Some of the episodes are missing on the app. For example, Uthando Nesthembu Season 9 , a lot of episodes are missing. The app also glitches !

Past episodes
The app just randomly deletes episodes on the dstv stream even when the show is currently in season. While you have shows that have 2 seasons, but are available on catch up. It’s really frustrating because you guys don’t have alot of fresh content however the rate in which you cancel/ delete past episodes is really high.
good
clear view, high quality

My review
DStv provides great entertainment and a wide variety of programmes but I believe there are two important improvements that would make the service even better First please make previous seasons and missed episodes available on demand Many times we miss episodes or discover a series after it has already started and being able to watch the earlier seasons would allow us to catch up and enjoy the full story Secondly we would really appreciate the ability to watch DStv wherever we travel including Saudi Arabia Dubai India Turkey and other countries Customers should be able to continue enjoying the programmes they pay for even when they are abroad These improvements would make DStv more flexible convenient and valuable especially for customers who travel I hope DStv will consider making these changes
Shows
I’m very happy about dstv shows
Despicable
This is the app you’re forced to use because there’s no other options for sports. Poorest developers, zero effort!

Your 4k is not 4K quality..
Claiming to have 4K quality while you don’t is a bit of a misleading statement. Be clear in the quality you have.. especially on smart TVs

It’s a great app but too many network issues
Not able to download
I do not now why does it not allow me to download more then 10 this irritates me
Stream
I m trying to access all my channels on the app but they aren’t appearing.
Great so far, but…
On the website each package is supposed to include “1 stream + 1 mobile stream”. Whenever I’m streaming matches on my iPad and my Dad tries to stream news on the TV or vice versa, it says there’s a stream ongoing and that one of us has to end their stream. It’s really frustrating, is there something we’re not understanding?
Used to work
Constant freezing despite good internet. Something changed so it doesn’t work like before.

Why always have to login with code?
This app is so frustrating if you have more than 1 tv. Have to login frequently every time you use a different tv. Go learn from NETFLIX and Amazon and Disney

Great app
No Channels on the App
This app is rubbish!! I have a Premium package but I cannot access all channels on the app. I only have channel 216 and 1 other. I can’t seem to get help anywhere. No wonder people are moving away from DSTV. Waste of money!!!!
🔥
Great content
Poorly Designed User Interface
The app makes it incredibly difficult to find what you’re looking for. Content and programmes feel disorganised, and even after locating a show, finding the latest episode or current screening often turns into another frustrating search. A simpler, more intuitive layout would make a huge difference. Sometimes, less really is more
Great app but stopped working
The app has stopped working on my iPhone here in Nigeria, it keeps telling me my internet is bad which is not so .. its been persistent lately even after I deleted and reinstalled it
❤️
Love it
Always an issue logging on.
Nearly every time I log in on my TV have to go through a whole long process of scanning and getting a code. Lately although the code is generated by DSTV’s own system and I can see both are the same it say code not found… seems to be always when there is high level game. 😡
Excellent view of DSTV now
Always enjoying the app
FIX DISCOVERABILITY
Right now I can barely find any movies or shows. At least give me a way to filter out genres. I know you guys are having lots of movies/shows but its so difficult to find
Air craft investigation
Fine, but full repetition
