Great!
Been hearing Dr Jim saying to download. It is much better than the other TV weather apps for Houston
Bugs
Fix bugs asap. It’s getting worse
Hi
Can you add widgets thanks
Ads
I removed this app because the ads below the weather reporting were really off putting and actually disgusting. I understand you have to have ads but make them more pleasing. thank you.
Doesn’t work very well
This app need help the radars will run then stop half way through I’ve switched to ABC13 weather app.
Very helpful
Radar is great. App is easy to use and understand
Ads Ads Ads
Zero stars needed. Big fat Zero 0! Update was 2 days ago. The daily forecast opens with full screen ads! No way to cancel/skip or close them. Same for hourly forecast! The ads do not fade or stop or just disappear. What the heck? I deleted your app and went back to ABC 13, KPRC 2 and KHOU 11 apps.
Way better than Frank
Nice ui.
Bad radar
Not that accurate user-friendly
Buggy App, works for most part
The app works for the most part, but I’m constantly turning the alert overlays off only for them to turn themselves back on. Been like this for a while. LOVE LOVE LOVE Fox26 staff. App however needs some work
GREAT APP
Great app, very informative and easy to use. This is my new go to weather app
Very buggy app
This app seriously needs to be fixed. you can't touch anywhere on the home screen without it immediately opening another link. I've repeatedly tried to simply scroll through the home screen, & whatever my finger touches during the scroll motion, it switches the screen. If you drag your finger to scroll the screen & you touch the daily forecast during the scroll motion, it immediately switches the screen to the daily forecast. It does the same thing if you drag your finger to scroll past the radar or a video. This happens all of the time & it usually makes me switch to another news station weather app that's reliable.
Great When connects
I have had this weather ap and love it! However this past week and now today it is frozen and I cannot get it to open. It appears others are having the same issue.
Needs fixing BADLY
I have the latest apple update and it doesn't work like it did. I cant see anything coming off of Africa and it stops about 12:00pm in afternoon on the radar :/. No updates in 2 months this is ridiculous! I used this app for years and recommended it to everyone now I am gonna have to find a new weather app I can trust.
Worked really good until I upgraded to iOS 15.3.
Fox 26 app is a really good app until I upgraded to IOS 15.3. I have checked my settings and rebooted, but unless I am on the internet I can’t get the app to work.
Love the app
Very comprehensive, easy to navigate!
Can only see ads
As soon as I open the app, it shows a brief glimpse of current weather. but if youwant to see multiple days Ads show up of videos of games that take up the whole screen and no way to close it. There are too many other good weather apps so I don't waste my time on this
A must for the outdoors but it’s slow
I’ve used this app everyday for over 2 years but the radar is a bit slow (about 8 min behind actual weather) and over the past week (New Year’s week 2020) the app has simply locked up. I have deleted and reinstalled to see if a recent update is the cause.
Bad update to 5.8.411
Since the latest update (5.8.411) has come out, significant issues have started. The most significant is the radar renderings will blink on but mostly stays off when you open the app without killing the app after the prior use. The only fix I’ve found is to kill the app and relaunch it every time I want to look at radar. More than a little annoying.
Videos not updating
I like Fox 26 for weather and their TV staff does a great job. For some reason though the app is not updating with the latest video clips, which is why I downloaded it in the first place. For example, this morning I wanted to watch a video forecast for how Tropical Storm Nicolas will affect my area, but the video on there is from 11 days ago where they’re talking about Hurricane Ida. The app is otherwise fine, but again there are a plethora of weather apps out there, some better, where I can read the forecast, so the value for me was to be able to come here and see a quick weather clip that summarizes what’s going on (ie such as when you’re watching the news and the weather comes on. If they could do one of these 2-4 times per day and then upload to the app I’d use it more.
The best weather radar!!! 👌🏻
This is the best Houston weather app out there! I recommend this app!!!!!!!!
adds recked the app
The new adds taking up the entire screen ruined the app. This was my go to weather app for hurricane season but will be switching to a paid app
Fox 26 Weather
Love the options on the radar map and being able to set different cities so I can check on family’s weather. Scrolling is nice
Plz fix ASAP
The hurricane tracker cone is not working (pacifically hurricane Rick) and I have fam in the direct path and can’t get the app so I need this fix so I can update my fam!
Nice option to TWC, but...
Occasionally has odd errors and crashes but it’s a very good option the horrible resource hog that is The Weather Channel. I use it about 75% of the time now. Will eventually see it as a replacement to TWC fully. When I can give it 4 stars it will win.
Great app I love it
Lots to do and easy to navigate. Haven't found any bugs
Crashes
during these storms at the time we need it most this app keeps crashing had to delete & get something else Do BETTER Fox26!!!
JH
I very much like the radar and the current weather portions of this app, but the daily forecasts are usually not the same as the Fox 26 Weather on TV. Other than that, I use the app a lot.
Radar good...temps bad
Temps never seem to be right. Even in my location it shows way off from actual temps and the hourly seems to be a joke. 10 degree from real temps
Fix the white on white font
Hard to read when u have white font on top of white clouds. Change background or let me control contrast.
Great
Love keep up the good work.
Why this FOX app not like it used to be?
I’ve used this app for many years but in the last 3-6 months is not as reliable. I recently deleted it and reloaded; still not functioning well. The radar isn’t up to date compared to ABC channel 13 radar or National Weather Radar. It also flashes and will not show all the thunderstorm cells/rain, but there will be storm tracks and lightning symbols all over. It’s just not reliable anymore.
Great and accurate
Was better before last update. Also no longer showing lighting strikes.
To many pop ups
To many pop up adds. It's hard to read a whole story without being interrupted every few seconds.
Greatly improved but icon is bad
Significant improvement over previous version. I can enjoy rich content from my favorite news television network now however the app icon looks horribly pixilated beyond recognition.

Best weather app ever! Must admit this is way better than the weather channel's app!
Terrible
Not sure why the app has to reload every time you open in. Could be a second or a month. It takes forever to open. Then while you’re there, it gives the most inaccurate “forecast” if you’d call it that. Half the time it doesn’t even work. Used to think the Apple weather app was terrible. Nope this is lightyears behind
Please update application
Future cast no longer works properly. Too long of gap between current and future cast. Please fix.
Awesome!
Finally a Houston weather app that works!
Promotions are a scam
I like me F26 weather. But occasionally it pops up a promotion that links to a supposed Amazon questionnaire that in turn links to a game where you can “ win “ an ipdad. If you win you pay $5 shipping. Well I won, entered my CC info and immediately got charged $57. Luckily Mastercard has the merchant in its fraud database & I was able to decline he transaction. Beware
Great app :)
Good feel to it. It's like I'm watching the news at home.
Weather forecast no updated
We have this app, but over the last 11 days, the weather report has NOT been updated! Its the same video recorded when Hurricane IDA was here! And here we are expecting TS Nicholas! I am deleting this app!
