Very good app
Exceptional app
Communication
Recently started using due to my child’s school requirements. It is very easy to navigate.
Really great app
I love the peace of mind I get with this app. The pictures of what my child is learning is such a relief
Awesome
Love using this app to communicate with teachers & it’s so easy to navigate.

Easy to use for parents
It’s a well organized app and it’s very easy for parents to start using it right away. No learning curve necessary. It’s very intuitive
Worthless!
App continuously crashes and consistently gives a 500 error!

Loveeee this app
My baby is in Japanese school and it translates to English or any language I choose. I love the picture updates and messages and newsletters and updates!!! Great app great school wonderful teachers
Terrible
It always takes forever to log in and when I am logged in, it is extremely laggy and will sign me out. When I try to sign back in, it says “system error” so I am unable to check the app for two weeks or more at times. My app is up to date as well.
Amazing
Amazing way to keep in track with your kids while not being with them 💜

Angel’s Montessori Kindergarten
I really enjoy the access to keep up with my kid’s school events, notices and pictures. It makes us feel comfortable and builds trust between us as her parents, and the staff.

Great App for Foreign Parents
We live in Korea and this app helps alleviated our worries about our kid being in daycare in a different country. I love the features of this app!

Photo is bugging to see sometimes
Language Changed!!
I love this app but somehow the language has changed to either Korean or Japanese and I don’t know how to change it back!! Help!!
Not the best
So slow, but that’s fine due to lots of photos and videos but It often logs me out automatically and can’t log in without changing the password.
Good
Good good
App in Korean
My daycare just started using this app so I downloaded it today but, alas, the sign up pages are all in Korean so I don’t know what they are asking me. I figured out some things like email address and username but I am getting some kind of a warning when I try to enter (I think) a four digit pin. Since I am illiterate in Korean, I can’t sign up for the account. I can’t give a better review since I can’t use the app.
Currently Using.
KidsNote Is great for the basics. It allows images to be shared and notifications on daily task done within a childcare setting.
App stuck in Korean?
I had been enjoying this app but the other day all the text started to show up in Korean and I have no way to change it back. Help!
Teacher issues
I have an iPhone 12 and whenever I upload videos or pictures it comes out very washed out. Looks so unprofessional and bad, any idea how I can fix this issue?
Director
As the director of a small preschool program, I can confidently say that Kids Note has been an invaluable tool in bridging the gap between home and preschool. This application allows me to upload videos and pictures, keeping parents in the loop about their children's daily activities and milestones. It fosters meaningful conversations between parents and children, enriching their home life and enhancing the preschool experience. While I truly appreciate the features of Kids Note, I would like to suggest a potential enhancement. With the recent introduction of a sleep tracking program for infants by community care licensing, I believe it would be beneficial to include a sleep checklist for infants in 15-minute increments. This would create a comprehensive database for licensed providers, making it easier to comply with new regulations. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Kids Note. It has transformed our communication and engagement with families, and I look forward to seeing how it continues to evolve in the future!
No idea what happened to language!
The app was fine up until now. I’m not sure what language I am seeing.
Except it open slow everything is good
Functions a awesome but it takes a while when you open the app.
Language change!!
I use this app daily to communicate with my day care provider and it is now in Korean! I see that there was an update sent out a couple days ago, but it is not listed on my updates list. Please help!!!
