Zangi
Zangi will not let me download the app it is still downloading the app, have a lot of storage on my iPhone and it is not working. Zangi is not letting me download the apps.
Why is there no recovery?
So I bought a new phone and downloaded zangi because my old phone broke. I forgot my zangi number and now I can’t recover my account in any way shape or form. I’ve looked in the website and there is no recovery section or anything that can help me recover my account. I have a lot of friends on that account and it’s upsetting that I can sent anymore. I’m surprised that there had to be a couple of people who sat in a room together and said that, no recovery would be an amazing idea.
Arabic Text Is Cut Off in Message Input on iPhone
Please fix arabic language, when i type in arabic ,the lower part of the arabic letters are cut off inside the message input field, making the text difficult or sometimes impossible to read. English text works normally without any display problems. Please fix it fast. Thx

Hey 👋
Fails to Provide Basic Spam and Group Protection Tools.
Zangi completely lacks group invitation controls, which allows random strangers to forcefully add you to massive scam groups without your permission. The application's software code is entirely closed-source, making it impossible for independent security experts to verify if your private data is actually safe. It also lacks options to turn off automatic media downloads, meaning malicious files from spam bots can load directly into your phone’s memory. Finally, the app has no secure cloud backup features, meaning a simple system crash will permanently wipe out your entire chat history. For example, I was placed in a group chat about crypto by strangers. It had over 980 accounts. When i open it to report it crashes.
Appel
I’m writing to respectfully appeal the ban on my Zangi account. I believe the ban may have been made in error, and I would appreciate it if you could review my account and the activity that led to the restriction. I understand and respect Zangi’s Terms of Use and am willing to follow all applicable rules going forward. Please reconsider the decision and let me know if my account can be restored. Thank you for your time and consideration.

My zangi app has been hacked
I want my zangi app to be working please help me
Please review immediately
Thank you for replying. Yes, I do have many more ideas. Here are some, for example: You could make a sticker library and a status feature. I have been thinking of using a different app, but I know you can make a better effort. That’s why I have introduced many people to this app. A lot of my contacts are now using Zangi instead of WhatsApp. I’ve even made it my main messaging service because I like your layout, but I know it can be much better. I will consider staying even more if there were a status feature and more updates. Thank you very much. Kind regards
