Very dissatisfied
Payed for next day delivery, it came 2 days later, and instead of sending me the shoe size I ordered (11.5 UK), they just threw in a 29.5 EU size shoe. Now I have to wait for weeks to get my money back, it’s not worth the hassle from buying from deichmann, especially not on this app.

Ich bin echt enttäuscht von der Größen aus Wahl man kann nicht erkennen ob der Schuh für breite oder für schmale Füße sind bitte ändert das dann würde ich öfter mal neue Schuhe kaufen. Dann würde ich auch 5⭐️ geben

Oceňujem prístup k rýchlej adoptácií nového rozhrania Liquid Glass od vývojára Apple, mohli by ste sa ešte pohrať s tým že pridáte aj ten tmavý režim.
App funktioniert nicht richtig
Jedes Mal, wenn ich etwas filtern möchte, geht gar nichts mehr auf der App und die Sachen beim Filter kann ich nicht anklicken. Ich habe die App schon mehrmals aktualisiert wenn sie aktualisiert werden musste und es funktioniert funktioniert nie.
Digitaler Kassenbon
Sehr schade das es immer noch keinen digitalen Kassenbon in Ihrer App gibt! So etwas sollte Standard heutzutage sein oder setzen Sie etwa bei Deichmann noch nicht auf Nachhaltigkeit?! Und dies wäre nur eine Kleinigkeit auf digitale Kassenbons umzustellen. Danke im Voraus für die Aufmerksamkeit.

Super sketchers women. Gut u passend geschnitten, und relativ gutes Material, super Sohle, nicht zu hoch aber ergonomisch bestens u man läuft wie auf Wolken. Schön leicht, trotzdem qualitativ hochwertig so muss es sein absolut toller Schuh

Nur eine wohl möglich
Man kann nur eine Zielgruppe wählen, ich kaufe aber auch für meinen Man und meine Tochter ein. Ich muss dann jedes Mal die App löschen, weil ich nicht Kinder, Herren und Damen wählen kann.

Die App ist gut aufgebaut, aber dass man ständig abgemeldet wird ist ziemlich nervig.

Great shoes, TERRIBLE APP
I have been buying these shoes for ages and was delighted when app came out. And that’s where my delight stopped. There is nothing good about the app: it’s slow, not clear, dull (who chooses grey colours to promote the product!!!!), you can not zoom into each product, constantly crashes, registration and order process are tedious....shall I go on?? I am finding myself constantly deleting and reinstalling the app, in a hope it will improve....but sadly not. Please, PLEASE do something about it! I’m sure you would have more customers if you improve your app.

Die App ist an sich gut aufgebaut und übersichtlich, man findet schnell passende Schuhe. Was mich aber wirklich stört: Man bleibt nicht dauerhaft angemeldet und muss sich immer wieder neu einloggen. Das ist einfach nervig. Außerdem ist die Retouren-Funktion verbesserungswürdig. Wenn man mehrere Schuhe bestellt hat, kann man bei der Rücksendung oft nur einen Teil auswählen (z. B. nur 3 Artikel) und den Rest nicht. Dadurch muss man extra in die Filiale gehen, um alles zurückzugeben.

I love your shoes, for style and price cannot be beaten but please, please, please ad more UK size 10 or euro 44 to your heels ranges and not the fuddy old flat ranges.....let us bigger girls have access to your more trendy styles, so frustrating not having the same choice as my other girlfriends:( Your app is absolutely useless for searching large sizes too.....sort these issues out Deichmann and become the perfect shoe store and sales platform.......please:)

