Best Way to Track Scores & Keep Up with Friends!
I absolutely love LaneTalk - been using it for almost a year now! I’m a newish bowler focused on having fun while also (slowly) progressing. LaneTalk has been such a big part of my bowling journey thus far. My favorite features are: - It’s so easy to track your stats & progress! After you check out of your games at your bowling alley, just search the name you used on screen that day to ADD your games to your profile in a click. All frames are shown! Being able to keep track of personal games, along with my league games all together in one profile (even though I use different screen names) is awesome. - I can see my friends games when they add them as well! Fun to see their progress. - I have upgraded version ($7/month) & not sure it’s available on free one but one of my absolute fav features (if not my fav!) is being able to see how many people are bowling at my alley & which lanes are available before heading over! Live updates are so fun. - There’s a tournament feature where you can bowl against other people over period of time - I haven’t used yet but super excited to check out. Can’t wait to see more from the LaneTalk team in the years to come - thanks all!
No basic free version
You can't even sign up without agreeing to a monthly subscription that you then have to remember to cancel. You should've just made it so the app works for 30 days and then locks the user out without them paying or have a basic free version of the app. I didn't even get past the sign up screen before I deleted this.
Good but expensive
I like this app so far in comparison to other stuff I’ve used but not sure how much longer I could actually afford it. It’s on the pricier side per month so I advise that you find what works for you and if the monthly fee is crumbs to you then go for it because I’d recommend this one.
Basic features behind a paywall
It was a good app but now they require everything locked behind a subscription paywall. I thoroughly despise monthly payments for software. No more subscriptions.

Best Bowling App!
This app is great! Definitely worth the annual subscription if you are an avid bowler with a USBC Membership. The stats are great. The in-depth stats are even better. The fact that I can look an my leaves and see my conversion rate is a GAMECHANGER, because it shows me how I can improve my game. I can also add my balls to my frames so that I can see what my ball does on different patterns. Finally, the feature that shows how many people are at my local bowling alley is CLUTCH because I can practice without a birthday party on my left and a group of 8 on my right. GREAT APP. WORTH THE SUBSCRIPTION. IGNORE THE HATE REVIEWS.
Use to be so good
I used to use the app before they switched to the subscription model and then no longer found it useful. Tried to sign up for a new account today and couldn’t do it without getting the free trial for pro. I don’t want the free trial, I don’t want pro or to give my payment information. There are better apps out there!
Little slow on downloads
I wish it would load games faster, when you look up the games you just rolled. This is a great app for people that like keeping track of their progress and how to improve their games. There is all kinds of learning videos within this app to help you improve your game. Great Job 👏🏻

$39 is a lot for the app in the last year during the season the app lagged and some time not even launching. What are we really getting from the app that I can get from other cheaper apps such as pinpal etc
Great tool to have
I tried this app on a trial basis but after using it for awhile it has become a great asset. Score reviews and some of the information is great. I recommend this app

Manual scoring doesn’t work. It doesn’t allow me to submit my games.
LaneTalk Bowling
Wonderful app to be able to track everything from practice to league night, not sure why my last two weeks are not showing any stats even deleted the games and added them again without success.
Should be better for the price
This is by far the nicest looking bowling app I’ve used. I live in a city that doesn’t have any automatic scoring centers in it so I have to keep my score manually. This is where the fatal flaw of this app lies which I discovered while keeping my league scores tonight. I kept track of every frame in real time and when I reached the end of each game I hit Save. You’d think if you hit Save then that score would be logged and become part of your average calculation. However, this app doesn’t add your games to your average until you’re done recording whole block. Somehow, after my three league games were recorded, I accidentally started a new game. When I backed out of this game (because I was done bowling) it erased all of my scores. Consequently, I lost all my data for the night. This app needs to redo the interface so that when you press save at the end of a game, it is truly saved. It also needs a way to cancel out of a game that is started in error without affecting other scores. Until they fix these features, I will use the other bowling app that is only a $9 one-time charge. Even thought is not as pretty, it gives you most of the same data and saves the games as you input them.

Saknar serier från flera matcher sedan en ganska lång tid tillbaka. Kontaktat support som svarar hyfsat snabbt. Ni hänvisar till hallen men jag betalar ju LT för appen, som borde refunda eller frysa kostnaden för perioden jag inte får fram statistiken. I övrigt gillar jag appen och dess layout.

