Best monthly magazine ever
Subscribing to Southern Living 25 years ago was my best decision ever. I Trust every recipe printed, get decorating ideas seasonally and best of all have extensively travelled in the South. We’ve been able to find some favorite places that regular tourists just wouldn’t know about. I treasure my time spent every month with my new Southern Living
My disappering magazines!!
Where the hell do my magazines disapear to?? Every time i open the damn app it tells me pay for all my issues i just paid for the year??? PLEASE FIX THE DAMN APP,!!
Recipe link to Allrecipes.com
I wish you would make that link available like you did at first. It would be so much easier to save recipes that way. In fact there were other available links that are no more.
App issues
I purchased the $23:99 per year and I am not able to access the latest issue. This is very frustrating and disappointing
Unable to get paid for issues
Restore purchases does nothing. Vendor is non-responsive Update: problem see to be resolved now. Raised review to 3 stars only as this is the second time this has happened in 6 months.
Doesn’t work!
Made a description, they took the payment, but I don’t get access to the magazine I paid for. I’ve been contacted by the support and got help. Now everything works fine. Thanks!
App does not work
App does not work and emails go unanswered
Collector
I’ve been a collector of Southern Living magazines for over 40 years. After downsizing recently and having to let go of my collection, I am so happy I can reference old issues so easy. Thank you!
Stopped loading
Why would your magazine stop loading? My other magazine subscriptions don’t have this issue? Frustrating.
Ron Duggin
T The app doesn’t seem to recognize me. Every time I sign in and actually I don’t have a prescription
Great SL App
This app makes reading my favorite magazine easy.
Finally canceled
I have been locked out with no way to access my subscription, said wrong email, which isn’t true. Thankfully the price increased and the app alerted me, I had deleted it a while ago, but it still alerted me. Gave me the option to cancel and I promptly did so. This review is about the app and not necessarily the magazine.
UPDATE: RESOLVED User Does Not Exist
The Southern Living team and ZINIO worked with me to fix the situation. It took a few tries, but eventually it worked. Southern Living restored all of my missing issues. Thank you! Tried opening the app only to find out it’s been updated and I have to log in again. Easy enough, right? Except I now get an error message that the “user does not exist.” Are all my digital issues now lost?
Apple subscription doesn’t always work
Th
Can’t download
I can’t download the issues. It continues to offer a trial or purchase; I have had a subscription for years. Apparently, an update caused this glitch a few months ago, and it still hasn’t been resolved.
Southern at Heart
I live in Australia and cannot wait every month when my Southern Living arrives. Love the articles on gardening and cooking especially. Lots of great information about the South.....cannot wait to get back there to try some of the amazing restaurants that I have read about. Keep up the good work.
Never keeps me logged in
This is so frustrating.
Working
While I’m not a fan of the speed, I have to say that Zinio customer service did resolve all my problems, including lost logon and lost back issues.
This App I have the hardest time to load
I have always loved the articles in this magazine. Have keep many paper issues through the years. Thinking I may just go back to the paper because I can’t get this sad app to load. I have tried reloading many times and it just sits there and buffers. Then it drops out. Hate to let this app go but I don’t have much choices.
Difficult to Use
The app is a bit temperamental but will work.
Great magazine
Timeless and helpful info. App can be a little hard to navigate sometimes.
“Try it now” feature doesn’t work.
????
Aussie Pleased
Great great great. Inspiring.
Update on previous review: works beautifully now!
App works beautifully and I just can’t be without my SL magazine, thanks so much!
Where is customer service?!
A couple of years ago I suddenly wasn’t able to access my subscription and reached out to customer service, but never got a resolution. I just canceled my auto renew subscription at that point, and let the subscription expire. There were roughly about five months worth of magazines that I never got to look at because of the problem. I recently got a new iPad and decided to investigate further to regain access my subscription. It tells me that I’m using the incorrect email or password to login. I haven’t changed email addresses so I’m not sure what’s going on. It doesn’t even give me an option to reset my password. In fact, when I’m trying to login, all it asks for is my email address or subscription number… There isn’t even a box to type in the password!! I have a digital subscription so I don’t have a print subscription number. Where would I even found a digital subscription number? I have emailed customer service time and time again and I’m not getting any replies. AWFUL SITUATION and I am losing money because I can’t even get anyone to help me access what I have already paid for!
Southern living
Élégance du Sud des États-Unis. Un art de vivre très agréable présenté ici. Un peu plus de décoration, en plus des si belles recettes ?
Kare Bear
The month wouldn’t seem viable without my beautiful informative Southern Living.
I no longer exist halfway through my subscription
The title says it all … no new issues are visible and the app doesn’t recognize my profile login. No way that I can find to correct. Ridiculous.
New issues no longer downloading
I have been a southern living subscriber for more than 10 years and am frustrated the digital edition stopped downloading 2 months ago. Help! Both my subscription and digital app are up to date.
Won’t download any 2022 magazines
Won’t download any 2022 magazines
App does not work correctly after iOS updates
System updates - then subscription is not recognized. I end up paying again to get what I already paid for. App needs a fix or correction.
