Mi è passata la voglia
L’app di per se, come il gioco, è bella. Ma do una stella, perchè più volte sono stato preso a parole, mi hanno detto di tutto (mentecatto, asino, testa di ca**o, ecc) solo perché non mi uscivano le carte giuste. E per lo più non potevo nemmeno rispondere, perché essendo nuovo, fino a che non arrivi al livello 9, puoi solo subire e arrabbiarti. Ho dovuto rinunciare più volte alle partite perché era insopportabile il fatto di essere preso di mira. Terribile!!!

Frustrating and stacked against the player
Although I have put up with all the really stupid things the computer, as my partner does, (eg splitting up a Buraco 7, 8 and 9 and separately 3,4 5 and joker, or putting a joker on a clean Buraco when there are plenty of other columns on which to put the wild card etc etc), this evening I saw the most egregious play so far. Six fours and a wild card laid down the same time but separately ie 4 fours and alongside 2 fours and a wild card, thus splitting a Buraco and losing 100 points. Absurd play. The whole game is heavily stacked against the player in every way, including the distribution of wild cards. In almost every hand the computer has infinitely more wild cards than the player ( usually 6/8 to the player’s 0, 1 or if lucky 2 - and this virtually every hand I think you need to review the programming, it’s obviously very unsophisticated and really spoils what should an enjoyable game. One last example why always put a card on the first column from the left when it could be better used on a different column. It all seems so silly

Sul gioco niente da dire anche se a volte le dinamiche delle carte del mazzo sono un po’ strane per quanto riguarda chi gioca proporrei di togliere la chat perchè moltissimi “giocatori” frustrati sfogano i loro complessi su chi si vuole soltanto divertire per qualche minuto e visto che a Burraco non si deve parlare perchè permettere a questi pseudo giocatori di INSULTARE , il prossimo anche per una sola svista che può capitare a tutti , specialmente certi VIP? AGGIORNAMENTO oggi un utente ha continuato ad insultare ed offendere pesantemente segnalato da inizio partita alla fine queste persone dovrebbero avere una sospensione di almeno un mese ma tanto a chi paga si permette di tutto…per questoabbasso le stelle

Love the game but the game is very stupid and makes extremely stupid plays like starting a new run instead of adding to the an existing one. Very frustrating. Also dumb on using 2’s suits. Moronic play.

99.9% of the time the computer players have all the time Jokers to play with every cards placed and your computer team mate doesn't want to pick cards from the pile that are left behind, they just want to-pick a new buraco.

I believe most of the five star reviews are fake and the bad reviews are edited. If you continue to use the free version after a while you will never win. They say the cards are dealt randomly but the developer has control and uses it. Also if you try to contact support they so not respond back to you in English.

Good but room for improvement
I like the game but I feel that the algorithm is strange as there are days on end that I only lose all matches and there are also many times when I don’t have any jokers at all throughout the entire game. I have been playing the game for many years so I don’t think it can be attributed to being a beginner in the game. The other players are also frequently very rude when they find out that I am not Italian, saying that this site is only for Italians and that I should go elsewhere. Others are very rude swearing and using some rather unpleasant expressions. However, despite it all it has been very helpful during my long hospital stay. Taking my mind of things.

This game is no longer fun!
'Something has changed. I know the cards are supposed to random and the devs insist that they are, but I have trouble believing this to be true. The game goes to a 3 card finish way more than ever now and it seems to favor the computer when playing against it…my main mode of play. I don’t mind losing, but it has gotten ridiculously frustrating. No longer fun. Oh…one more thing….when will the computer stop playing aces at the bottom of a run. AI and machine learnig have come a long way, when are we going to see this game get smarter?

I have been a paid member for years, and over the last couple of months it has become obvious that the games are rigged against me. And not in a close way. I’m losing big time with having four or five jokers given to me and I still lose by 500 points. They aren’t even trying to hide it. Not an even playing field at all!
Deficiência na IA
Precisam melhorar a inteligência artificial. Jogando em dupla contra o sistema, o meu parceiro robô não joga direito, não tem inteligência para pegar cartas e não ajuda a ganhar o jogo. Por outro lado, os adversários robôs recebem as melhores cartas e encaixam o jogo de uma forma inacreditável, conseguindo formar canastras em sequência na mesma jogada. Está muito desequilibrado.

