Shut down
I just did the recent up to date of the app and when I open it now it close by itself for no reasons ! Please fix that issue ASAP !....I need this app to sell to my clients next week !

Hello, After 2 years, Im having a good experience using RepZio. There are a few drawbacks though. They are: 1. Cannot exceed 400 lines. We once had 600 but then after an update it went down to 400 lines. 40 % of the orders can be up to 800 lines. 2. Cannot access the look tool from every where. Often i need to go to the UPC entry then click the look up icon 3. With listing, it is impossible to sort the listing numerically. So if you add an item it lands at the end. Not ideal. 4. With the history (like a flower) you only notice it in thr main category menus. If you search an item it would be beneficial to have it in the search next to the items. That way you dont need to double click to see this.
Revision Greatly Lacking
RepZio used to be Fantastic. With new revision it is less so. Tags are in random order and ICon is missing to see picture tags. (Works on old IPad, but not new one-makes no sense). Have sent multiple communications, so far, no improvement. When looking up item #’s, much more time consuming, as item appears lower on screen. Had asked repeatedly that negative inventory be shown in RED, but that did not happen. Am still trying to figure out why revision was done, as so far I can not identify any improvements. Tags do not show up evenly when presenting to customer unless you select 1 picture per page……client complaints. When revising tags, sometimes the save button appears and many times it does not????? therefore have to go in and re-save tag…much more time consuming. Negative inventory levels should appear in a contrasting colour…red would be good. Concerns in 1st review have been addressed….icon for picture tags is now there and item #’s now appear at the top…great improvement Now, if only the 3 items mentioned in this review could be addressed.
Fantastic program!
As an independent sales agent, this is the best program I’ve ever used. I wish all my lines used it. It’s easy to use, a great sales tool (custom catalogue capabilities...and tons more). It’s quick so my customer visits are shorter and my sales are higher. I strongly recommend this program.
Tear sheets and PDF attachments
When making a catalog for a customer, the PDF attachment should show both the price and the quantity .That would help a lot. For me that is the only issue. The rest is good. Nick name NISEY
Not as good as what it was
The app update is not nearly as good as it was before.
Great sales tool
I’ve used five different sales apps over the years and this is by far the most user friendly. Very easy to navigate.
Easy to use and nice to have so much info at our fingertips.
I like the program and all it heads to offer us, as sales reps. Especially once you get used to using Repzio and learn to navigate all it has to offer.

Good, but has room for improvement
I like that on the ShopZio side, my retailers are seeing the same thing I am. The ordering takes some getting used to, but works fine once you know the thought process that went into how it’s built. Improvements I’d like to see are pretty much all in reporting/history: Want to be able to see ALL items a customer has bought in the past AND HOW MANY OF EACH THEY HAVE DONE IN TOTAL Top items sold should be by UNIT, not by dollar figure; gives a more complete picture of which items are selling best. Would love to be able to transfer a client from one wholesaler to another to eliminate having to retype all data.

Makes reps so much more efficient Like to add a couple things A way to copy client info across different companies A monthly printable or better yet excel report of condensed orders date name amount A info box telling when shipping available or notes on product expected delivery shortages But other than that it’s great
