Highly recommend app!
I think Mixlr is a great company for so many reasons,one of them being it is so simple to use and is great if you want to start a live audio show.Out of all the companies I have used,Mixlr is on top of them all
Restarts recording
It won’t save your place in the recording you were listening to when you switch another app if you’re not signed in. If you are signed in, it will save your place in the recording unless you quit the app, then it loses your place.
iPad Issues
The app is generally great but for a long time now it’s not been working on my iPad, it just stays on a loading screen and nothing appears.
Logs you out constantly
The app logs you out constantly and has the worst search engine I’ve ever seen. It’s almost impossible to find channels.
Account sign in
Account isn’t signed in when I click on Mixlr links and it bring me to my app I have to sign in every single time there’s time I open the app and I need to sign also Apple passkey doesn’t detect this app I have to manually click my passkey app to autofill.

Email notifications are coming through and haven’t for MONTHS
It used to be routine that whenever a channel went live, I would get an email notification. However, this has not been the case for MONTHS. I tried unfollowing and refollowing such channels and still, NO email notifications. I will further note that I have the latest version of both Mixlr and iOS

A few suggestions
As an avid Twitch streamer and user, I’d like to see tagging and a dark mode. Maybe even emotes. The tagging is the most important, because it’s easier to connect with others. The app itself is great, but these improvements would make it a lot more user-friendly.
Bouncy bars
Please give us the option to turn off the sound bars. Android can do it. Why not apple? This app kills my battery. Fix it please.
Not the best
It has some bugs like sometimes the app crashes and also takes a long time to load. But overall the app is decent like you can get streams recommended to you so I enjoy it.
Cool app!
Love the aop, let’s me listen to The Cheeeeese. But a Ui update would be cool and some dark themes

Love this app I can listen to any message that I want to. But the last few times I have went to get on Mixlr it says that I have to log out. And when I try to log back in it takes me to a restricted site . Sooo what do I do????But again I love Mixlr!!
Calls and notifications silenced
This new update silences all my calls and notifications whenever I am streaming. And my phone is not on silent mode
New update disappointing
I like new interface and the customization per station. But bad outweighs the good: 1. The older version was good in that one could leave a comment/announcement when offline and new/returning listeners could see it. Also for some reason one cannot refresh whilst on the app. 2. You literally have to close the app to fully refresh.
Transformed with the latest update!
I’ve been using Mixlr for years to listen to various audio creators. The old app was reliable, but I kept thinking it looked a bit dated. Then… bang! Out of nowhere a completely refreshed app. Images, colours, sound waves! This is how an audio app should look and feel. Great work Mixlr team 👏

Crashing with iOS 14.2
This app had been great and had been using it for years. I had to delete it yesterday because it would not even launch. It kept crashing. Please update the app. Thank you.

Love the app!
Great app! I use this app nearly everyday and love being able to listen to saved showreels for pass Church services. I am so grateful that recent problems with the showreel was addressed promptly and corrected by the developers. Thank you!
Disappointed
This app seems like it could really e useful, but instead the quality is questionable. It resets randomly, the quality is mostly terrible, it’s really hard to select where you want to start listening which makes it especially irritating because I can’t start where it stopped at. I can never find what I’m looking for which is another issue. I really hope that new updates can solve these issues otherwise I’m gonna try my best to steer clear of this app. I hope someone will notify of any updates because this app does have potential.

No fast forward or back option
I use this app to listen to football games. However, there’s no way to precisely move forward 10 or 15 seconds. So it’s always a guessing and waiting game if I’m either still in halftime or skipped a few plays in the second half.
What’s Going On
I’ve used this app almost everyday for YEARS!!! Now I’m getting the message regarding an active internet connection. I know I have a connection. I have reinstalled the app and still not working. I can listen from the webpage however but prefer the app.
Great!
I’m on my 3rd year of broadcasting my hometown high school football team. It works well and is user friendly. I use a sound mixer with this app and the broadcast comes through clearly. I use eclectic mode because the two times I used sport mode, I lost connection. Could have been coincidental or internet issues on my end. However, no major complaints. Thank you for the great app!

