Purtroppo funziona davvero male e lo sconsiglio caldamente: in passato ho utilizzato sia la versione free, sia la versione a pagamento. Tutto ok, l’applicativo mi conservava anche il backup degli anni precedenti, conmprese le note, le schede degli ospiti ecc… Quest’anno purtroppo ho acquistato la versione full da condividere su più device (IPhone, tablet e pc) e taaaac, mi è scomparso tutto il memo, non vedo più nulla del passato, ogni volta che salvo il backup torno indietro nel tempo, o mi cancella qualcosa e devo ripristinare tutte le prenotazioni daccapo, per giunta, su tutti gli utilizzatori. Inoltre, pubblicizzano la praticità in assenza di collegamento, ma purtroppo anche questa è una bufala… Ho tentato di contattare i proprietari di Toolsplanning ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Mai più! State attenti anche ad utilizzare la versione gratuita, non si sa mai! Spero di risolvere e darvi buone nuove.

Col tempo peggiora!
Quando acquistai l'app, al costo di una decina di euro, funzionava benissimo. Ad un certo punto è diventata a pagamento, ben venga con l'ottimo servizio dato, ma paradossalmente da quando è diventata a pagamento le cose sono peggiorate. Con l'ultimo aggiornamento non funziona il calcolo delle statistiche e inoltre chiedono il servizio online a noleggio dopo che ci era stato detto che pagando 150€ l'online sarebbe stato incluso, ma questa notizia è da verificare. Per il costo che ormai richiedono, per il disservizio dato (che ripeto non sono non hanno migliorato, ma sono peggiorati aggiungendo solo la funzione copia e incolla), mi sto guardando intorno per trovare qualcosa che sostituisca questa app. Mi dispiace perché fino a sei mesi fa, anche pagando, ero più che soddisfatto.
Good idea, reoccurring subscription needed
I like a lot of things about this app. Being able to color code reservations, naming rooms what I wish, ability to move a reservation from date to date, and the auto confirmation emails (if you have subscription only I believe). The few things I don't like are annoying but not a "deal breaker". For example, if you have a guest renting more than one room you have to do each room separately - there is no way to do multiple rooms at a time. (Very annoying when we are blocking off for large parties.) I wish there was a way to have a new reservation go to multiple devices rather than have to run a backup on the device that made the reservation and then run a restore on the other devices (but it's usually a fairly quick task and allows every device to have the latest reservation list). Also, I'm in the USA and the company is, I believe, in Europe so there are some "required" pieces of guest info that I care nothing about and wish I could skip to save time but it's impossible. Lastly, we word things slightly differently here in the US that make the auto confirmations a little odd, but still usable for sure (you can customize some things but not all). Those were my biggest complaints. Then I got a notice that my license had expired. I contacted the company confused because I was never told it was a reoccurring subscription when I bought the app about two months ago. They wrote back explaining I could continue to use it with any server functions (no saving, backups, multiple device compatibly, etc.) - pretty much I could have the lite app indefinitely with my original purchase price. That is frustrating. Of course I want to backup our guest list; of course I want to have our devices have the same guest info and up to date availabilities. In the past four days, since my license has expired (and I'm slowly getting one answer at a time responses from customer service), I have only been able to get the app to work once. Not sure if it's because of the lack of subscription or coincidence. -Either way it's left me searching for a new app/software. Good idea but at this point not worth the continual money ESPECIALLY given the lack of tailoring and now unpredictably.

I have found no way to get a hold of anyone from this company. I inadvertently purchased this app twice and discovered there was no way to undo it. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to drop the whole purchase. The product may be good, but with no tutorial that I could find, and no one to reach out to for assistance, makes me suspicious and uncomfortable toward the whole company . I did receive some Emails about the purchase and attempted contact, but no one has responded.

I should be going to the date /month I want to,just by scrolling and not view a message all the time asking me “want to go to next/previous month?”. It’s not helping at all,I’m loosing time and it’s dysfunctional.all other features are excellent but this is a huge problem.

Assurdo far pagare la versione on line per mac, dopo aver acquistato la versione full visto che è la stessa dell'iPhone. C'è sempre da imparare quando si acquistano le app.

Useless and no customer service at all
I have used this for a year, my license has now expired, I am trying to renew it, the app won’t let me do that, it won’t let me log in to do that, I have searched their website and written to them asking for help, got no reply. How are they supposed to produce revenue if you can’t renew the license!

