Καλή η γνωστή εφαρμογή, αλλά πλέον δεν έχει τις πινιάτες και τις προσφορές που είχε παλιά. Αν είναι να παίρνω πινιάτα για ανθοπωλείο μεσημεριάτικα που ο κόσμος θέλει να φάει, να γελάσει κάθε πικραμένος…

Τα τέσσερα αστέρια είναι επειδή υπάρχουν σημεία της εφαρμογής που δεν έχει καλή προσβασιμότητα με το VoiceOver. Την χρησιμοποιώ σχεδόν καθημερινά.

Εχουν αυξηθεί όλα τα κόστη (delivery - απόσταση), ενώ το φαγητό πολλές φορές έρχεται χτυπημένο - χυμένο κ ούτω καθεξής.

Μια ώρα και 20 λεπτά,καφέ για 2 καφέδες από περιοχή Καλλιθέα σε περιοχή της Καλλιθέας με την πενιάτα! Οκ λογικό γιατί αν δούμε έκπτωση τρέχουμε όλοι σαν τα σκυλιά οπότε έχει κόσμο Αλλά, Barato καφέ Προσοχή πάνω από 1 ώρα παραγγελία Απογοήτευση

Αίσχος οι έξτρα χρεώσεις
Αρχικά σαν εφαρμογή είναι καλή, λειτουργική και εύκολη με πολλές επιλογές. Αλλα οι έξτρα χρεώσεις που βάζουν πλέον κ ανέρχονται πάνω από 1€ στην παραγγελία είναι αίσχος! Και επίσης να επαναφέρουν τα σχόλια στα καταστήματα, όχι απλά αστεράκια. Διότι άλλο το φαγητό και άλλο το delivery.
Down the drain
Id given 5 stars. Now its down to 1. Dont know what happened. 10/10 times they claim delivery in X minutes but last minute while the bike is on its way suddenly the bike freezes for half an hour and delivery time just keeps on getting extended.
Poor Service
They mark orders as delivered when they’re not, and when you contact them, they waste your time by letting you wait for long (almost an hour in my case). They are thieves!!! Not gonna use it again! I’ll start using Wolt

Γίνονται πολλά λάθη μεταξύ της συνεργασίας των συνεργατών σας σε συνδυασμό με τα μαγαζιά ξεχνάμε πράγματα δεν βλέπουν σωστά τις παραγγελίες . Πρέπει να υπάρχει καλύτερη επιτήρηση ειδικά σε μαγαζιά που έχουν πολύ δουλειά

Worst by the day
Used to love this service. Getting worse every day. Guessing duopoly really means horrible service, no customer support amd poor choice of restaurants.
Tiny font
The app is very good and revolutionary for Greek society. BUT does efood expect users to have 20/20 vision in order to use its app? The font is extremely small, smaller than any other app I have ever used. Not only that, but the text is a light grey against a white background. Completely unreadable! I have enabled zoom on my phone settings just for this app. This has been the case for years now. Time to change! Let’s be more inclusive!
Πολύ δύσκολο στην πληρωμή
Με την εφαρμογή είναι εύκολη η δημιουργία μίας παραγγελίας. Για μένα όμως στο τελικό στάδιο (πληρωμή) ήταν αδύνατο να γίνει η πληρωμή με ApplePay, με κάρτα ή μετρητά. Μπόρεσα τελικά να πληρώσω με PayPal, κι αυτό με την τρίτη προσπάθεια. Δεν ξέρω αν θα ξαναχρησιμοποιήσω την εφαρμογή

Very hard to operate the user interface. SMS validation didn’t work, so I had to install another app.

Where is the English version????
You claim to offer English in efoods! Really show me? When you click on the English version you get some of the descriptions in English and the rest is Greek? Why wouldn’t you offer a 100% translation?? Sorry this is such a turnoff! Can’t order something from efoods if I don’t know what I am getting!!
No English translation
The menus are written in Greek language. If you do not speak Greek, it’s very difficult to understand what dishes these are, especially if you have allergies or special dietary requirements.

Good app but…
I really like most aspects of this app, but some things need fixing (rather changing, as it’s likely a silent feature given that cash is probably a head ache for this app and it’s partners 😡). YOU KEEP AUTO SWITCHING MY PAYMENT METHOD TO CARD AND I KEEP GETTING CHARGES I DON’T WANT WHEN I EVENTUALLY FORGET. Especially since all other similar apps I use don’t do this (Deliveroo, UberEats)! Giving 2 starts in hopes a dev sees this. Would othersise give 4.5 or so!

I would like to say that the food is very delicious but it is late sometimes But my overall opinion is that the food is amazing and you should try it too
Pizza To Die For
We started using this place as it was convenient to the vets we started using Vetolology and our appointments were to late to cook. We then downloaded efood and found the pizza place online so it was a great bet to just keep ordering from them. The pizza is always fresh and the chips and salad is always really really nice.
🚫 Terrible Experience with eFood — Avoid at All Costs!
I placed a grocery order and waited way past the estimated delivery time. When it finally arrived, key ingredients were missing, and they sent red onions instead of brown. I was starving, and by the time this completely useless order arrived, the shop had already closed — I literally had nothing to eat. And guess what? They didn’t even refund me for the mistake. Still hungry and trying to stay hopeful, I placed another order the next morning, just to meet their minimum order requirement. I wasted hours trying to use their ridiculous €3 coupon that didn’t even cover all charges or foreign exchange fees. I tried three different cards, Apple Pay, and even cash, and the payment only went through when I stopped using the coupon. What a joke‼️ Every time I reached out to customer service, they either cut me off or brushed me aside — no solution, no care, no accountability whatsoever. For my second order, I even left a clear note: “If any item is unavailable, please cancel the entire order.” But no — they sent the wrong item again. At this point, I’ve spent hours trying to get help, but eFood customer service is absolutely useless. They offered me a refund only for onions (again!) and then ended the chat every single time I tried to hold them responsible. This company clearly does not care about its customers. Once they take your money, you’re on your own. I’ve never experienced such poor service, lack of respect, and total disregard for basic customer support. In the end, I was STILL left UNABLE TO MAKE MY MEAL‼️ If you use their services don’t be surprised to have a chicken soup with no chicken and an empty stomach. eFood is a total scam — avoid it at all costs!
Terrible service
They charge you for food, from a store that doesn’t deliver to the area! Then make you wait for the money to be refunded! No compensation or apology! Use wolt much better service and you can even track the order! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Waste of Time
The app forces you to confirm your phone number at checkout but won’t send the confirmation number via SMS.
Should all be in english
Its insane that the whole app is not wnglish just saying !! Really like even a half menue in english its just crazy think about it if you were living else where !!
Service unmatched
From the order to the delivery and the portion, I was impressed. The restaurant called to ensure I had my order in time. The food was well packaged and hot.

Password reset failure
Το password reset journey ήταν αρκετά δυσλειτουργικό, προσπάθησα αρκετές φορες χωρίς αποτέλεσμα. Η επιλογή διεύθυνσης επίσης με ταλαιπώρησε.
Requires Better Quality Check
Half of my orders so far have been cancelled from shops and product availability is limited in many of the stores. Efood is a great platform, but better quality checks are required for the businesses selling within.
