Pour cette dernière 11 jour, the app ne fonctionne pas. Discutât ion avec le bot c’est inutile.

05/2023 Bonjour. Le tableau de bord des consommations peut être grandement amélioré en y faisant apparaître 13 ou même 14 mois. ( comme le fait Ennedis ) Ainsi on pourrait comparer novembre 2021 et novembre 2021 par exemple. Et voir directement l’évolution de sa consommation. Tellement simple ! Merci d’y penser Toujours valable en septembre 2026

App not working
This used to be really helpful, but now it says to reinstall, this does not work. It talks about passwords, but equally it does not work. So very frustrating as I did nothing to upset the app, an I miss being able to monitor the usage and bills. Fix it please EDF

J'ai dû le supprimer et le réinstaller car, lorsque je l'ouvre, il reste bloqué sur l'écran d'accueil avec le message « chargement ».

Trop de mise à jour et de non fonctionnement après
Des mise à jour non stop , après chaque mise à jour effectué application ne fonctionne pas surtout sur iOS

Il’s’agit d’une residence secondaire utilisée uniquement 2 mois par an autour des fêtes. Le questionnaire prend assez peu cet element en consideration . C’est dommage

Peut plus accéder à mon compte.
J’utilise lappli depuis des années - très utile normalement. Mais des fois ça demande de renouveler login depuis lappli. On met l’adresse mail mais n’a n’envoie pas le code à l’e-mail - donc coincé sans appli!

C’est parfait pour comprendre comment on utilise L’électricité dans la maison. J’utilise régulièrement.

L’accès à son compte est un véritable parcours de la non compétence absolue. L’EDF ne peut même pas se payer des codeurs . Quelle honte pour la France… J’imagine que le peu de nos données personnelles sur leur “site /App” soient terriblement à risque.

Daily update on usage per half hour
When this report is working it is really useful to help me plan when to use my dishwasher and washing machine to maximise usage of my solar production. It is just a shame that there is a two day delay in receiving the information. For some unknown reason the report for the last two days of the year are missing! Did I get free electricity? I doubt it !
Enter Full Screen only available for landscape mode
I always use my large iPad Pro (iOS 17) vertically in portrait mode but the EDF app (14.4.1) can't display in full screen when in portrait mode. Full screen works only when in landscape mode horizontally.
Reliable
I find the website easy to follow: it is clear, uncomplicated and very well designed for ease of understanding. It is entirely relevant and comprehensive, providing current information.

It used to work and was great, but it no longer opens. It freezes on the first screen

Pas pratique quand on a plusieurs compteurs, il n’y a pas un bouton de « retour » pour choisir une facture suivants sauf retourner à la app. Bizarre cette application…

I have now been using the app during my travels and I am delighted with it
Nothing smart about it
It’s slow and disconnects you quickly after a small amount of idling requiring you to sign in again, but the most annoying thing about it is you are unable to save your log in information. Having a “smart” meter in the home and enabling the ability to see usage by day (after calling them) hasn’t changed much. I’m still waiting for it to tell me my consumption from 3 days ago. An utter failure from failure from EDF to the consumer dubbed as “smart”.
