언제나 롯데!
성인이 된 후로(25년 전부터)롯데면세점만 이용했는데 그때는 오프라인이 메인이었다면 이젠 앱이용이 큰 부분을 차지하고 있네요. 특히 화장품은 롯데면세점 앱에서 구매하는게 매년 루틴입니다. 앱에서 제공하는 여러 혜택은 물론이거니와 검색이 카테고리별로 처음 사용하는 경우에도 손쉽게 할 수 있어서 편리합니다. 매년 앱을 업데이트 할때마다 더욱 빠르고 편리한 이용이 가능해서 구매자 입장에서는 감사할 따릅이에요^^
Cannot create account
Same issue as others.. cannot create an account because it rejects every single password I try to enter. It keeps giving the error message “please create a password based on your personal information”. Lotte, please fix your app!

Payment made but no transaction
I already made payment via eximpay+ for the exact amount of my total in the app but the order transaction NEVER appeared since yesterday when I made the payment. Ergo, the app is a fraud because it took the payment but no order was recorded. I will be reporting this app to the SPF shortly as I hope no one else will use the app and get scammed. I’ve already made an inquiry on the app too but they haven’t replied.
It is more convenient.
After update, this is improved. A lot of bugs bothered to shop, but it doesn’t happened. Also until three hours before departure, I can duty free shop with this app conveniently.
Password based on personal info??
Been trying to set up an account but failed. Every password I entered is rejected. The error message read:- ‘please create a password based on your personal information.’ What?? At the same time, the password tips said a weak password is one based on own personal information 😒 there is no way I am creating a password with my personal info!

なんと！終了してた日本語版再開していました。 設定から日本語に変更したらOKです。 でも購入履歴が消えています。なぜ？ 購入履歴が無いからレビュー出来ず困っています。また、キャンディーも集めていたけど日本語版に変更したら終了しましたとなりカレンダーのページに行けない。ブラウザで英語版にログインしたら集める事ができたので集めましたが面倒です。 改善期待します。

一个登录找回密码的flow都做不好
button有时候按不了，app端更新密码了后天数据也没及时同步。真拉啊

롯데, 신라, 신세계, 현대, 동화 면세점 을 전부다 이용하는 항공업계 종사자 입니다. 제가 8년동안 사용하면서 비교한것 중에... 롯데가 최고 였습니다. 일단 상품이 많고 할인율도 다른곳에 비해 높으며... 구매 리뷰 포인트도 잘 줍니다. 어플도 수시로 업데이트 되어 오류 및 버그 수정을 잘하여 앱 사용 시 너무 편리하고 좋습니다. 대박나세요!!

Love best selling feature easy to browse for products and product selection. Could use more english in product info section to help non-korean buyers. Search is still slow.
中文版评论里面全部是广告，也没有人管
其他功能都还可以的，价格也非常优惠。但是中文版app全部是无意义的代购广告，想看个正常的测评都没有。韩文版就完全不一样，大部分都是真实使用感受。打广告的账号可以后台设置不显示，并且打一次广告账号评论功能关闭半年。是太不注重国内市场了吧，这么多广告也不想办法管管。评论区的体验感真的差到极致！而且之前有跟乐天反应过该问题，毫无改善。

The best there is, not only because of simplicity of the app
.... but the prices and various deals, just make this site incomparable to other duty free sites. Also the off-line pickup point is better organized. All in all, if you are a Korean, or a foreigner going thru Korea that happen to shop duty free, this IS the app you want. You are welcome.

How to change language in the app? I don’t understand Korean at all. How could I purchase online? It was showing Chinese last time and suddenly it change into Korean
Convenient to check orders & for pick up
I honestly think the app is pretty easy to use to check orders and use to pick up items at the airport. I do wish it was a bit easier to navigate and not as laggy. So that’s why I would give 4 stars. Hopefully it will improve over time.
クレカが使えない！
いつも利用させて頂いていますが、クレジットカードが使えたり使えなかったりして毎度イライラします。 同じカードなのに何度やってもダメな時はダメで、本日限定セールも見過ごすことになり、買わせたくないのかな？と思います。その場合はクレジットカードを何度変えてもダメで、問い合わせても改善がみられません。他の方もそう思われてる方が多いようで残念です。

Keeps showing the same message “because of the temporary error, can’t open the page” I downloaded the app several times and tried so many times to log in. I can’t even open the page to log in. It shows the phone number in Korea. Really? Should I call to Korea from a different country? You want me to pay the fee for the international call?

It has the same interface as the mobile web, and also the same inconvenience as the mobile web has. 모바일 웹 버전과 동일한 인터페이스를 가진 앱을 굳이 별도로 제작할 필요가 있나 싶습니다. 모바일 웹에서의 불편한 점이 앱에도 그대로 남아 있네요.
