Greatest app of all time
Updated times for rides. Ease of function and maps. Lots of information and made our visit so much easier. Very satisfying to use. A must have for any visitor.

Updated now won’t load
I updated the app today 16 July 2026 and now the app won’t open. It has my tickets in it so quite worrying. Hope it sorts out before I arrive! Wish I hadn’t updated it now!!!! 🤦♀️🤷♀️😢

Pointless
You literally can’t do anything useful on the app. No tickets, can’t download express pass or digipass. Seems to be only set up to sell you more and give you a map
My review
This park is simply exceptional in terms of rides food ,service and facilities but for the down sides is the why they make the ques bigger on purpose also the prices are very expensive and finally the price for the videos and pictures of the rides and a rip off !! But this park is definitely worth the visit by Mason Irwin
Drains battery and not user friendly
The app ignores your request to only use gps when using app, uses gps while the app is running in the background and drains your battery. You can “heart” favourite rides but can’t filter by favourites. All lists go back to the start when you tab backwards. Can’t use ApplePay for purchasing tickets.
Seguridad y control malas
El parque es muy lindo y funciona perfecto, demas como cualquier parque. Ahora que no tenga personal de seguridad dentro y tampoco control, es imposible caminar por parque con niños cuando la gente fuma y Vapeo por todos lados sin control , ademas si dices algo te metes en problema porque siempre son de los que no respetan nada.

5th day on the park staying at hotel Gold River and the queue time on the map has not once worked!!!
Big difference in Experience
I have been coming to Salou for over 20 years and always had PortAventura as a major part of our holiday. This is the first time I can say that my 2 days experience has been a big disappointment. Closing the park at 18.30 when there are so many people in the park just stinks of greed. Even on the Saturday night there were far too many queues of more than 1 hour 30 minutes. Unless you’re very rich to afford the extortionate fast passes the experience is more or less standing about for the night. We were there from 11.00 a.m and still didn’t get on all of the rides I had hoped for. Please think more of your clients and less of your profits in the future and let the good times roll again.
Bad
The maps and info is useful but the main reason people use the app is the rides timings and they are wrong. They say 0-5 minutes and it’s actually more than an hour! They should improve their estimate/calculation methods.
Heure d’ouverture des attractions
Inadmissible les manèges qui ne respectent l’heure, et pour les visiteurs venu de loin être confronté à des manèges fermé sans information au préalable c’est décevant . Déçu portant c’est la 6eme fois que l’on visite le Park en famille.
PortAventura Park
I really enjoy Port adventure park. It was a really nice experience to experience something new since I haven’t been there since I was a baby. from one to 100 I would rate the rides 100 out of 100 because it was so fast. Hotel : hotel food was nice I liked it because they had a chocolate fountain in the dining area .
Terrible park app
Really makes it difficult to navigate the park. You can view attractions in a list but can’t then see where each one is on the map, you need to hunt for it. You can’t see your favourites on the map. The queue times don’t work (even inside the park), the map has sections that look like you can use as a shortcut but they’re blocked off in real life. When you view an attraction on a map and then go back to the map view it zooms back out, so if you want to check out a few attractions in one area you need to keep zooming in every time. Not only that, the height restrictions aren’t correct for everything, and don’t match up with the website for some of the smaller rides. Really terrible.
10 Express pass
Would be much better if the express pass for 10 rides enabled us to go on the same ride on more than one occasion
Queues times are patchy at best
Downloaded this for queue times but for some reason they only work IF you are IN the park and have Location Services enabled. Even if you’ve done that, they times are inaccurate 75% of the time (in reality the queues are often twice longer than what the app says!). Only positive was getting times of the Shows. Overall, a waste of an app and you’re better off deleting it.
Day trip
We had a great day the only downfall that should be addressed is line skipping, this happened every ride we queued for, not just children adults too which is so wrong. No wonder wait times are so long and people can’t say anything as it could cause argument. Just a suggestion to try and curb this as the day is long enough without added problems. We really enjoyed it and decorations for Halloween were wonderful.

The app is really useful does exactly what it says, the only improvement I would make is if there were a group of you going into the park together it would be handy to be able to get the rest of your party’s location should you wish to go separate directions

One thing that doesn’t apply to all
Being able to view queue times only inside park isn’t the best for theme park enthusiasts who want to be checking park statistics and some find fun in constantly checking different queue times it also helps when planning what time of year to visit, other than that a perfect representation of everything you need to know while using the PortAventura world app also make it so you can play Duelins outside the park please it’s fun to play

Sorry I found the app to be a complete waste of time. Not the easiest to navigate didn’t give me wait times either. Great park all the same and we will be back.
Beau parc
Certains manèges non autorisé pour les personnes avec un peu de surpoids avec le personnel qui se moque en plus . Ce qui m’est très mal à l’aise pour le reste de la journée . Sinon dans l’ensemble parc très agréable

This desperately needs queue times.
Feature rich but takes a bit of getting used to
The app is actually multi featured and very clever in many ways. Prompting bluetooth connections to certain rides and plotting your path to amenities it is a highly capable app. It could be slightly more usable though as I found it quite unintuitive. The ability to zoom in to see the names of attractions would be great and I kept expecting it to happen, but instead you need to click on it. Also perhaps sat nav style navigation would be great. The virtual ai assistant is a very ingenuous and nice touch though.
Needs work.
Need to have someone look at this app. It’s useless. Difficult to navigate round and doesn’t really show info needed regards the park on the day of your visit; which is a shame given the park itself is great..

