Cai a conexão muitas vezes. Ruim.

Tem que tomar cuidado com questão de período de teste. Entrei pelo período de teste de 7 dias, porém foi pedido o cartão e cobrou na mesma hora. Chequei na Apple e mostra que se cancelar a assinatura vai até Ago/27, ou seja, foi cobrado e não tenho os 7 dias.
Dificuldade com as prescrições
Muito difícil de realizar as prescrições pelo app!!!!!
Bom, mas não funcional…
App com boas funções, mas a usabilidade nas prescrições está limitada. Não há praticamente como navegar na tela com essa nova interface.

O app é bom, mas preço exorbitante. A tabela sigtap está desatualizada, tentei achar um local no app para reportar o problema e não achei. Para o preço que cobram, é inadmissível que não tenha suporte ao cliente.

Na barra inferior da minha versão do app, mesmo após a atualização, ainda não aparece a aba Prescrição Digital. Na minha versão web já aparece normalmente.

Assinei a muito tempo já havia esquecido, pelo iCloud fui usar hoje não aparece a licença nem no meu celular nem na web, e o suporte de vcs é muito ruim… não encontro local pra falar com atendente.
Era perfeito, até essa atualização
Dia 18/08 saiu uma nova atualização que simplesmente removeu os widget, e pra um autista, é muito ruim essa mudança na rotina de encontrar o aplicativo. Mas sim continuarei usando, é o melhor app de busca de receitas médicas. Obrigado equipe !! vcs são fantásticos.
