Bought out my local small town bank and charge you fees for everything. Certainly lost another small town bank with small town values to a big box conglomerate.
Easy app
Very easy to use but since the update my Face ID login has quit working
please fix this
For me it’s kindof useless right now because I really need to get a debit card and everything loads just fine, but not the card tab. It’s really disappointing because that’s really the only think I need the app for right now, just for it to not load. Also whenever I click the card tab and try to click out it freezes and I have to swipe out and log back in.

please update app
I use this app to deposit checks but I have not been able to deposit them for weeks now. I’ve retaken the picture 100 times and it still doesn’t accept it. Not reliable

You need to change the age back to 18 because I’m 18 and need to check my account. I can’t even check my account online because you have to be 19.

Only works half the time
The app idea and functions are great, but it only works correctly half the time. The main feature I use is depositing checks, and it only works correctly about 50% of the time. Bill pay is not simple to set up either. If I have to go into the bank anyways, the app is pointless.
Not flashy but does the job.
Keep up the improvements. Does what I need it to do.

This app is very easy to use and has many cool features. It is very nice to be able to submit checks online, get your insta balance, and transfers money quick and easy! Great app!
Bug?
The app will no longer allow me to deposit checks which is why I downloaded it. It gives me errors or tells me it cannot find the image. This start about two weeks ago. No one has been able to help me with the problem.
It’s ok
I’ve been using this app for quite a few years now and for the most part it’s an ok app. But every so often I try to log in and it won’t let me, it says “unable to validate my information”. And I always have to call and have someone unlock it for me or change my password, it’s very irritating.

Never remembering the security questions
Ask the security questions every 2-3 months and has very crappy questions to chose from instead of picking your own....the app and the bank itself is useless.