L’experiència en general ha estat bé. Però hi ha coses a millorar. La primera i més important és l’absència del català a moltes atraccions. I en alguns casos ni el personal l’entén. O sigui, molt malament. Podrien també indicar millor els horaris de les estacions de tren, o posar en servei el vaixell que travessa el parc per no haver-lo de caminar una i una altra vegada. Els passis exprés de l’hotel per a 10 atraccions només apareixen 8 atraccions escrites com a possibles, i l’horari de tancament del parc al cartell de l’entrada ha aparegut casa dia malament. Però a excepció del tema terrible del català, el parc està força bé.
Would Recommend
I went with my family to the park and we absolutely loved it so much to do for everyone in the family. This app only added to the experience, the app helped us easily navigate the park see the waiting times and more. It was also great for translating the uncharted ride giving us context for it. Would one hundred percent recommend using this app if you are going to visit PortAventura!
App is as slow as the long queues

Great app tells you the facts about all of the rides but is missing a section to tell you about Queue Times which would be handy to have as you can see which rides have the shortest queue therefore you can make the most of your day. I know this as back at home in the UK we have Alton Towers & Thorpe Park both of which also have an app which tells you which queues are the shortest! I would recommend downloading it before you arrive!

Dans l’ensemble je ne suis pas déçue des attractions ni des décors, en tant qu’amatrice de sensations fortes, j’ai trouvé mon bonheur ! Sauf que ce que je retiens le plus c’est le temps d’attente interminable pour chaque attractions, l’organisation terrible et le manque de jugeote de certains membres du personnel qui ne comble pas les places. Rien à voir avec les parcs tels que Astérix, Europapark ou Disney !

Downloaded it for our day at the park. Couldn’t find any information on digipass or any queue times. Found the alton towers uk app to be far superior
Useful but could do with queue times
Great app! Easy to use and nice and simple. One recommendation is that you could include live queue time updates on the app, so when at the park we can see what rides have the lowest queues.
Not much info
No wait times, park map, restaurant menus or anything. Just opening times and ticket purchase.
Tarif élevé et attractions fermées
Nous avons payé 50 euros environ l entrée du parc (nous étions 3) et 150 euros pour trois pass express. À ce tarif l attraction Uncharted pas dans le pass (alors que c est un super attraction) idem pour Hurakan Condor. Une honte. Début août plein saison temple de feu ouvert qu à partir de 18h!!! On attend pas de chance problème technique … idem pour sweet mission et le train faisant le tour du parc (réparé en fin d après midi). Ça fait beaucoup… le tarif des conso est exorbitants (un fanta 33 cl et une bouteille d eau 1 litre 8.15 €. Bein voleur !!! Dommage je suis venu au parc il y a quelques années j aurais espéré mieux pour les 30 ans. Et puis désolé mais en terme d entretien des espaces verts et de la propreté la comparaison avec Disney et terrible pour le parc très très loin derrière. Dommage, c était la troisième fois que je venais et vraisemblablement la dernière.

Very handy!
Not sure how some people managed to 'fiddle' the check in feature but the app is generally pretty good. The park just needs some more WiFi for us non-locals.
Needs to show queue times!
Didn’t actually need to use whilst at PortAventura/Ferrari Land, as it’s much easier to book tickets online, and to navigate around the park using an actual map. Really disappointed the app doesn’t show queue times as it suggests (even once in the park and with location activated): “To be able to see waiting times, you need to activate your location and be inside the park.”
Battery drain with location services
This app continues to use location services when told to “only while using the app” and so it drains the phone battery. Would hep if rides could be arranged by open/closed.

Pointless
The absolute worst themepark app I’ve ever used. If you’re lucky it might show one or two wait times, but it showed us “less than 15 minute wait” for red force, and it was actually 1hour30! Doesn’t tell you any opening times for the rides or restaurants. Don’t waste your time with this.

Map takes ages to load. (I’m at home on a very fast fibre broadband connection) so I dread to think what it will be like when I’m there. Can the map not be downloaded to the device?
Ok, could be improved
The app is ok, could be improved. I could not find anywhere that shows you where the toilets are which with young children is something you always are keeping an eye for. Needs a few more que times on some more rides.
