It could get better, specially on how the schedules are updated. Not wait until Thursday to put new lots. It should be the first day of the week (Sunday). It doesn’t make sense that for example, it’s Tuesday and you want to buy ticket for a movie on Thursday, but they still don’t have those times available.

Recomiendo que hagan un update porque no siempre están disponibles todas las películas. Muchas veces no se pueden ver los horarios. Necesita mantenimiento.

the ui is terrible, some sections u cannot see unless u have your phone horizontal. The app is just the website but less convenient since it is very slow. Honestly you’re better off using the website

Es increíble que una empresa millonaria no pueda hacer una aplicación decente. Es mediocre usarla. Lenta, no tiene opción de “back”, etc. Quita las ganas de ir al cine cuando la uso. Había una app llamada CINE que mostraba la cartelera de PR perfectamente. Lástima que dejó de funcionar. La usé por muchos años.

Ya no té deja comprar, solo te aparece las películas, y casi no se entiende nada la app. De verdad arréglenla o elimínenla 🤷🏻♀️

Un aparente upgrade a la aplicacionny ahora ni las concesiones te permite comprar, solo boletos para la pelicula.

On some pages there is no back button. Laggy. Needs some work.

Aesthetics
This is a wonderful app for checking times of showings and purchasing tickets for the movies at Caribbean cinemas but there needs to be an update to the design of the application. There should also be a page when first launching this app that allows you to select your country. That way you won’t be seeing other countries suck as Puerto Rico when you are not from that country.

Needs an update
The previous version of the website was so much better. I don’t know what happened, but this app is terrible. It seriously needs an update ASAP. It has an option to view showtimes for other days, but it never actually works. If I’m trying to plan an outing in advance, I can’t because it won’t let me see upcoming dates or approximate showtimes. It’s honestly really frustrating to use this app. Please fix it.
EXASPERATING APP!
4/12/25: Location selection is BROKEN! Lookup by zip code doesn’t work. Location seems to default to Puerto Rico. WE ARE NOT ON PUERTO RICO! Why bother supporting an app if you aren’t going to make it useful to CUSTOMERS? According to your app, the U.S. Virgin Islands don’t exist. Tell that to the local cinema. Previous reviews: This app is TRASH! Does anyone test this at any location other than your development center? Why can’t it remember a location and default to it. Why, when you try to search for a theater and you try to enter a zip code, after the first digit it just goes and selects some random site on Puerto Rico? I just want to see what movies are showing at our local cinema, but I can’t - this app just cost you 2 visits. Previous review: This app is exasperating! Password reset does not appear to work. It asks you for your email address, but it never sends an email to do the reset. This may be an operational issue, but it is unacceptable when a CUSTOMER is trying to buy tickets! It also is messed up the way it handles locations. Location selection is hidden, and when you find it, and find a movie, it reverts back to cinemas on PR. This app is trash for trying to buy tickets! The email address listed in this App Store listing under Privacy Policy is an invalid email address. Email to it is returned as undeliverable. Why are new reviews deleted?

La aplicación es inutilizable y lenta. Ni tan siquiera el sitio web es bueno. Esto le cuesta dinero aunque no lo crean.
Este último update dañó la app
Antes la app me funcionaba a la perfección, me obligó a actualizarla hoy 16 de enero de 2025 y ahora está inservible. Literalmente no me carga nada de mi cuenta solo se abre y me muestra la cartelera y la opción de comprar tickets, nada de la interfaz de antes. Ya no puedo ver mi tarjeta de cinemaclub ni mis comprar ni nada.

Cada vez que intento comprar una boleta desde la aplicación, después que selecciono el cine, película y la hora. A la hora de pagar la aplicación se queda en blanco y no hace nada, no me deja seleccionar mi método de pago ni nada por el estilo.
Password Reset
Intento cambiar mi contraseña para poder ingresar a mi cuenta, y al momento de escribir mi correo me dice: “Correo o contraseña incorrecta”. También cada vez que vuelvo entrar al aplicación debo entrar de nuevo a mi cuenta
