Ik vind de app prima werken en kan goed met de kaart uit de voeten. Niet overal geaccepteerd maar wel steeds vaker. Service is prima
Zeer select product
Vreselijke service voor een premiumkaart: je weet nooit wat je limiet is, de kosten zijn belachelijk hoog en de wereldwijde dekking is ronduit slecht.

Hele slechte app met een zeer slechte chatfunctie. 5x contact gehad iedere keer ging het mis.
Goed! Maar Mastercard vaker geaccepteerd.
Ik mis de mogelijkheid om via de app direct je openstaande saldo te voldoen via iDEAL/WERO. Ik merk dat ik met mijn Mastercard vaker kan betalen. Veel accepteren Amex niet. Promoten bij meer winkels is hierdoor aan te raden.

Jasper from Philippines helped so well. He was able to reason with me in a slightly complicated issue. He managed to calm my nerves and to think rational. Great customer care.
No English support wtf
How can you make an app with travel and experiences benefits which does not support English? It is mind blowing and makes zero sense. I feel like a blind man trying to navigate through the menus

Great company, terrible app. Design is dated and navigation confusing. The designer should get some inspiration from Neo banks or even established banks

Quite poor interface
I’m disappointed with the American Express app. Compared to other credit card apps I use, this one is unnecessarily confusing. It’s very hard to understand which transactions fall into each billing cycle, and the layout doesn’t help. Something that should be simple ends up feeling messy. I hope Amex improves the clarity and organization in future updates.

Geweldige kaart, geweldige service
Na 15 jaar weer terug bij American Express en wat een geweldige service. In groot contrast met de andere bekende kaartmerken is de persoonlijke service in het geval er onduidelijkheid is over een betaling. In principe kun je bij heel veel aanbieders betalen zeker in combinatie met PayPal. Geen AMEX of PayPal, dan kijk ik snel verder. Daarnaast de allerbeste zitplaatsen met AMEX bij de Formule 1 en op Wimbledon en dat maakt het een kaart die bij veel mensen past.

Blokkering
Meest waardeloze kaart die er bestaat. Doorgaans gebruiken we de kaart niet zoveel. Echter zijn we nu op vakantie en blokkeren ze kaart omdat je meer uitgeeft dan normaal. En als je hem dan handmatig volstort dan duurt dat 3 dagen. Nee voor mij geen enkele toegevoegde waarde.

Usage of the app of way less efficient as other creditcard apps or digital bank apps. UX feels old and not convenient; cannot filter, categorize expenses or find clear payment details

het is moeilijk om afschrijvingen waar je het niet mee eens bent te weigeren of storneren zelfs als je je kaart blokkeert gaan de frauduleuze afschrijvingen gewoon door , ik wil zo snel mogelijk van deze kaart af