Worst experience ever!!! Total waste of time!!!
Worst game in the history of online gaming. You can’t login half of the time due to “busy server” and when you are finally able to login, the game is extremely slow due to very poor service. Additionally game is designed to favor paid members (VIP), making it almost impossible to win if you have a FREE membership. Waste of time!!!

I’ve been playing this game for over a year. After 1,500+ games already completed I’m 1,000% convinced this game is rigged in favor of those (VIP) who pay the monthly fees. It is so obvious, it’s actually a joke, what a poor job the developers have done in this game and didn’t care to hide at all how “fixed” it actually is. That’s really disappointing since it could have had the potential to be a truly entertaining game. If you want to win with the help of this “fixed” system (algorithm) by all means become a member and pay the monthly fee to win with the help of the system (computer). I’m very sorry the developers of this game seam not able to handle well negative reviews. That’s going to be a big problem for them, since most of the reviews lately are negative. Unfortunately for them they will not see a single penny from me. Not in their wildest dreams...

The server must be down completely as I am unable to log in since yesterday. When will it be fixed?
Computer handicaps play
I never write reviews normally, but I've now had enough with this game. The graphics are good and play is smooth, and the game should be enjoyable. However it seems that the cards are not random, hands in the main are either winners or not, which makes it futile, as skill does not seem to come to it. I played free for a year then paid for a month. It speaks volumes when I say my hands were better when I paid. Now I've gone back to free I loose 2 out of 3 every time. I'm not paying for a false sense of winning, the computer defiantly fixes he hands, it's not random, therefore it's a pointless win. When playing free now there is less fun because I am loosing all the time, with not a hope of getting fair cards. So if you don't care how you win, and cannot apply much skill to any game it's ok, but for me now it's a pointless activity

Constantly having lagging problems. On peak traffic hours you miss rounds, getting disconnected. I am a VIP player and its not worth the money each month.
Excellent implementation but sometime....
This is an excellent game, but I believe the people behind the development are involved too much in the game - silly mistakes of the people playing or excessive luck of the players with higher rankings - it would be nice to optionally have variations of the game e.g. only be able to take the pile if you can put down game

Been playing Burraco since I was a kid. Win ratio is wildly slanted to computer when playing against computer. Programming is off. Very disappointing
Improvements needed....
I love this game and play it everyday but a few basic things bother me a lot when playing the computer in difficult mode: 1. The computer uses a wind card in perfect 7 card clean game to finish the game when there are other options available. The computer should never use a joker or wild card in a clean seven card game unless there is no other option 2. The computer will open separately every time games that are continuous (example: 8,9 and 10 of hearts and 5,6 of hearts with a joker on a separate game. It should either be open the 8,9 and 10 of hearts and wait one round to see if your partner has a 7 of hearts and then play the rest or open the whole thing as a single game 3. The computer does not sense there is a seven card straight card going by to the opponent team and stops it. It is way too easy to pass cards from one player to the next. Several other improvements could be made but I still love the game.

I love the buraco game but, even if i win the game, the system doesnt give me points!sometimes i dont earn points even if i win!!!!you have to fix your system errors.

Can’t seem to win anymore
I know the developer insists that the cards are dealt out randomly, but I don’t believe them or either someone has hacked their system. I’ve been playing for several years with a 70% win rate. For the most part, games were pretty close and competitive down to the last play. That is no longer the case. Most recently I have lost 21 of 25 games and most of the losses are by a huge margin. My last game was a game that could be won with a score of 1505. My partner and I had 1080 points and our opponents had 105. For the next three hands, our opponents got all of the winning cards and we got none. We never got to pick up the dead pile. They ended up beating us by 300 points! This has happened to me over and over again. I’ve had games where one team repeatedly gets all of the wild cards every single hand and the other team gets none. The game is not fun anymore. Perhaps the developer should look into this.
