販促ばっかり
UNIQLOアプリと共通の内容を書いてます。 通知をオンにしないと再入荷通知が受け取れませんが、再入荷通知とおすすめ商品なんかの通知が一緒になっていて販促が届きます。 それも1日1回～3回程度は届くので本当に鬱陶しいです。お金にがめつすぎませんかね。

使いやすいけど商品名を調べても出てこないことがあってかなしい
サイズの提案機能がイマイチ
写真から自動で計測してくれるのは便利だけど間違ってるところもあるから、結果を自分で修正できたらいいのに。 Mの方がちょうどいいことが多いのにずっとLを勧めてくるのも、過去の評価などから学習して欲しい。
気をつけて
クーポン500円分を使おうとしてPayPayを開いたら失敗し、「5分後にやり直してください」という表示が一生続いてたので一度購入を辞めた。その後再度購入手続きをしようとしたところ、クーポンは使用済みになっていて使えなかった。

・オンラインストアで購入した後支払う際、WAONとnanacoの電子マネーが使えないこと ・店頭で買うものとオンラインストアで購入したもので会計を別にしなくてはならないこと この二点はどこも同じでややこしく歯痒いです

This app does not allow autofill for email or the credit card stored in my cellphone. Come on now GU/Uniqlo we have the technology, quit making it more difficult to sign up and easily input your email. This is annoying

クーポン使用に5,000円も買う必要ありとのこと
店頭にアプリのダウンロードですぐに使えるクーポン獲得とあり取得しましたが、金額に制限ありと会計後に言われました。 5,000円以上のお買い上げで、の表示は目立たず、価格制限があることに気付かせないような書き方でした。アプリをダウンロードさせる為であれば何をやってもいいと思っているのでしょうか？騙し討ちのようなやり方に腹が立ちました。せっかく楽しんで買い物をしていたのに一気に悲しくなりました。気持ちよく買い物をさせる気がないのだと思いました。がっかりです。

いつも思うのですが、バースデークーポンどうしてオンライン限定なんでしょうか？せっかく頂いたから！と店舗で商品確認してオンラインで注文する。その場で持ち帰れないからポチるの後ででいいや…となんだか購買意欲も冷めてしまう…お店でも使えるといいのにと毎年思います
アップデートで使いづらくなった
以前はサイズ比較でメンズレディース問わず比較できていたが、アップデートでできなくなってしまった。男女兼用商品の展開が結構あるので元に戻していただきたいです。

Needs kids section!
Was gifted some kids clothing from Gu and thought I'd purchase from them as we loved the pieces we received. Unfortunately the app does not have a kids section, only men and women. Please update the app ☺️

ブラジャーでSとかM表示のありますよね。 cmを選択してもinch表示になる。日本なんだからcm統一でいいんじゃん？と思う。なぜこんな表示になったんだろ。 わかりにくくて仕方ない。 アンダーバスト65なのに計算しなきゃいけない。
