training-table values.

WHAT YOU GET

A completion-driven 28-day training cadence

21 guided sessions with clear voice and timer cues

24- or 48-hour recovery spacing after completed sessions

Progress tracking and personal-best history

An optional comfortable retest after the final session

A new cycle generated from your latest baseline

FREE ACCESS

Onboarding, the comfortable baseline, personal-best history, and the first guided session are free.

PRO ACCESS

Continue with the remaining guided sessions using either the annual or monthly Pro plan. Eligible annual subscribers can try Pro for seven days. Pricing and availability are shown by Apple before purchase.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

This app is for dry training only. Never use it in water. Do not hyperventilate. Train only while sitting or lying down somewhere safe, and stop immediately for discomfort, dizziness, or as soon as you need to breathe.

Freediving Breath Trainer is not medical advice, a medically validated programme, or certified freediving instruction. It does not guarantee an outcome.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Restore previously purchased access from Settings or the paywall.