Man kommt beim Bestellprozess nie weiter
Es ist immer wieder das gleiche. Seit ca 6 Monaten versuche ich immer mal wieder über die App einzukaufen. Ich habe leider unter der Woche keine Zeit um privat oder online Shoppen zu gehen, daher kann ich nur Sa oder So.Jedes Mal wenn ich in der App einkaufen möchte, gibt es nur in der App zusätzlich %, was ich super finde. Leider kann ich diese nie nutzen, das die App mich zwar bis zum ausgewählten Artikel lässt, aber ab der Größenauswahl komm ich nicht weiter. Das Rad dreht sich und dreht sich. Das nervt ungemein. Ich habe schon mehrmals die App entfernt und wieder installiert. Was ich nicht verstehe, warum dieses Problem ( was es schon länger gibt ) nicht gelöst wird? Die App ist einfach und verständlich aufgebaut, daher zwei Sterne. Aber wenn man darüber nicht einkaufen kann, bringt diese überhaupt nichts.
Retoure über App nicht möglich
Ich finde die App eigentlich ganz klasse. Schuhe suchen,finden, ab in den Einkaufswagen und bezahlen. Das Problem kommt erst, wenn man Schuhe retournieren möchte. Die Seite öffnet sich, aber dann ist sie wie eingefroren. Schuhe, die weiter unten in der Liste stehen, kann ich nicht auswählen und somit ist die ganze Retoure einfach nicht möglich. Wirklich schade!

Scanner very poor
I downloaded this app purely so that I could scan the bar code on a returns label and thereby obtain a receipt. What a waste of time as the scanner just shut down before it could focus and read the bar code. I have deleted the App and I do not recommend.
No back button
I love deichmann shoes however the app has one major flaw. When browsing through the collection and selecting a pair to look at in more detail, you can't go back to the collection you were in. You have to start from the beginning. It's extremely frustrating especially as this should be an easy and logical feature to add.

Erhebliche Preisreduktion immer erst dann, wenn kaum noch genügend Schuhe in der gängigsten Damen Schuh - Größe 38/39 vorhanden sind, meist sind diese sofort ausverkauft.

Verbesserungswürdig
Die App stürzt ständig ab und schließt sich dann von selbst. Ich werd auch ausgeloggt. Ziemlich nervig wenn man einfach nur mal stöbern will oder seine Bestellung überprüfen möchte.
Nervig, häufiger Absturz
An sich ist die App gut und übersichtlich gestaltet aber es nervt dass bei Nutzung innerhalb von 10 min die App 5-6 mal abstürzt. Einfach so schließt sie sich und das macht das ganze echt kompliziert und man verliert die Lust aufs stöbern. Dann gehe ich doch lieber online auf die Seite und bestelle dort.

Rubbish! Can't select the size and add to basket!
Absolutely useless app. It doesn't let me select my size and add to the basket... Can't use this for online shopping! Real shame as I love Deichmann shoes. The website is not helpful either as I can't select half sizes. This means I can only shop in store. Very unhappy.
stürzt ständig ab
finde die app an sich gut leider stürzt sie immer nach so fünf minuten ab und wenn man länger gescrollt hat muss man immer von vorne anfangen... sehr schade ☹️
Retoure über App kaum nutzbar
Insgesamt funktioniert die App ganz gut, ist intuitiv bedienbar und besser aufgebaut als die mobile Website - die hat nämlich keine Suchfunktion. Nur die Retoure über die App ist nicht zu Ende gedacht - das erstellte Retoure-Label lässt sich nicht drucken oder anderweitig öffnen. Ich musste nun mein erstelltes Label über die Website aufrufen. Das geht besser.

Great shoes but awful app!
Shame this app is so bad as I love their shoes but it makes it so difficult to buy through this. It is very user unfriendly, keeps freezing, closing unexpectedly and then after lots of time and effort it deleted all the items from my basket! Sort out the app and you will get more customers!
Schuhgröße 47 nicht auswählbar
Leider kann man in der App keine Schuhgrößen über 46 filtern. Aber in den Stores kann man Schuhgröße 47 kaufen, warum nicht über die App?

Issues and what went well… Issues: 1) There was meant to be a discount on the footwear if I used the app, which was note applied. 2) When you search for an item then try to filter or sort, the filter and the sorting function do not work. I had to take different steps on the app to see if it would filter. It seems I could filter after I went through the categories section to find what I was looking for (items I had already seen on the website). 3) When using the app, there was no way to track the order made. What went well: Visually, the app looks like it has been designed well.
Great shoes, but app is a bit crap
I agree. Shoes are AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL. But, app is not that beautiful. Is not working properly and keep freezing. It's quite hard to find arrow to go back to the overview :-/ maybe this could be changed? I would also change 'sections' and add few more i.e. Main category Women: and below: flat, heels, trainers, accessories. And again: men: and below: casual, trainers etc. that is just thoughts :)
