Won’t allow account creation
Daily shows
I have been watching Joyce Meyer on my IPad for years and have been so grounded and inspired by her ministry. Last week the app would not open at all. I sent a message to tech and they replied all had been fixed. Now when I open the app I no longer see her daily teaching video, only the question of the day and the devotional reading. Today is Saturday and there is no show offered. Can’t seem to navigate to the current days show either. What has happened?
Bugs in creating account
The app wouldn’t allow me to create an account. It kept telling me to try a different address when the address put in was exactly correct for my address. Wouldn’t let me go any further so I just deleted it. Too much hassle when I have 5+ other apps similar to it.
love Joyce
I love listening to Joyce and her teachings. I do not appreciate that the app rests every time I am finished listening to a selection from my library. When it resets I lose my spot on where i was in the list. Please fix this.
Encouraging
Joyce explains in plain English and I enjoy listening. She gets to the meat of the word. I feel nourished after listening. God bless her.
App login failing
I have asked support repeatedly to look into why about 6 or so months ago the app no longer lets me login and nobody will help. This is still not resolved. I bought audio books and now can’t access them
Pause button
Decent app. Please fix the pause button when it’s in PIP mode though. When I try to pause it due to an interruption, it just keeps playing.

GREETINGS TO YOU ALL I DONT KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE IS HAVING THIS PROBLEM BUT IM GIVING IT 2 STARS BECAUSE EVERY TIME I WANT TO LOOK AT SOMETHING ON THE APP IT TAKES ME TO THE WEBSITE I HAVE HAD THE APP FOR OVER 10 YEARS IM ALWAYS UPDATING MY APPS ITS NOT MY iPHONE BECAUSE I HAVE A TOP OF THE LINE iPHONE. THEN I GET EMAILS ASKING ME TO DOWNLOAD THE APP OK SO I DELETE THE APP WAIT A FEW DAYS AND DOWN IT AGAIN AFTER 3-4 DAYS. EVEN IF I WANT TO WATCH A SERMON OF THE DAY AS SOON AS I CLICK ON THE VIDEO IT TAKES ME TO THE WEBSITE EVEN IF I WANT TO SHOP IT TAKES ME TO THE WEBSITE. I DONT LIKE HAVING TO USE THE WEBSITE THATS WHY I ALWAYS DOWNLOAD APPS. PLEASE DONT TAKE THESE UPPERCASE MESSAGE PERSONALLY. ITS FASTER TO TYPE THIS WAY. 😊PRAISE GOD” PEACE AND BLESSINGS AND STAY SAFE. SOMETIMES THE PROBLEM CAN BE WITHIN AND NOT BE YOUR PHONE OR COMPUTER ETC.

Being able to listen and watch Joyce daily is such a blessing! I am so thankful that this program is free to watch. What a beautiful ministry and such a blessing to so many! Thank you Lord for the wisdom you’ve given Joyce in teaching your life giving word. :)
App not opening!
I love this App and I have tried for over 1 month to download it. I can download, but it will not open once downloaded. I am a partnership member and cannot access the App. Please fix this!
Please, please fix the app so it will go to landscape on a tablet
2025 update. My mornings consist of my bible time, prayer, and Joyce - but on my iPad. It would be great if you could make the entire app rotate to landscape. I’m sure I’m not the only one who would be appreciative. The previous reply to my review mentioned I need to change it in the iPad settings. I turned that on years ago. Plus your button on here that goes to support is a dead link. TIA.

I always start my day w Daily Devotional on IPAD then share in text to my family and friends individually. New version does not have SHARING capability. I must go to iPhone to do that. Please fix this for iPad .

App Download
I have tried several times to download the app but it doesn’t work. I can’t get past the address.
2025 update :(
This is not for the better. Why? The app no longer rotates with the iPad. The whole point of tables & phone is we can rotate the screen. I watch & listen while walking on my treadmill and now it won’t fit on stand correctly.:( I also watch & listen to 2 or 3 episodes every couple days and you changed that.:( This was how I got my spiritual,physical & mental recharge. God bless you, but this is not for the better. Update: after signing in to app. And playing around with it. I got to the all week shows and was able to get it to rotate. Yeah! Thanks God & my Angels. My apologies, for jumping the gun. Most things changing these days are not for the good and I can get a little touchy. Thanks for the word of God Joyce.:)

Edit: The 2025 Redesign
First of all, I LOVE Joyce Meyer - I buy, read, and reread all of her books (literally!). I’ve used her app for years and have always loved it. Edit Begins LOL: I initially complained about the new design and I am horribly sorry that I didn’t give it time. My devotional apps have helped me greatly during a chronic illness and I guess they mean even more to me than I realized! I am now used to the lovely new app design (I love the text and recommended devotions at the end of each devotion). The old one just seemed like an old friend and I hated to see it go. However, turns out my old friend is still as special and wonderful as ever… all she did was put on a new dress! The inspiration and motivation are priceless and I can’t imagine starting my day without Joyce and her palpable love for the Lord! I apologize for speaking before I had a chance to adjust. I love my new friend. 💞 ~ Joi
Shows don’t play anymore & Now app won’t open on iPad
Was so upset after updating app bec the video feature no longer works. I would watch the shows on my ipad. Now the app won’t even open. I get a message to try again later. Seems there are others with the same issue. Please fix.
Love this App!
I live in Canada and can use the app just fine. I love the content it’s so inspiring and uplifting, makes me feel so connected to God and to Christ. Im so thankful this exists! Joyce Meyer is so awesome!
App bug
I would like to use the app, but as soon as my phone's screen saver comes on, Joyce's voice stops! Starts working again when you cancel the screen saver. Please fix. Will need to play through iTunes until then.
iPhone update messed up the app
please update to work on iPhone iOS 18 n up. i need it for close captioning and podcast only offers transcript and it makes the video super tiny not even the cc on iphone works on it. i prefer JMM app to watch her on.

