I found out that it wasn’t telling me that my online check deposits through the app were failing right when depositing like it’s apparently supposed to. Also the bank doesn’t send out emails about failed deposits so you just don’t know and lose that money. I feel like it’s insanely irresponsible. I called customer support and they’re no help at all.
Upset
Yesterday I could log in on my mobile and today it says my device is not supported and to update the app. There's nothing that will let me update!

I can only give 3 stars. This app is a great tool to monitor your accounts. But the latest update and with the ability to get a "quick balance" it will log you out for security reasons. Great! That's perfectly fine, but let me log back in! It will not bring the login screen up or allow you to reset the app without shutting off your phone. That needs to be fixed.

Easy to use and works great!
I pay all my bills on this app using my phone. It is super easy and has been on time and accurate. Transferring funds between accounts is a snap, as is seeing activity, balances, etc. It has rarely been down. Love it.

Is fine when it works
App constantly locks up forcing me to reboot my phone. That’s when I can get into the app
Hate it!
This app is terrible..80% of the time it won’t log in and you have to call customer support! This is when you have all the correct information. I know cuz I turn right to my computer and type the same thing.
Major issue
No way to trace source document in a deposit to the actual statement or online statement. This is a critical audit function and needs to be fixed.

WORTHLESS
Hey once again this app should receive zero stars. Even though the new update came out and was supposed to fix the bugs. Here i am trying to look and work with MY money and the application keeps saying a system error occurred then they want me to call that number to speak to some rag head that doesnt speak english. Good job pinnacle bank. You prevent me from getting to my own money on my phone i can go to a bank that has functioning services. Just thought i would warn future customers that this bank has many problems besides this app NEVER working. Maybe you should have helped with this problem and i wouldn't have to warn people. Take this seriously!
Worthless
Everytime I try and login, the app asks me a thousand different security questions that I've never set up... For example, "what street did your best friend live on? What was the ciry of your vacation home?" Questions that don't even make any sense. Very frustrating. I'd give this app zero stars if I could.
