Worst app I’ve experienced in some time
This app has very little pertinent information to my insurance coverage. It’s a joke. You’d think a company as big as blue cross would produce an app that has your coverage’s listed in an easy to understand and navigable format.

Isn’t it time the app should add face id for login??
App is slow and not modern
App is super slow and it got slow and slower. Specially when search benifit coverage or drugs using DIN# it’s keep buffering for while. Need serious modernization of this app
Great! (when it works)
Lately I’m not able to look at my benefits or claims (the tow primary reasons I have the app). I get the “loading” blue circle forever until it times out. Very unhelpful!
Absolute garbage
The app has not seen a significant update since I first downloaded it more than 10 years ago. No support for face recognition, limited options for viewing your plans, profiles, etc. Coverage from PBC is good, but this app shows they don't care about being digitally relevant. Pathetic.
Banking
It’s kind of annoying that you can only have one banking information for direct deposit. If you login through the spouse dispose should have a separate account so the banking direct deposit information is separate and not the same as the member besides that though the app is pretty easy to use.
Glitchy
Won’t load benefits the last few days, whether connected to strong data or wifi. Before that it forgot my provider and I had to input them all over again.
Constant updates
I appreciate the updates, however it looks like every time I want to log in there is one and it doesn’t let me log in if I don’t update, which is annoying and time-consuming. Please, make the updates more consistent or let users use the app even if it’s un updated for at least for a while before making the app “out of date, you need to update to log in”

My provider list issue!!!!!
Keep not displaying my providers when submitting claims. Then when I have to re enter my provider’s info every single time, there is tons of same info appearing in my provider’s list. Seriously can someone fix this!!!!!

Logging problem.
The app is not allowing iPhone users to enter a hyphen (-) symbol. For the ID number.
What happened?
Not sure why it’s not working, but I can’t access my benefits. It’s just spins and spins and doesn’t load. Very inconvenient when I’m claiming on the go and need to check what my remaining coverage is.
Benefits tab doesn’t load
The benefits tab won’t load at all, just a spinning loading image. It’s been like this for a while now and never been fixed. It used to work fine.
Not working like before update
The app used to be good before the update. Now it’s just spinning circles when I try to go to the benefit page. Please look into it and fix it. It’s not useful at all now. I have to log into the website now to check for my information.
Does not support pdf files
I was submitting my claim with this app but for whatever reason either the app developer or PBC decides to only accept images for supporting documents?! Someone thought it would be a great idea to have to print out a pdf receipt just to take a picture of it to upload? Not accept the actual pdf receipt created by the service provider is mind boggling.

Login for this app sucks. It does not recognize Face ID only thumbprint I'm operating on the latest Apple device and it keeps asking for a thumbprint.
Works when it feels like it
Have been forced to use this app because employer uses this company. The app loads at the speed of smell if it loads at all. Putting in claims is quick and easy - if the app actually feels like working that day. Otherwise you’ll watch the loading animation spin for hours or just get blank menu screens that you need to put in a claim. But they have their money so what do they care?
