- Purchases often don't show up
- Bonuses are too hard to get
Excellent game but has problems
Games are fun to play with lots of challenges. But often when you win a bunch of coins the game freezes, forcing you to close it without collecting your coins. As you must buy coins for real money with your reward only virtual by winning tournaments or more play coins, a frozen game is very frustrating. The bug needs attention as one reviewer noted above. I have a new iPhone so the problem is not mine. In the last three days different slots have frozen so I will not play until it is fixed. I lost too many winnings!
Scammers
This app will repeatedly over charge for any in game purchases and make no attempt to fix or make right
Fun!
Fun game, play it everyday.
I’m
Good
Down hill
I’ve been playing lucky play for quite some time the games are good. But lately the pay outs are low and far between. The free spins all suck now. You’re lucky to break even for the initial spin. Plus the cost of chips is outrageous compared to other sites. If they can charge $12 for a few billion then they should buy them back at the same price.
Lucky Play Casino
Love, love this app! I'm into bingo and slot tournaments, and this app is the best of both! My only complaint is that I've never been able to get enough coins to enter the more expensive tournaments. Thank you! Marie Kaufman Dec, 2021 What’s up with no support? I’m sure you know there’s a problem with the bingo game - plays with one person, no option to end game (therefore, no collecting winnings)! Try to contact support on app & it crashes! How do I get my money refunded UPDATE, JUNE, 2026. STILL LOVE THIS GAME, BUT NOW, MY BINGO IS NOT WORKING ON IT. SUPPORT IS NO HELP AT ALL. WHATS UP WITH THIS!? And, every time I go to write a review, my previous ones are still here! So, I’m just wasting my time - looks like they’re not even getting printed/posted, under reviews.😳😫
Just another casino game that starts well, but ended up rigged.
Very disappointing game, developed to draw you in then drains your chips once you’re doing well. Don’t mind the AD’s, just can’t stand the formula, which becomes largely rigged and huge waste of time. This game has now been delated, comments posted are based on most recent experiences.
Not the same
Doesn’t allow you to add you player # anymore
The game will not come in, if I take it off .
Fix the game, i .
Fun App
I love this app, but at the moment can only give 3 stars. There is an issue when the Firebull slots is used for the daily slot game or rumble. It causes issues loading the app, it almost always crashes during the game and normally 3-4 times requiring the user to close and reopen the app. Every other slot seems unaffected
Broken
Why is casino down 2 days
Lucky play
This game is a scam.60 extra spins it takes you to win when you only need 7million. Never will I spend any money on this game again. Rigged 450 tickets and you only win once. The one star is overrated. Only game I know that takes your money and doesn’t even give your tickets. Game is a fraud
Wow
It's great with so many choices
App frequently down
Don’t spend a lot of money on this game app, the system is frequently down and can take a whole day for it to come back.
Can’t get in game
Cannot get into your game for 2 days keeps kicking me out
Bueno súper
Bueno
Hard game
Not enough free coins hard to win
Lucky play
Enjoyable game
Lack of wins
Hard to even win anything and bonuses are well let’s just say you’re lucky if you get one.
Ads
Was a lot better. Now ads keep popping up and freeze so you have to exit and relaunch. Bush league.
Good
I like the game
No wins
No wins!!
I like it a lot
Nice games, very addictive
Casino
You can not play the tournament games since you done the last maintenance
Jeux
Beaucoup de but mais bien
Relaxing
Great slots and bonuses love it
What a joke
You can never win to keep playing. You spin and spin and no wins or bonus rounds. And if you get lucky and get a bonus round, you don’t win much. This game is so boring, at least make it enjoyable and let a person win a little to keep wanting to play and to keep coming back. So many better games out there, stay away from this one!
Good
This is a good all round game!
Chip thieves
Purchase chips and don’t receive them half the time.

Fun site.
Slots play smoothly, easy to earn lots of points.
Bonuses
Easier treasure hunt ....what a joke!!! And use your tickets...what a joke ...too cheap to give tickets?? A what about rare free spins and bonuses...wonder if they exists!!!!
Patience needed
Nice looking game and that's all. If you are not bothered about losing spins after losing spins then this is the game for you. Free spins so hard to get and when they do happen they don't pay out. Such a shame because the game looks as if it could be good.
Problem
Opens to spinning slots Then oops error and requests to restart. This has been going on for two days. I have. Large amount of play built up. Will not restart app and lose my chips. Please fix this!
Lucky Play
This app used to be great. I have not been able to use it ever since I upgraded to iOS 26. I have tried 3 times to connect support with no success, and they told me that I need to reinstall it. THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!
Manda
Great game .. Lots of big wins and challenges
Starting
So far not bad. Let's see how it continues
Payout need improvement
Daily challenges are fun but it's rare to make it past the first challenge without spending real money. 👎
Treasure Hunt
My favorite game. First thing in the morning. This is day 2 it is not working . 😡 I have ask them to fix it with no avail. They won’t even answer my letters I’m so upset. I work hard for my coins.
Slot
The biggest DELINQUENT organization,or company ever seen, not one of the big one, it’s the biggest no questions ask
Cool
Great game to play with your morning cofee
Ratings
Purchased 3 lots of coins ($300k plus) and went through them too quickly. The odds for the players do not seem to be very good at all. Won't make another purchase.
Lucky slots
Great rewards
Problem
I’m unable to get onto your game tonight. I have deleted it and re-reinstalled it and I hope that I have my game still but I don’t know because I still can’t get on it. Something is wrong. I hope that you will fix this game. I enjoy playing it but somethings wrong with it. It will not load. I know it’s not my phone. I have a very expensive very good phone and everything else that I have loads fine. So I’m hoping that you will figure out what is wrong with your game and fix whatever it is because I do like playing it thank you. Just thought I would let you know.
Terrible
Don’t waste your time or money. The payouts are terrible.
Good fun
Good pokie but hard!!!
Needs improvement
Bonuses and free spins are too far and few between. You need to improve this is you want this player to keep playing.
Love
Great
