Porque cuando entro en la app me saca en atomatico no entiendo
Espero q escuchen esta sugerencia
La app está bastante bien, pero me gustaría q añadieran un botón de refresh para poder ver un nuevo balance en cualquier cuanta, como dicho botón no está pues siempre hay q cerrar la app y volver abrirla cosa q no hace sentido la verdad.
Por el momento falla en iPhone 17e
Cuando entras a la aplicación y le das para ver la cuenta, la aplicación se cierra inesperadamente en el iPhone 17e. Tengo la ultima version 26.6.1 hasta el dia de hoy.

Deberían permitir hacer pago más de un pago al mismo proveedor el mismo día.
Verificar mi cuenta
La mayoría de las veces que intento verificar mi cuenta durante el día, no puedo hacerlo porque aparece un mensaje indicando que el sistema está en mantenimiento. Solo puedo realizar la verificación durante la mañana o por la noche. Sería conveniente revisar este problema, ya que limita el acceso a la cuenta durante gran parte del día.

Horrible update
I was experiencing issues when signing in and I noticed there was an update, once I the update was completed I logged in and no problem then all of the sudden the app crashes once the pop up to set up apple pay appears, its a horrible app, now ive been calling the bank to work on my transactions because I cant use this dang app since it crashes even with the iphone on the latest update

OTP not sending
Could you imagine changing password almost everyday because youre not getting OTP then when it closes the app and open it again and click to send it via email they said you put a wrong otp for multiple times before so youre bank is locked? Terrible hope they can fix it on my account

Como cliente del banco, residente en España, entiendo que deberían tener más opciones en la banca on line. Tener que hacerlo por llamadas telefónicas, resulta oneroso. Ejemplos: poder añadir otros bancos extranjeros para transferencias; poder usar ath móvil desde fuera de PR y USA, poder añadir otras cuentas bancarias del BPPR para transferencias. Esto es particularmente útil para mi esposo y yo, que ambos tenemos cuentas en el BPPR y desde que residimos en España, no nos permite transferirnos dinero, uno al otro.

Demasiado problema con el método nuevo ahora de la clave cada dos días que la abro me da problema me bloquean el usuario porque con un solo dedo que presione mal se agrega una contraseña mal es un puro disparate después de la última actualización

Opens 50% of the time. Doesn’t have a chat option to get through to a operator. Won’t remember my log in details. Very expensive to send money to other banks Doesn't itemise your accounts well at all. I’d recommend they look at how other banks run their apps and base theirs of them. Such as: HSBC Revolut TransferWise Barclays

This app is terrible. I downloaded it last year and could not change the settings to display English. Even after calling their helpline for assistance it still could not be changed from Spanish to English. One year later the problem remains. This fills me with no sense of confidence in the security of BancoPopular's online banking.