Troviamo ottima questa app per la gestione semplice delle prenotazioni. Inoltre abbiamo avuto bisogno di contattare l’assistenza per recupero di un backup e sono stati gentilissimi e veloci. Davvero consigliata !
La migliore, ma ad un certo punto inutilizzabile
Nonostante le mie continue richieste all’assistenza per un problema di account , ho ricevuto come risposta solo che mi dovevo abbonare. Una volta abbonato , l’app ha funzionato correttamente per qualche mese, poi di nuovo i soliti problemi. Insopportabile !
Ottima App
La nuova versione è davvero ottima. Per me che ho ipad e iPhone è comodissima e mi permette al volo di gestire la disponibilità delle mie case vacanza. Il meglio che c'è in giro.non metto ancora 5 stelline perché ci sono dei margini di miglioramento ma credo verranno implementati. Sarebbe bella ad esempio la sincronizzazione automatica tra dispositivi con tanto di auto backup ed una versione Mac o comunque la possibilità di accedere al server da browser. Comunque la coniglio vivamente, sopratutto a chi come me deve gestire più case vacanza o più stanze di una struttura
Aggiornamento deludente
Se il nuovo aggiornamento vuol dire poter cambiare i colori e dover a breve pagare alcuni servizi sinora gratuiti come il back up 'per finanziarsi' allora esprimo la mia delusione, sopratutto dopo aver pagato questa app 19,99€. Tra l'altro con l'ultimo aggiornamento si sono persi tutti i nomi di battesimo dei vecchi clienti. Ha tenuto solo i cognomi. Più utile sarebbe stato introdurre la funzione copia nelle schede per quei casi di prenotazione di più stanze da parte di una stessa persona. Eviterebbe di inserire più volte gli stessi dati. Ho una funzione cerca se uno vuole recuperare una vecchia prenotazione per il cognome del cliente. Vedere quante volte è venuto. Rimane sempre e cmq un'ottima app per la gestione delle prenotazioni del mio B&B.

Ogni giorno per entrare devo reinserire tutte le credenziali ! Tra l'altro non ti fa cambiare la password! La loro complicata ..bastava dirlo prima !

Quando ho comprato l'applicazione tre anni fa il servizio era buono purtroppo oggi la situazione è cambiata in quanto non solo prendono soldi per gli aggiornamenti ma se si ha bisogno di aiuto non rispondono alle e-mail inoltre bloccano continuamente l'applicazione per quanto riguarda il backup. assolutamente sconsigliato per chi come me lavora in una struttura alberghiera

ottima app per gestire Case Vacanza B&B e tutto il mondo dell'ospitalità extra alberghiera, ottima la possibilità di salvare backup online e poterli condividere con piattaforme diverse, io per esempio gestisco le mie Case Vacanza con Apple e riesco a condividere le prenotazioni con i miei familiari che ho utilizzano Androide che a sua volta possono utilizzare anche i software attraverso un browser di qualsiasi altro computer.in questo momento non saprei indicare un'app migliore.

Fortunatamente non sono tra quelli che hanno comprato l'applicazione è spiego perché. Ho potuto "testare"rooms plan perché gratuito per un giorno ;dimenticato di averla trascorre del tempo e la volta che la vado ad aprire trovo che è scaduta......mi chiedo "perché?" Vado sul sito e vedo tutti che maledicono l'admin perché questa è a pagamento periodico(non so quanto),che ne so un mese due di utilizzo e poi va ricomprata. Mah ...io non so che sistemi

This what I have been looking for. It is easy to use, once configured for your exact needs. Recommend for any bed and breakfast. Provides an excellent at a glance view of availability with details at a tap-tap. Cloud download backup, in case something happens to your device. There will probably be additional costs in the future forgot loads to the cloud.
Non funziona
Rimane fissa sul logo e non si apre... è inaccettabile da un'applicazione pagata e che si utilizza per lavoro. iPhone 6s
Don't know what I would do without this app.
We recently purchased a 6-unit B&B. We have used this app for two months now, and couldn't be happier. All of our employees have access to bookings and information directly on their phones, and I can even email confirmations directly from my phone when taking a booking. I also had the initializing problem, but emailed the developer at the address listed on their website, and they answered within minutes and fixed the issue. Our business would not be the same without this app.
Problemi dopo l'aggiornamento
Con l'ultimo aggiornamento ho perso i dati,e spesso ad ogni avvio mi chiede le credenziali con conseguente azzeramento degli stessi,insomma è inaffidabile. Mi sa tanto che il problema è voluto per costringere gli utenti ad abbonarsi.

I have been looking for an app of this sort for months. All the ones found were stringed with monthly packages, restricting its use. I found this application by chance, and once tested immediately it looked very useful and well designed. I had a few initial queries, to which I their support via their development website. My questions were answered within minutes and my problems solved. Five star service! I hope they continue developing the app, allowing to enter other information to include extra costs, such as commissions, deposits, etc. All in all a absolutely fantastic app at a very affordable price. Good work guys!
Room plan issue
This app worked great the first week but afterwards it simply wouldn't load. I would try and open it and it would just say "init application" and attempt to open unsuccessfully. Not only a waste of money but potentially harmful to business and reservations. I could not find a way to contact the developer to try and fix the glitch, but I felt it might be thoughtful to warn others before the wound up in the same predicament I am.
