Sender for mange mails om mulighed for ekstra køb, det er stressende. Det er spild af min tid, når jeg ser at det er kommet en mail m mit bestillingsnummer og det bare er reklame. Jeg ønsker kun absolut nødvendige mail. Jeg har ikke tal på hvor mange, men mener det var minimum en måned før afgang.
No option to add baggage
As title explains no option to add baggage if booked by 3rd party. The 3rd party was unable to add baggage either. Seems completely non-sensical, regardless of booking with 3rd party, the flight ultimately resigns with myself and I wanted to add baggage but couldn’t. Pretty poor!

This app makes you insane when you want to change your bookong. Its a scam keeps you innthe loop of going into sign in to your profile and never lets you chanhe your booking! Had to pay for another bookong cause made mistake in date and the stupid app didnt let me chanhe it. Awful.

I don’t know what the airline and the app developers are thinking. They took an app that worked great and ruined everything they could. Most of the time, there is no way to change seats anymore before the flight while managing the booking. On refundable tickets, there is no option to refund from the app. During booking, you can no longer see a concise list of available flights. So much new padding that only one flight displays in the screen. Most scroll endlessly to see everything. Frustrating for frequent flyers. Please rethink the strategy!

The information on airline is not transparent and they are not helpful
All other airlines are kind enough to accept 1 bag, either you put under seat or over cabin, apart from Norwegian, which is despite the fortune of their country, but they are tight as hell. What do you mean by under seat bag of 10kg, yet you specify the little size which you can only put steel inside to make it this heavy without increasing its size. Regards Dr Faraidoon Rawf

Logging in
This app is great when it comes to adding the booking in your wallet, getting an overview of your flights and so on. BUT (big but) why do i have to log in so often?! Even Bankid has face recognition as a log in option. Please for the love of god stop signing me out or let me log in with my face😭

This app would be amazing if it wouldn’t freeze at the last step of buying the ticket. It also crashes and shuts down on its own. Very bad!
No gate info, interferes with Wallet
Never shows the gate. Also it pops up a warning that no cards in your wallet will work while this app is running. Thanks for telling us but what the - ? Why is Apple even letting this through review?!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! They are a scam Company. Everyone should to avoid to use this app. They hide important informations and use this to make us pay more money for baggage or seats at the airport. And when you try to contact the support, they don't do anything to help. They really don't care about the customer!

Refused to let me sign in to existing account.
I had to set up a new account. Same email and password. It wouldn’t let me sign in to my existing account when I got a new phone. Something is definitely wrong there because I used exactly the same email and password but now it shows no previous flights and my points are at zero. However, if I sign in on my old phone (or desktop) using the exactly same email and password, I get my old account with my flight history and points. Quite an impressive mess, really.
Couldn’t choose seat?
The app looks nice but doesn’t seem to work so well. It never showed me a prompt to choose a seat even though it was included in my fare, but once you have checked in you can’t change your seat. It also didn’t sync with their desktop website so I had to submit booking number and passport twice.

Trips disappear from time to time
The app is otherwise great but trips disappear quite often, even the once that you have already checked in, so I’ve had several situation where I’m supposed to show my boarding pass but the trip nor the boarding passes are available. I usually then close the app and open it again and sometimes after repeating that 3-5 the trip pops up again.
Glitchy App
Silly things like changing passenger positions, if I pressed on main passenger add passport details, the second passenger would appear. Second passenger would often appear as lead passenger. When booking car rental, it automatically put my flight dates into the search but it was a day short and so I almost booked the car for too few days. Other than that it’s a good app.

Hopeless
The app doesn’t recognise my booking & tells me I have no upcoming flights. I have paid & booked flights and have booking reference numbers. I have been offered 30% off car hire with a discount code from Norwegian but of course it doesn’t work. Hopeless.

I’m an American traveling in Europe this summer on Norwegian Air. I downloaded the app, but cannot create an account because the phone number parameters don’t accept numbers from the U.S.
