App crashed when opened.
The app worked just fine until it crashed when opened earlier today. Can somebody fix this please? :(
IOS 26 update fix
IOS 26 is out. Please update your app. Currently cannot read any books. So frustrating.
Better than the old app.
Thank you for the updates. The bugs are fixed and the new app is definitely better than the old one. However, there isn’t a way to “remove devices” in case you are logged in multiple devices, preventing you from logging in on other devices.
Page stuck
Bought a book, but couldn’t read it. I cant proceed to next page.
Is there any button to going back page 1 or something
Hai I’m using this app and I don’t even know how to going back to page one means i love to read again and again and going back too profile but I couldn’t find any button…it’s so complicated that i have to slide page one by one
Awful Interface and Experience
I downloaded my first book and have used this app for a while. Here are lists of major problems I've faced so far: The first problem occurs before you even download your first book. I signed up using Google. Guess what? The option of logging in via Google isn't even there! I don't remember exactly what I did to make it visible; I just randomly tapped around the screen to make it visible. The app's interface overall is a mess, with so many random empty spaces and bars around the app. A mobile developer intern can do better. When reading a book, I couldn't figure out how to exit. After messing around, you must press on a space in the book to show the in-book menu. The menu is also a mess, with unaligned texts; adjusting the font size is a nightmare because the sliders don't even lock, and nothing is evenly spaced. Speaking of adjusting the text size, if you change the font size, the text layout in the book gets messed up, too; there will be random empty spaces. Overall, the app's functionality is okay, but the interface is horrible.

Please update your app. Kinda wish it was like the Apple Book.
Queries
After software upgrading, all bought books in my library are missing. Several attempts to communicate with e-sentral comes with no reply.

Slow to download compared to other ebooks apps
Kalau purchase buku cepat je transaction, tapi bila nak download dalam apps lambat sangat, especially with us yang kerja remote area with limited internet, mmg lama sangat tunggu buku download

Very bad App. Don’t buy any books from them
I bought a book Nasihat Agama dan Wasiat Iman from them. Can’t hardly read it. It looks like it’s a scan image of the book! The app open the book with 2 pages side by side. When I want zoom to just one page it zoomed but the other page obscured the zoom page. Cannot put it to landscspe mode. Can’t change font size. Very bad app and I think I got ripoff as it is not reslly an ebook but a scan image of the book. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Problem loading book
This is is a really bad app. I bought a book and the transaction was pretty seamless. But I was only able to read the first 2 pages. The book is not loading and it’s frustrating as a consumer and avid reader. The Help and Support page is not helping either. I hope this problem will be fixed asap.
Problem Loading Book
The first book that I purchased, I managed to read it smoothly. But the second book that I purchased, the book is not loading and I can’t go to the next page! I am stuck at that page only. It’s very frustrating, especially when I was enjoying reading the book! Please fix this asap!! 🤦🏻♀️
Crashes all the time
Please have an update on this app and fix the bug that crashes it. I can’t get into 1 whole chapter without it crashing. This is so frustrating.
Problem loading
I have problem loading the book that I have purchase. It takes very long time and it just not downloading at all! After awhile the app will just exit out! Please assist! Emall & Kakibuku is the best!
Very buggy
Very poor and buggy app. Keep force closing with limited personalization. Don't buy ebooks from them as you can't download and read it from other e readers. All books you bought from e sentral will be stored on the cloud and you are forced to use their buggy readers to read your book. Forget about saving a few pennies and you're better off buying from iBooks or Amazon!
