Charged my card even though meal was undeliverable
Sweetgreen offers “outposts” at various locations. I ordered (after acknowledging that outpost pricing is higher than store pricing), my credit card was charged, and then the app informed me that delivery to that location was temporarily unavailable. When I resubmitted my order, assuming (1) it was a temporary glitch and (2) that the payment had already been collected, a new pending charge appeared on my credit card and the same error message appeared. Collecting payment for services the company knows cannot be rendered is simply unacceptable. The system needs to be configured to accept payment only after confirming delivery and not beforehand.

Nutritional information wonky
I downloaded the app because the nutritional information on the website is 100% useless and added a salad with just romaine, kale, and cilantro and it has 4 g of protein, 9 g of carbs, 1 g fat, 5 g fiber, and 60 cal and is missing salt and cholesterol, the things that I need to track.

I used without trouble for a while but recently something changed that prevents me from logging in without a code. Have tried for a week now without luck
Crashes at sign in
Not sure why you logged me out. Trying to log in, I put my email in and right after it says you will email me a code, it crashes, creating an endless loop. Why don’t you use passwords like the rest of the universe?

What’s the value of a beautiful app when the pickup experience is so bad
I ordered a bowl at 4:10pm. I arrive at 4:30, when it said it would be ready. They make me wait for some time. I see ten customers get their salad after I enter the store. I finally get my salad bowl. I go home. I open the salad and the steak I ordered is missing. I’m forced to go get another meal elsewhere. The app is beautiful, but what’s the point if it can’t deliver the actual product the app is selling?
Fresh, Delicious, and Healthy!
I’m very happy with Sweetgreen! The food is always fresh, delicious, and healthy. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
Same bug for months
This app has had the same bug for months that continually shows a location selector when you try to order more than one thing. Unusable. Already reported. Nothing done to fix it
Great but limited
In person ordering seems to be more editable. Would be nice to not have these limitations over the app too then. And there should be a note to add for every order. Sometimes people prefer extra dressing versus the limits.
Cancel my orders, one too many times.
So I’ve just found this restaurant and it’s very tasty and healthy. I love it but there’s a bunch of problems with this app. One, I once ordered from it, close to closing time and it canceled my order because it was too late. No big deal I thought, but it canceled my order another time later because I was “too far away” Just to give you perspective, I live very close to Sweetgreen. Sometimes though people get lazy and order it, again, no big deal. The first time I ordered from them it was amazing. They delivered the food and it came relatively quick. But for some reason, they keep canceling my orders and I’m fed up.

Glitchy app
This app is constantly having problems, from opening up menu items while scrolling to not accepting orders. Sweetgreen really needs to work on improving the app

Absolute trash customer service
The app switched my default location to an old one and I ended up placing the order to the wrong location. I tried to fix the issue the app created and getting a hold of customer service is a nightmare. They solved nothing. Bottom line, just go to store, skip the app.

Allergen Notices would be awesome!
I love the sweetgreen app, but as someone with a food allergy, I would love it even more if all of the menu items contained allergen icons to help me feel more confident in selecting a meal that is gluten free. I’m sure other people with allergies would also feel similarly. I also really appreciate the info about calories, fat, carbs, etc. To take that to the next level, it would be super helpful to include a benchmark of what the daily recommendation is for each category to help people make an even more informed decision about what they’re ordering.
Seamless
The app is seamless. The interface is nice able to see your rewards pay in the app. Everything is clean and crystal however I would love to be able to see active locations more clearly especially when driving other than that really enjoy that.
Wrong order delivered
We received the wrong order and could not get ahold of a real person to rectify the problem.
no tipping!
It borders on evil that I am not allowed to tip the poor and beleaguered employees of my nearby sweetgreen through this app. They also do not have a physical tip jar at the store I frequent so if I were to try to tip them I would have to go through the line and buy a can of soda I don’t want so I can use the tip option on the credit card reader. This is hateful. I also wish the app updated pickup times somewhat when the store is busy instead of insisting it will be a flat 15 minutes regardless of (often insane) store traffic.
My reward disappeared
I was using the sg rewards program gleefully last year. Then, I saw a promo for a free entree after buying a specified number of entrees. I enjoyed the specified number of entrees, and waited for the promotional free entree. It did not arrive. I had an email convo with the support team. They could not even find any record of the promo offer. I uninstalled the app and stopped going to sg. So disappointed. The salads were really really good.
Too many clicks to confirm an order
In their impulse to sell more things, they require 4-5 confirmation clicks to submit thr order, after picking your food, this is not only annoyong but causes some orders to be delayed.
Best Food, but the app…
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay in the app because it requires a ZIP code for the credit card. This won’t work with non-US credit cards. But the food is very good. Fresh custom salad. Mix your own.
Wonderful
The food here is so incredibly fresh and delicious. I’ve eaten here three days in a row now. I’m so glad I found them.
Horrible customer service
Can’t get a hold of single human being. The app barely works. Just an all around terrible experience fix your product please
Can’t add bank account
My bank account is not US. When I try to add my details it only allows numbers on post code. I have a US post code but my bank UK therefore address/post code is UK. For that little detail it makes it impossible to use the app.
Everything is tasty
We have been to this location many times and have also ordered to go a few times. I like trying a variety of dishes, and everything has been really good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Slow in app order
I ordered through the app ahead of time and when I arrived the store they even didn’t start making my food. I saw people who walk in grab their food much faster than me. What’s the point of online ordering?
Canadian Visa doesn’t work
I tried adding my Canadian Visa from Scotiabank. I couldn’t because I don’t have a zip code. I have a Canadian postal code. Bummer. I like tour salads but can’t pay.
Such a healthy option
Live having this as a option for food while at work! It makes eating healthy possible on my schedule.
No dressing again
I don’t know why it’s so hard to include dressing in the order but it KEEPS happening!!
