Weird error
Try to send money from td account. For some stupid reason it got cancelled. Will try other apps.

Incorrect exchange rate
I’m ok with the $5 fee but the exchange rate is way off. Other providers like wise and Revolut give much better exchange rates and you save far more money that way.

I used this app to sent money to my family in other countries. Actually, this way is safe and fast, usually the money arrives at the recipient in less than 72 hours. I totally recommend this app.
Log in Issues on iPad
I couldn’t log in on my iPad as I kept getting error messages from the app even after resetting my password 3 times. I switched to my phone and then it worked perfectly. I don’t understand why using the app on my iPad is such a problem.

Functionality is Quirky
Although I do appreciate the ability to pay bills in Mexico from Canada, the sign in process to Xoom is problematic. I have both a Xoom and PayPal account and Xoom, without fail, makes me sign in twice, sometimes getting stuck in a loop of having to sign in multiple times. Additionally, it has no ability to scan a bar code on a bill making one enter over 20-30 characters from bills manually. Xoom could be much easier to use, faster and more efficient if the company ever decides to donate some time to it. The app has been like this for at least a year with no improvements so I’m not holding my breath and will continue to look for a better option.
Payment delivers in a week?
when i tried it first time the money got delivered instantly but now that is not even the option. I am sending it with same bank account to the same recipient but it will take a week for money to be delivered!!!! will be moving to different platforms.

I don’t know what happened to Xoom a year ago they were out preforming their competition on rates and time for transfers deposits if have to wait 3 to 5 days for deposit now I shop around for the best rate Xoom doesn’t offer any thing better it’s more costly than their competition
Reliable… most of the time
Until 2024 everything worked fine. Then some went awry. Money sent but never arrived, returned a month later as unprocessed. Odd as I only send internationally to two people twice a year for the last many years. This persists to date so I have chosen another system for 1 recipient, this is the only way for the other person. The other issue is cost, which about C$12/ transfer.

It’s a convenient app to have. Very easy to use and understand.
Incompetence , cancelling for no good reason
No communication among departments, they will transfer you from one department to another. Am not sure they know what specific department deals with your issues. They can barely understand your issue
No iPad version, confusing for recurring orders
One must use an iPhone version on iPad If you want to do a recurring operation it’s not trivial to find
Cuidado: tardan más de lo que pone
Los había elegido porque según la app se hacía el envío en el mismo día. Pues ha tardado como una semana y media y les he tenido que enviar varios correos donde o no recibía respuesta o recibía una respuesta estándar. Sin embargo, luego de haberse realizado la transferencia (tarde, y eso que me urgía), me devolvieron el importe de alrededor de 3 euros que había pagado por coste de la transacción. Gracias por la devolución.
Remitly lo tiene mas barato el envío
Yo que llevo más de 5 años con estos maje y mi mujer que apenas llevar 3 años o 2 con los maje de remitly le cobran a 2 euros en el envío y yo que llevo más de 5 y todos los meses y siempre me cobran lo mismo pues ya saben el próximo mes no espere que envíe algo por aquí saludos y out

Naja, dauert ewig
Die Transaktionen dauern viel zu lange. 3-4 Tage ist Standard. Bei der jetzigen Überweisung warte ich schon neun Tage auf das Geld. Erst nach einem Anruf im Call Center ist Bewegung in die Sache gekommen. Aber noch immer nicht angekommen.
Mínimo a pagar
Me parece muy incómodo y bastante poco útil haber quitado primero la opción de poder recargar 5€ y luego incluso la de 10€ con el pasar del tiempo. Lo mínimo que puedes recargar son 15€ y me es bastante incómodo… ojalá vuelvan a al menos 10€ mínimo aunque lo suyo sería a múltiples de 5

Es muy buena y eficiente pero estas ultimas semanas tiene problemas, esta muy lenta y las transacciones no se completan correctamente. En la devolución de dinero !!!! A mi me ha funcionado correctamente pero a mi hermana aun sigue a la esoera de 60 euros.

Ich habe XOOM geladen da ich Geld nach Namibia überweisen möchte. Laut ihren Angaben ist das möglich. Leider nur in der Theorie. In dem Feld „ in welches Land möchten sie überweisen“ kann man Namibia weder wählen noch manuell eingeben. Kann ich die APP wieder löschen oder gibt es eine Lösung?
