Choosing Provider
It was difficult to review information when more than one provider utilizes the app. I finally figured it out. It would be helpful if the provider sending a message or lab results came up automatically when communication is sent to patients. Thank you

This electronic medical record is difficult to navigate. Nothing is simple. Office visits are missing or saved at a place other than where the others are found. I prefer MyChart used by my PCP, other specialist and hospitals used. It is easier for me to navigate and for my physicians to see my medical records. I have not even figured out how to see my lab and radiologic results.
Nice App unless multiple docs
It is nice info usually. But some things need to go to specific office. It is often hard to find info between different accounts. I have a number of doctor’s offices and it is hard to switch between them.

Message show no date it was sent. Really poor as an App. I wish my Dr would not use this.

Great app, very convenient, it took a bit to get used to using it, once I did, it got easier to use, thankyou😃
No integration with password managers and filling out forms
App does not work with Apple password or 1Password, meaning every thing is typed in or a copy/ paste operation. Pasting into the password field create an error. Message in red saying field cannot be empty. The only way I find around this is to delete the app restart and get stuck at the paste field again

I can’t give this less than one star or I would
This is a terrible app, forced upon me by my child’s doctor’s office. I can only make one login for one child, so anyone with more than one family member-beware!

App issues
This app makes me verify my SMS and email address over and over. There’s no reason for it. Also, there is a limit to the number of characters you can enter in a message. I entered information into a message, but my guess is it was too long because when I hit the checkbox, it did absolutely nothing when I went back to look at it just disappeared
Works, but confusing
The design for this app is strange. As if it tried very hard to not feel like an iOS app. The pie chart thing is an interesting choice, and the flip transition between exps is kinda funky. What about a plain bottom bar instead of splitting into two separate flows? Also wish I could swipe to navigate back instead of having to explicitly hit back Overall, navigating the app is bizarre

Something isn’t right
I request refills and very often they are not sent to the pharmacy. I don’t know why.
Did my refill request go through or not?
I cannot tell whether my request has been sent and received, or disappeared.
Question
I can’t get our new podiatrist on here. When I hit search, nothing comes up. I need to report something to him and it’s a weekend.
App
I usually prefer leaving positive reviews. Unfortunately, this is not really the case with this app. I find that it is not very intuitive. It just seems a bit cumbersome to move around in. With my new doctors office, which is using the app, I don’t know if some of that is that they are getting some of their information situated in there and that is part of the problem? But my other Doctor Who uses it, and they appear to have it a little bit more dialed in right at this point. The app is still not the easiest to navigate through.

Error in data
The appt showed an appointment that had been cancelled for months. If the app doesn’t update appointments, then the medical information is not updating. These errors do not instill confidence in the application or the medical services I am receiving.

Medicine cabinet is a huge help and so are the notifications
Not customer-centric
I do not see how this app can receive such high marks from other people. I find it a pain to use, particularly the continuous sign in prompt when the app loses focus because you had to check on something else.

Hard to manage
This is the most difficult medical app I have ever used. It is NOT user friendly.
Improvements needed
It needs to be likable to my chart. It also needs visit reviews available to see. It also needs test results reviewable.

The app works great I find it easy to use and it’s really easy to figure it all out… give it a try.
Impossible to Get Support
Trying to set a new practice in this app. The code the office provided is not found. I tried using the practice name, doctor name, address and phone number. I can log into the web portal but not the app. So I re-installed the app and it wiped out my other two doctors. I cannot set those up now either. Practice names, doctor names, phone numbers, and addresses NOT found. There is no way to get technical help though the app … I get stuck in an unhelpful loop. I have called the 1st office to check the practice code and they say I have the correct code. I have spent way too much time trying to fix the issue and this REVIEW seems to be the only way I might get lucky enough to get some help. This Healow app has never worked smoothly for me even with the two practices that I eventually added to it. And now they are gone as well. It’s a TERRIBLE Health care app. I hope someone at Healow sees this and tries to help.
