The Discomfort Index (DI), developed by Thom in 1959, is an indicator that quantifies how hot and uncomfortable people feel based on temperature and humidity.
Pressure values are converted and provided as sea-level pressure based on World Meteorological Organization (WMO) standards. Supported devices can also measure station pressure using the built-in sensor.
On GPS-enabled iPhone and iPad devices, more accurate information can be provided using the latest observation data around your current location.
Add cities manually to use the app without GPS.