I used to love using mixlr but since the new forum I can’t find anything. It’s very user unfriendly. Plz change it back!
Great App just needs some Enhancements
Thanks for this great App. Function-wise regarding listening to broadcasts I have nothing very negative to say except for the sporadic Server Error. Other features like recommended stations doesn’t really align with what I like so some room for imrpovement there. Lastly, the font size used on rhe chat box is a bit too small. Either increase it by default or provide option/setting to make it larger.
App isn’t working
I have tried to open the app Over the past few days but it’s not working. It keeps asking me to check my internet connection. My connection is great and all the other apps work pretty well.
Notifications issue
I haven’t been receiving any notifications lately and have been missing live broadcasts.

Love this app & appreciate it very much. Since the latest update, can only update the profile pic and bio and not the artwork image.
Early user come back?
I was an early user of mixlr and decided to reinstall and look at coming back now that I have a weekly dj gig. After reinstalling it remained on a previous liked user and would not move past to access my account. So I restarted my device.. same issue.. so I uninstalled and downloaded the app again.. same issue. Seems like mixlr has become a bug monster. That’s unfortunate as it used to be a very user friendly experience. I realize why I stopped using it, with every update it became less useable.
Please extend character count in the bio section
First of all I love the app and the concept it’s great that I can play in real time and express myself the same way I’m doing that id like to also express myself wholeheartedly as an individual. I’m being hindered from doing so.
Used to be great
Has been neglected and isn’t suitable for newer devices. It’s a shame as the premise is good - but it is error strewn, the audio drops out, broadcasts are cut short and the app doesn’t even fill the screen with a keyboard from about 3 ios’ ago to boot. Would try again after an update.
It works...
It works fine until I answer a phone call. When I hang up from the call the app doesn’t resume playing. This gets pretty annoying. When I open the app after the call it’s constantly “loading” not playing. I have to close/reopen the app to get it to resume playing. Opening and closing “show reel” seems to wake it up in this situation too. It seems like a “refresh” etc button would be helpful. Also a “pause” button and a more predominant/easily assessable “play” button might make it more user friendly. I listen multiple hours daily and these little quirks get tiresome

Don’t Like the New Update
I have used Mixlr for several years and have enjoyed it. However, the new update does not allow you to view the followers of a profile or see comments posted on a profile. While I do like the skip 15 seconds option, I do not like this new version.

Can’t log in
I can’t log on anymore, it keeps saying I should check my internet, but every other app on my phone works perfectly. It’s been almost a week now.
Failing to Load
I tried to open it three times, and it failed to load. It gave me an error message stating something about internet access, and retry. My Internet was obviously on, and I signed out of other apps that may be draining/overloading internet and stopping packages from reaching their destination. I deleted the Mixlr app, and downloaded it again, still... same thing. Otherwise Mixlr app has some good benefit that I’ve experienced. Thanks.
Love the mixlr app
I love the mixlr app. It is very useful! But, lately my followers are not able to listen. I have showreels published, but they can not see them on their side. I need to figure out why they are unable to see my showreels.
App doesn’t work 6-23-23
App isn’t working. I deleted it and reinstalled it because it wouldn’t load any channels. Once I reinstalled it the app stopped working entirely. Now all I see is a spinning wheel in th middle of my phone screen. It will not allow me to log in, can’t listen to anything…all gone. What happened?! Can the developers fix this?
Works great, could be better
The App does exactly what it says on the tin. Can't fault it there. It just needs a few minor tweaks to make it perfect: 1) The option of choosing the audio source; built in mic or Jack plug. It keeps switching from the Jack plug to the mic, no matter what I do. 2) A ticker showing how many times your 'published' audio has been listened too. They will send you an email with these figures, but it's nice to see it rising like YouTubes does. 3) Being able to be followed without them having to register. Maybe just through Facebook, not a lot of people would sign up and register an account unless they really wanted to follow you. Apart from that it's a great App.
Bugs
It is very difficult to navigate to specific time points on the recorded shows in showreels (better scrubbing control / fast forward / jump forward / time stamp preview, etc is needed). The app crashes and needs to be force quit often, but it doesn't remember the position where I was on a recorded showreel track, and it is very difficult to navigate back to the correct position. There isn't a quick way to view a list of who I'm following, so I have to search for them every time I want to check their showreel.
Sounds bad...
When we go live on my iPhone 11 Pro Max it makes everyone sound deeper than they are. When will there be an update to fix this?
