What people like
- Great for building serious physical strength
- Includes helpful exercise demonstration videos
- Excellent for Navy PST preparation
What they complain about
- You have to pay for basic workouts
- Paid but never received the content
- App crashes frequently during use
I give it 5 stars
I want to say that I gave this app a long time ago a a good review. And it is still one to check out. It’s like a dictionary for words. That is what we need not phony boloney stories or fake facts. If I was a parent I’d give my kid the app and we would workout together and work on a plan.
Purchased and no access
II purchased the 29.99 and still don’t have access to the weeks of training . Not sure if I am doing something wrong
Navy Seal Training Rating
Great app, love the exercise demonstrations. If you like to exercise, I’d recommend this. However, for the daily planning and the workouts, the fact that they cost money is absurd. At least switch to advertisements for income instead of making people pay. Because here’s the thing, these people use this app, are training for the military, a job that protects you and this country. Again, I still can’t believe that you would make people pay to train to protect you in this country if anything you should be paying them.

THE Teacher
Stew Smith has forgotten more about training athletes than most people will ever learn. Stew Smith has trained countless young men aspiring to become Navy SEALS, Army Rangers & Green Berets, and many different law enforcement agencies. If it’s a unit(s) that depends on being the best physically and being the best at operational readiness, Stew Smith has trained them! When Stew Smith speaks, LISTEN! What Stew Smith writes down, READ!

My improvements
My progression in calisthenics has improved dramatically from this app. VERY HELPFUL!
First week
I paid £4.99 for the first week program but never received the program
Super
For military use I like it.
How to start
How many miles of running a week should I be up to when I start this daily program?
Good program
I’m training for navy pst. This program tops all others. If you want to get right ASAP and not waist time. Do this.
Great app
Really good app! Has heaps of exercises for all parts of the body and a video demonstrating all of them. Only thing is that it could have more workouts and ones that are bit easier.
Technical difficulties.
Slight problem noticed within as there is no sound describing each exercise.
Amazing app
I just love this app so much it has helped me build my physique like crazy. I’m doing amazing NOW
Videos and Favourite would exercise list
Helpful app but would like audio Descriptions for all videos since I'm blind But i have friends who have sight and they say it would be Useful. Also His most favourite exercises list Cannot be read by voice over.

The exercices are great, so are the videos but everytime I use the app it crashes after a minute or two. Please fix that cause otherwise it's a great app !!
