When i press scan it crashes on my i phone.
User integration/experience
Just simply sucks. Trash, basura of an app. How is this app available on The App Store?!
Talk to me
I like the app , but it would definitely be great if you could get badges or some kind of alert when a new manifest has been added
Dark Mode
Can we get a dark mode for IOS users?
Been using for years.
This app has its ups and downs. Currently, as of today's date, sometimes when you hit sign for people to leave a signature, you have to move the screen up and down so that it will open up. I have an iPhone running 26.3. Hopefully this gets fixed soon
Works great
Never had a problem. Works great for my job. Dispatcher never has a problem sending me jobs and I never have a problem receiving jobs 👍🏼
worst app ever
i have NEVER reviewed an app before but oh my god this is the worst i have ever used. had to download for my job. it takes FOREVER to update when you've scanned all of your packages in, then sometimes takes a long time to process a delivery. overall SUCKS
Crashing on iPad mini
The app won’t pass the agreement page. When I hit agree, it just closes! PLEASE FIX APP I ERASED AMD REDOWNLOADED MULTIPLE TIMES 🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
Please add a share option for the documents.
The app works good now but you still can’t print documents from the app. I can see all the documents perfectly but you have to take a screenshot and editing it to print then.
Accounts
Is there a way to use 2 separate accounts on this platform?
Terrible app
$10.99 for this trash is wild. Its hard to believe its existed for 10+ years & its still this bad. Devs are either grossly incompetent or just scammers, no in between.
New update worse
I can barely hit the back button because the app is now zoomed out and the button is under the time in the top left corner of my phone….
Missing features after update
I recently updated the app and two features are now gone. 1. I can no longer click to call. 2. I can no longer launch IPhone maps from within the app. On the other hand, the signature box is now much larger. Thanks for that. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max , latest software.
Biggest piece of garbage app I’ve ever had to use so many problems. Don’t see how they stay in busin
Companies need to stop wasting their money and get a better app service EC Mobile is the absolute worst
Update for new iPhones
We need an update for new iPhones and mobile devices, the app is not well optimized for the new phones
Who put this override button in here
The override button is really not needed. Adds time to every stop. I close out every stop mostly before I get there. Hate it!!
Fake GPS detected
Every time I log in to the app it constantly says to turn off fake GPS. I have to delete the app and reinstall it every morning to get it to stop making a dinging noise. And start working again
GPS functionality
Gps functionality gone with latest update, please fix Font size on latest update is too small
Crashes Frequently
Whenever I try to use the scan or camera feature it crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled along with making sure my phone was up to date. Don’t know what else to do.
It’s trash
Ima need my money back, this app is trash #refund
No map for delivery.
Why does this have app No map with delivery locations so we can route the most efficient route. That’s the basic of all delivery apps.
Free on android
That is all.
Disappointed
I spend $10.00 to get this app since the company I work with use it American Expediting . Let me say that it almost never works I constantly had to reboot the app the get to work properly. Such a disappointment cause there’s many free apps that work better. Has potential to be better if you developers make the necessary changes.
