Veel problemen
Veel problemen met toevoegen van de ski-pas. Blijft aangeven dat het geen geldige datum is. Liften worden niet volledig geregistreerd.
Nice app
Nice app for the lifts and slopes, photos and tracking. Finally you can add multiple passes. First time sinds three years that the app is working without errors. Good job and thanks ! One question for tracking : is the distance on slope or also measured on the lifts?

De app heeft internet nodig en dan is de kaart niet altijd bruikbaar.
Often down
When the app works it is great but it has been down for about 4-5 days of my 10 day trip.
Where are the stats?!!!!
The best part off the app were in my opinion the stats of the ski-performance. They are not there anymore or at least I can t find it. Now using a different app but will dump yuge…
Does not work for bying ski passes
Fairly redundant app. The absolute major benefit, buying on line ski passes, does not work since last year. So still need to walk to the ticket office to make it work. And the ticket office unfortunately is not related to the YUGE app.
For the wishlist…
If it works ( and not down because of a bug) it’s fantastic! Tip for the backlog: add a find my friends feature! CU nxt yr!
Not working at all!
We are using it for two weeks and it does not work for skiing activities and foto’s. It stops it self, picking up the photo never worked last week. The webcam images are very nice 😀

C’est un vrai plus pour pimenter nos journées. A noter quand même que l’application bug pas mal : elle se déconnecte souvent tout seul et est parfois lente, si vous pouviez l’améliorer on serait au top du top !
To find support imposible
The app is not working correctly. It impossible to stop your skiing tracing, app gives you error “something went wrong” Finding tech support contacts also impossible, the link mentioned here cannot be found
Van veel naar weinig...
Enorm slechte, niet representatieve weergave van je tracks. Het ene moment board je 44 km en het volgende moment zijn er nog maar 11 km over. Zodra je even pauze houdt, krijg je de app nooit meer aan de praat. Dus weinig adequaat en 1 * is zelfs teveel!
Alles in 1
Met deze app heb je alles in de hand. Je kan je snelheid en je afgelegde routes zien. Daarbij kan je onderweg ook nog restaurants en andere locaties opzoeken op de kaart.
Not signing in
The app won’t allow you to sign in with Facebook or Appel ID, last year the same issue

Nog niet helemaal stabiel maar prima features en info (liften, sneeuw, routes, restaurants) is up to date.

It is not possible to buy skipasses through the app, nor is the info around bus schedule up to date (it shows outdated information)

Amazing app just doesn't work very well. And maps are laggy.

New version released too soon
The new version of the YUGE app is missing a lot of features I used in the old app. Furthermore, the password reset function is not working, so I had to log in with Apple instead, losing my existing account
Ski distance
Thr YUGE app, is overrating the distance. What’s up with that.
Tracking option very bad
The app is very buggy. Two times I tracked the whole day and the first time it didn't track at all (although I saw the clock going) and the second time my track records got deleted. The map loads very slow or not at all. Disappointed! I am very pleased however with the lift information and weather updates and the look of the app.
Previous version was better
Impossible to link skipass, keeps showing as expired. Not possible to export routes and maps that show route
Brilliant
The ranking system is addictive. The app works perfect anno 2017, download it, it is real fun!
No reason to use the new app
The new yuge app doesn’t make sense it misses all the interesting features it used to have. Also took me a lot of effort to finalle login. Can’t link my pass.
Works ok, could work better
Linking ski pass not possible, shows ‘expired’ (pass itself works fine!). Also map view (including zoom) to view your route and export function would be a real plus. Other than that, the app is very nice. I like the badges and notifications, as well as the weather updates and event views. Map loading seems to work fine as long as there is internet connection.
Rechargement forfait ?
Le mode tracking est sympa, par contre impossible de recharger les forfaits de mes enfants, ce qui m’oblige à passer par les caisses et enlève une bonne partie de l’interêt d’une telle appli...
Updating?
Found the functionality of tracking skiing worked but took some time to load despite the free WiFi and using iPhone 8. The weather was updated in the morning and was often inaccurate same with snow level. It was accurate on lift closings:openings
Where is the map
A simple need, having a map is transformed into a painful customer Hornet with the need to create an account and share unnecessary data.
Buying passes doesn’t work
When I’m trying to buy a pass, nothing works, errors are everywhere and there’s no place to report the problem. Other functionality is slow. Do not bother downloading it.
Password reset link doesn’t work
Existing users can’t reset password. Pressing “I” on downloaded iOS application, followed by entering a registered email address sends out an automated email that does NOT include an actionable button to reset password. Other than that, works great 😒

very confusing and inefficient app. Do not load the map. not worth it !