My wish list
The app is great, but needs to be able to allow you to combine individual games into one category. Most tournaments put in ABCD in the scorers and using live play will save the game, but when you move to next pair you have to add another game and then it looks like two different tournaments. It would be great if you could combine the two games into one box.
Missing
Lane talk app currently unreliable do to missing out games or not even scoring some games Some games are not being completed even when the series is finished. 13/3/25
Used to love it
Was able to open the app and start bowling. Now it randomly signs me out needing to log back in. Then have to sift through a number of ads. Shouldn’t have to deal with that for an app I’m paying for. Otherwise, I love the stats and history

I don’t have to note my pin leaves because Lanetalk does. I love seeing what one more strike/spare per game will do for my average. The training videos are an amazing addition to my face-to-face coaching!

Excellent way to track your proving
I’ve been using this app for a couple years. It’s an excellent way to check your improvement your strike percentage, your spare percentage, which you need to work on imperial Bowling.
money grab
i really want to like the app but you have to pay to even look at strike % for a single series. i would rather just track everything on smth free. im sorry but there are literal websites better than this app. edit: after reading some more reviews i can say all the 1 star reviews contain relatable insight. the app has no features unless you want to keep handing over money for smth you can do on a piece of paper or another free app. and why is the response to a review thats talking abt manual scoring saying the reason for the money grab is the connection to the alley? they are not even using that "feature" that barely works

Unable to filter stats by date
The app just crashes immediately when I try to filter my stats by date. And is immediately unable to be opened again. Needed to uninstall and reinstall again. Please fix this. There is no reason for a feature limited to paying Members only that should be failing.
Game options
Every other app retains the saved login after updates. Not sure why they can’t figure it out on this one. Why don’t I have the option to pick as many games as I want for my stats? Our league has 2 part of 25 weeks and I should be able to pick the way they are grouped.

Bra app men…
Jag har stor användning av Lanetalk men alldeles för ofta måste jag (och fler med mig) logga in på nytt. Och ibland så måste lösenordet göras på nytt. Det är väldigt störande. Annars är appen bra och användbar.
Great Bowling app
After bowling for a few months my wife and I were wanting a way to track our games and monitor our progress. It has helped us to make adjustments and we both have had a new personal best almost weekly since we began. Thanks for a great product.
App is completely useless now unless you pay
The app is “free” but with a paid Pro subscription. In the past 6 months they have taken away virtually all the free features so it is completely useless now. You can’t even manually enter scores without paying. What a joke. Why would I pay $8/month to manually track my scores when so many other apps do it for free?

Ok app fram till senaste uppgraderingen då man tvingades att skaffa PRO versionen som är betalversionen. Är inte så intresserad av annat än mitt eget spel så det var en dålig uppgradering, hoppas man kan säga upp PRO när provtiden är på väg att gå ut annars kommer jag att ta bort appen.
Lanetalk is the best app ever
It helps me with my game. It helps me to keep track of my bowling status and achievements, and everything else in the app. And I’m also a Lanetalk ambassador for Lanetalk simply amazing thank you Lanetalk for everything. This app is the best app ever for Bowling and I am so blessed and honored to be part of such a great community of Bowling with Lanetalk. I have an iPhone 17 Max Pro and I use Lanetalk app all the time on Lanetalk and it’s simply amazing.

Was nice until they put a paywall up in order to claim your games and look at your own stats. Absolute garbage great job guys.

Lag
I’ve been stuck at the loading screen for 10 minutes. Have tried restarting the app and deleting then re downloading it but it’s the same issue. My friends have the same issue as well and we are trying to keep track of scores for a tournament but are unable to do so
Version 4.13.3 issues
Have Issues adding and finding names that only have two letters such as AJ/RJ/JR etc.
Awesome App and Tool
Love Lanetalk as it so very helpful in recapping my bowling for the day. The stats it keeps has been very educational and helpful to myself and best friend. There are some nights where I feel like I left tons of 10 pins but the app shows all the leaves. That is most helpful in evaluating what might need to change.
Needs Some Work
Painful that the app cannot see all the centers that we bowl in or upload games via picture to verify of those centers are not found.
Great Bowling App
Even though it’s been 25 games, I have really enjoyed Lane Talk. I wish it could be a little more user friendly. I like all the feature I’ve heard of and seen and I know the more I use it I will learn more the features. I know those features will benefit me in the long run. I highly recommend Lane Talk to anyone wanting to improve their game.
Laggy, no information on how to use it
Laggy interface, doesn’t show information on how to use the app nor what some graphics mean. Doesn’t show the pin fall when you wanted to.
Manual input
App is great, syncs well with most alley, but sometimes alleys dont turn on the system and results dont sync or cant retrieve from archival system. Some alley’s in my country (singapore) do not operate with lane talk as well. Improvements that can be made- Would appreciate if the developer team will allow for manual inputs of our scores and pin remains. Love the current stats that the application automatically generates. Very clear and helpful for players.
