REARRANGE FAVOURITE STOPS
Hi, thank you for the recent updates... But please put the option to re-arrange our favourite stops (eg, move them up or down the list). :)
Absymal customer service
Beware the developers have robbed me of £15, by not offering me a refund, the app ran perfectly on my old google pixel 8a so had no hesitation buying the same app for my iPhone 14 Pro, trouble is it doesn’t work on my iPhone. The developers wanted me to help them debug the app, I replied by saying refund my £15 and I would be happy to do so, but they havnt replied to my offer, my advise don’t encourage these turds they deserve to go out of business?
Big improvement
Much more instant interface. Just needs a bus select alert for a chosen routs and bus!
Great app
New update- june 2017. Favourites needs to go back to being a dashboard on opening the app! Don't change something that was working so well. Looks nice with new update. Needs quick access to the favourites though. Favourites should be front dashboard with map and close by stops accessed by a button or on a swipe left second dashboard.
Ads showing is "Ad free" Pro version???
Using the supposedly "Ad free" Pro version of this app, it now shows pop up ads for Uber with these being masqueraded as "Alternatives". Who thought that counts as being "Ad free"? I bought the Ad free version so that I wouldn't have ads, not that I see those for Uber. If I wanted ads, I wouldn't have bought the Pro version. How hard is it to understand that customers who buy an ad free Pro version of an app, don't want ads?
Needs improvement.
This app used to be very good - now it is much less reliable. Now when checking my favourites the routes come up as none due quite a lot of the time. I think the app needs urgent maintenance to sort out the unreliability. 🚌🚌

It's not that good
It's unreliable maybe works 6 out of 10 times and recently it's been very bad, very unreliable and causes more problems.
This version is broken
Support very quickly acknowledged the problem and suggested to use the Free version till they fix the Pro version. I can wait a few days while they fix it the Pro version . Great App when it does work
Bus App
Best investment TFL has ever done in their entire life time . It’s just too perfect . Makes travelling less complicated and can plan in advance . 👍🏽👍🏽
Disappointing upgrade
Don't upgrade. This version is more takes away the ability to see home stop as default starting screen.
iPad version?
Dear Developer I'd like to have a 'while using the app' option on location services. I do not like to have my movements tracked if I chose the 'always' option. I also do not like to switch off the functions of this app if I chose the 'never' option either....When do we finally get an iPad version?
Was great
After new version update, no longer refreshes the bus times although in the settings refresh marked for every minute. Hence I missed my bus this morning :(
Redesign + latest update
The latest update has made the app a little better. I used to love this app and it's a shame I have no use for it now that I've discovered Citymapper! Some points from my review after the redesign still stand, however; The new icon looks good and the way the app works is much better. However, the black and grey theme looks horrible, and now the map gets in the way when trying to look at bus times. However, still a great app that functions as you'd expect - just needs some small changes imo. Also needs an update to iOS 7.. this app still has the iOS 6 keyboard layout.

New version is awful
I used to use this app all the time but the new update does not have my local park and ride stop so I have no idea when the bus is due. I've also lost all of my favourite routes. Please change it back!! Otherwise I don't see myself using this app any more.

I love this app as it is a necessity in my life but I realise that since the update it does not work please fix asap

Used to be usable
My old review seems to cover exactly what has happened again in this update, so in the spirit of recycling: This is a classic case of taking something that was simple and worked and fiddling with it for the sake of it. Developers love to do that. They get bored easily you see. "Let's ad loads of swiping stuff - people like swiping, it's trendy." Well no. Before you could just (from one screen) type in a bus number and see when the next one was due. Sort of what it's supposed to do. Now there's a fiddly little map, lot's of swiping to do simple things and frankly if I can't get an app to do what I want in two minutes it's not doing its job. Try using this at 3am with a few pints inside you and you'll probably miss your bus (in fact I ended up using the bus timetable at the bus stop to see when my next bus was due - seems old tech is best if this is the level of app we're going to get). I paid for this app but since this update have deleted it as it is useless. I have not yet found an app that had the simplicity of the original, but there are others that are now better if not perfect. Try those first. Can I have my 69p back please?

While I found the CItymapper London app was probably better in general terms for using the bus (as well as the tube), I used this app to double-check routes, and it's ability to tell arrival times is also very handy. A good value.
My most useful app
100% effective.
Terrible update
What a disappointment to open this app following an update to find such major badly thought out changes. I use this app for bus times, that is all. I don't need, or want, integration with Uber. I do want the favourites I had saved over time. I'll be moving to solely use Citymapper.
Very handy app!
This has become my most-used app. It's very quick and accurate in providing the times of the next buses. The search feature is versatile and quite useful. I'd have given it five stars rather than four if the list of favorite stops were able to be rearranged by the user, rather than simply added in chronological order. That's the main improvement I'd suggest; otherwise, the app works flawlessly and brilliantly.

Awful Update
I have never had the need to write a review on the app store before until now. I have used this app since it came out and have purchased the pro version. Needless to say, I use it multiple times a day, everyday of the week. This horrendous update has made it degrees more complicated and longer to do everything in the app. - Your favourites/saved stops have been wiped out - you can no longer swipe left from right to bring up the shortcut And the list goes on..... They need to fix it, or I will find another app to accommodate me.

Does what it says on the tin but...
Good, useful app but route maps don't show tube stations which they really should. Also, if there is wi-fi nearby but you can't log into it, the app doesn't connect. It can't tell that the wi-fi is actually unavailable.
Broken
Hasn't worked once since the last update: unable to connect with server. Please fix!
Pretty good really
Minus a star for often blocking my view of the bus I'm running for with the "rate this app" prompt :) Shame it doesn't look like a bus anymore but generally works well and has improved over the past few updates. Thanks!
