Spammy
They have now started to abuse notifications for sending ads to users which makes this a company that no longer is reliable. With that lack of care for customers i can not see why anyone should trust this company. I will choose other taxis.

Fortfarande efter ett år har inte appen uppdaterats på adresser
Tyvärr funkar inte appen då den inte har uppdateras vad det gäller nya gator och gatnummer i områdenas var färdiga för 1-3 år sedan. Det känns som att Sverige taxi använder mycket gamla uppgifter. När jag skulle åka med lite större bagage kom taxi till andra sidan mitt bostadsområde och chauffören var mycket förvirrad och förvånad
Errors for some addresses
Some addresses didn’t work in Gällivare so I had to pick the coop 5 minutes walk away

I got picked this morning at scheduled time and got drove from Nygatan 67 to Umeå Airport with the reservation number: 9680726. Driver was impeccable, elegant and very efficient! Way to go ! Thanks ! Tack

Förbokade och betalade en resa på midsommarafton vilket gick bra men ingen taxi kom. Ringde kundtjänst och efter nästan 10 minuters väntan pga att personen skulle diskutera med kollega fick jag svaret att personen inte kunde hjälpa mig. Jag hade följdfrågor om betalningen men fick återigen ett ”jag kan inte hjälpa dig”. Ringde så en konkurrent som sa att de fått rätt många som bokat med dem istället och hade uppgett liknande historia. Så kort sagt, vill du ha en pålitlig resa så ring konkurrenterna direkt istället.

Won’t let me delete payment saying I have an active order. I already paid everything and it’s been weeks since my trip to Sweden. Idk

Vore bra om det kom en taxi
Helt värdelöst att kunna boka en taxi som inte kommer. Förbetalt och bokat flera dagar innan och sen så får man inga besked. Kan inte ringa kundservice eftersom numret inte funkar. Svagt. Om ni inte vill ha körningen så borde den inte gå att boka.
It Works!
The app is easy to use and most importantly the cab is on time and est arrival times are accurate. Would like to enter reference to company agreements in the future.
Avbokade resor
Två bilar avbokade när de inte hittade till en adress i Stockholms innerstad. Följde bilarna på kartan och de körde bara rakt förbi avfarten de skulle in på, och sen avbokade de resan. Tredje bilen hittade direkt. Snälla Sverigetaxi… utbilda alla era förare till att hitta i Vasastan/Stockholm.

Completely Useless
Trying to book a taxi but asks to verify my account by sending a text to my phone but they never sent the code to my phone.

Avråder starkt, går inte att lita på.
Varit försenade flera gånger utan kommunikation, en gång kom inte taxin alls trots jag förbetalt resan dagar i förväg, höll på att missa min flygresa på grund av detta. Chafören kan man inte få tag i och Kundservice är väldigt sena på att svara. Vill man vara säker på att man får resan avråder jag starkt från SverigeTaxi.
a few issues but it works
app has a few issues but otherwise it works well. issues are - 1) no option to change into english language 2) it asks if it can use my gps position but when you say no, it asks again about six times 3) on second screen of a booking, it gives time you booked time and expected pickup time - on third screen, it add an hour on to these times (but the taxi does come now) 4) the app support directs you to the taxi website so no way to contact developers !

Fungerar bra för att boka taxi, men efter varje resa kommer flera notiser som ber om betyg på körningen. Notiserna kan inte stängas av och kan därmed sorteras under spam.

Skickar reklam som notiser
En annars användbar app är förstörd genom att de använder notiserna till att skicka reklam. Så man får välja mellan reklamen, eller att inte kunna använda appen på ett vettigt sätt. Då väljer jag ett annat bolag tills grönsakshuvudena som tror det är värt att sabba appen slutat. Ännu ett fall av självmål genom spam.
Back up
Det är omöjligt att få en bil sen kväll eller natt på en vardag om man inte har bokat i väldigt god tid. En riktig katastrof ni har ett samhällsansvar också, tänk på det!!

Obs! Ny “icke-svensk” tidsangivelse
Den nya versionen tycks inte stödja “svensk” 24-timmars klocka och istället använder “amerikansk” AM/PM. Vilket i mitt fall när jag beställde taxi “som vanligt” till tidig morgon självklart blev 12 timmar fel och ingen taxi dök upp.
Otydlig info
Tänk på att även om appen säger att man bokar taxin till om 30 minuter så kan taxin komma om 6 minuter. Detta säger inte appen, vilket innebar skitmycket stress.
Loads of thoughtful features.
Very good indeed. Choosing pickup and drop-off points is easy by address or picking from a map. The App works out the journey time so it tells you when you should leave for the airport, for example. Fare calculation and easy payment by Credit Card through the app. Receipt emailed to you immediately afterwards. Live car tracking....Brilliant!
Unusable for tourists
The app needs to send an sms to verify my number so I can use it but it will not send an sms to my USA number. It says it is sending it, but I am not getting it.

Saknas möjlighet att betala resan i bilen när bokning sker i app. Möjligt via hemsidan.
Extremely easy to use.
Proposes pick-up times based on when you need to arrive to destination. Option to chose eco-friendly car.
Worst service - taxi didn't arrive
App is fine but would advise against using 020. Booked a taxi that didn't turn up and no notification from 020 to say it wasn't coming. Customer service team incredibly rude. Avoid!

What a rubbish app!
The only taxi calling app that has no functionality to cancel a request after having made one. Totally rubbish and won't use the app for that reason.
Taxi coming... searching for taxi... taxi arrives
First time I used it, taxi was found and shown to be on the way, then app returns to the ‘finding taxi’ screen so I assume it’s lost, then taxi arrives anyway after I booked another car. Confusing.
