Please update the app on Apple Store. I don’t see any new updates and it’s glitching and lagging bad.
Can’t do a support request
I’ve had the game so long I can’t find the purchase date for the form. The new “update” changed the maps button to say “Profile” and, when I click it, I’m thrown out of the game. I don’t like most of the maps, so I’ll play again when that’s fixed.

I have loved and played this game every day for years. Whatever you guys just did sucks. You can’t change maps anymore, there’s! Everywhere that you can’t get rid of. And when you complete a task, you have to click on each and everyone to collect. Would you quit paying people just to make changes for the sake of bad changes

Temple run is exactly what it should be: endless running. The graphics and controls are all good, characters are plentiful, all good stuff. But my god, why are there ads after EVERY run? It’s almost an incentive to not lose, so you don’t have to sit through another ad. Remove the ads after the runs and just keep them for the extra stuff, please.
Too many pop ups
There are so many pop ups trying to get you to buy stuff or inform you of an event you might not car about. It’s a really fun game and I really enjoy it, but there are way too many pop ups, JUST LET ME PLAY THE GAME. that’s why i gave 4 stars. Other than that, 5 stars

Fun to play but rewards could be better
I have lots of fun on this game but I do think rewards could be better at the end of a run. After a long run, there aren’t even many rewards, it’s usually just a few skin collectibles or some coins/gems. There are a certain amount of collectibles to collect for each map, but it’s very rare that I come across these in treasure chests.
“Update” disaster!
I’ve been playing this for a few years now (over 10K runs) and seen quite a few revisions that were added, then removed, or changed. The current Runner selector has to be an update mistake! There is no continuity for the runners, no way to group, no way to find, no logic to sorting! The previous selector wasn’t ideal, but whichever committee decided this was an “improvement” should be demoted to code scrubber in the original Temple Run team! Please rethink this and, at the least, bring back the previous selector.
Temple run two endless escape
It’s a really really fun game, but when I gave it to my six-year-old brother, he got terrified of the monster. I would recommend it to nine and up. And also, it’s kinda hard so be careful.😝🤣😜😂

I hadn’t played this game in a long time. Opened it up last night and was immediately bombarded with ads. I was also out of practice and couldn’t remember the controls so I died almost immediately. Was forced to watch another ad to continue game play or pay a gem. This really killed it for me. I don’t remember it being that bad before. The number of ads made the game unplayable for me. Uninstalled.

I love all the characters, but some of them are not relevant to the game, but I still love that about them, but I would like a Enid from Wednesday, the series preferably series one please

It’s a little bit too hard….
It’s not bad, but the challenges are a little bit too hard so I wish for some easier challenges and some of the obstacles might just make you question why? Like what if there’s a booster like super jump for obstacles that are bigger like longer gaps you can’t even do with the boost like the OG jump or what if there’s some challenges that even crushed people

Account Progress Lost – High Score & Characters Missing
I’m reporting a major issue with my TempleRun2 account where a significant amount of my progress is missing. I previously had a high score of 22,819,187 points along with multiple characters including Usain Bolt Santa gently at several others these were legitimately earned unlocked overtime at some point my progress appears to have been reset or not properly synced and now both my high school characters are no longer showing this represents a substantial loss of time and effort, and I’m asking for this to be escalated and taken seriously and investigated please assist with restoring my high score 22,000,000+ recovering my previously unlocked characters checking for any account sync or data lost issues I would appreciate guidance on how to properly recover my account or link it correctly to prevent this from happening again I have supporting evidence of my score. I can provide additional detail details if needed in the game. Thank you for your time and support. PS I’m using the same iCloud as this one so I know for a fact, something has changed the last recent phones which I had was a iPhone 15 Pro Max and I switched to an iPhone Air.

Hello Imangi Team, I wanted to give some feedback regarding the new Spooky Summit music introduced in recent updates. The original Spooky Summit theme fit the Halloween atmosphere extremely well, with spooky ambience and a smooth loop. The new music feels out of place for the map. It is noticeably louder, has a very short repeating melodic loop, and doesn’t match the spooky, atmospheric tone that made Spooky Summit special. Many players, including myself, find the “pa-pa-parm-rampa” section especially repetitive during longer runs. Interestingly, the Spooky Ridge map still uses the original Spooky Summit theme, and that music fits perfectly. Restoring the original theme for Spooky Summit (or giving players a toggle to choose) would greatly improve the experience and bring back the Halloween vibe that fans loved.

I love this game but now in the recent times the app doesn’t open. I have a perfect internet connection and I can perfectly open the other games and play it. And there are so many ads.