Not an improvement
I don’t really like this new app. I can’t figure out how to add to my library. It seems more limited now. If you miss a lesson or want to go back, its gone. I used to get written verses to keep studying but thats gone. Now this app is even less study friendly. She has always said to keep meditating on this and that really helps but app doesn’t help more with material access unfortunately.
Overall good
I like the app for general information and encouragement. But attending the Tampa LoveLife conference left us with many unanswered questions especially since we needed ADA accommodations. The timing of sessions did not show approximate ending times so we did not know how long our breaks would be to eat.

Love it
I have listened to Joyce Meyers for years and God has used her ministry tremendously in my life. I love this APP because I can watch sermons without ads interrupting like on YouTube, there’s a daily devotional, and other curriculum. Just an FYI you can also access other curriculum etc. on her website and most if not all her sermons on YouTube.
Please bring back old APP!
This new app is not cohesive and is much harder to use. You can’t see the entire weeks messages at one you have to clock every day individually which is a pain.

Just wondering why I can’t use this app in Canada? It has every other country but Canada. I’m so disappointed and can’t understand why?
No shows
Updated and now cannot access shows. Have tried on 3 devices. I assume it’s being worked on
Through the years
Through the years, Joyce Myers has helped me through many dark times and has brought a lot of sense to me through the gospel. She has helped me in so many ways. God has definitely been working through her. I love the reality I love the way she comes across she makes it very easy to understand watching and listening has brought a lot of light two different situation through life. I cannot live without the Lord, and I definitely will be watching and listening to Joyce way after she’s gone.
Why does it keep saying wrong password?
I have changed it but every time I try to log in, it says it’s wrong. Can someone please either explain or fix?
What Happened?
This app has been SO Awesome until the last week after it updated. Now it always makes me login, and when I do it tells me the password is wrong and so I update it, only to have it tell me the next time I go into it that my password is wrong again! Every day for the past 5 days! And, I have to listen to the broadcasts in a separate window now, so if I minimize the window to check text messages or anything the broadcast stops playing! When it played in the app it Never quit playing if I went to something else while listening. Terrible update!
Devotion
The devotion doesn’t change it stay on the day I down loaded the app. The question on the day does the same thing. The video are great.

I thank God for the teachings of Joyce Meyer, her dedication to Jesus, His blessings on her, and again for her determination and discipline in studying the Word of God to bring forth such wisdom for our enlightenment so widely shared for all. And for all of love, help, and healing being spread across to all peoples through this incredible ministry and the generosity of her supporters of the JMM. May God continue to bless her, her family, the staff, the ministry, and allow it to bless more and more people in need.
Incompetent
This is the worst app to get into. People asking for you to fix it and they can’t find people to fix it? This is a waste of time. Who’s running this site anyway cause whoever it is not the right person for the job.

Update: Thank you for making the devotionals shareable! I would now like to request that someone proofread content for errors before posting. The prayer at the end of April 14, 2024 is the worst I’ve seen yet. I enjoy this app every morning and am thankful for Joyce and her faithfulness and ministry! My only complaint is I wish it was easier to share the devotional and question section with those who enjoy it but aren’t at a place to download and use the app themselves or when I want to share a message with someone. I send them to several people daily and I have to make several screenshots and send multiple texts to the people I share it with. Please consider making it shareable. Thank you!
App no longer works
Love Joyce’s messages, watched regularly with AppleTV, now app no longer works. Click on app and it opens then closes quickly. Hope app is fixed soon

I listen to Joyce daily on her app! I’m blessed by her teaching. She educates, encourages and often makes me laugh! Thankful for her and her ministry!
inconsistent UX and UI
7/2/24 EDIT: why won’t you all respond to the comments that suggest things yall need to improve? why do yall never tell us what bug fixes you work on? yall fix bugs that we didn’t ask you to fix. please fix the ones we asked you to fix. i’m still experiencing the same issues and no one has helped me figure out how to alleviate them. this is the worst customer service. Jesus answers prayers faster than this. 4/14/24 EDIT: the only reason i haven’t deleted this app is bc the website does NOT UPDATE the daily devo daily. today is 4/14, the app is up to date whereas the devo from 4/12 is still up on the website. PLEASE FIX SO WE CAN USE ONE OR THE OTHER NOT BOTH. also, you can’t copy from the app. i have to leave the app then go to the site and copy from there. if the app wasn’t the only thing that has the daily question, i would’ve been deleted it as it’s ✨useless✨. i love sharing your devos but if i share their link from the app, others who don’t have the app can’t see them. and, for my other devo apps, when i share them the title emboldens in the message. yours doesn’t—it’s just a link. also, there are Questions of the Day on the app but not the website? could yall add those to the website to create consistency and a seamless UX between the app and site.
