23.04.2026: Heute geht wieder alles, Problem wurde gefixed ☝️ Danke 19.04.2016: laut Support Webseite Libratone: Störung liegt an Drittanbieter, fix ist in Arbeit. Timeline: keine Angabe Update 04/2026: Nach APP-Update ist die Internet-Radio Funktion wieder kaputt. Auch die gespeicherten Favoriten funktionieren nicht mehr und Alexa dito☹️ Bitte dringend nachbessern☝️ Es wurde wohl die Unterstützung des Zipp Mini 2 eingeschränkt. Der Zipp erscheint zwar noch in der App, Lautstärke regeln funktioniert auch noch, aber das war es. Man kann keine weiteren Einstellungen mehr, wie z.B.das Soundprofil, vornehmen. Favoriten suchen/anlegen/abspielen funktioniert auch nicht mehr. Zum Glück funktionieren das zuspielen über AirPlay noch und auch Alexa geht noch. Jetzt ein kastriertes Produkt 😠 Unbefriedigend!

Libratone speakers don’t work
I was an early doctor and bought the lounge speaker long ago. I also bought the live and the zip shortly after. The lounge worked fine in the beginning, but I keep having problems connecting it. The live speaker works on and off speaker is now useless. It is impossible to add it and I have this fancy fur clad little thing that is completely useless now. Stay far away from this brand. I have never heard of or encountered myself a worse operating system

Still needs work
I’ve had a Zip speaker for 3 years and in that time the App has not improved. There is constant dropping of the speaker when using an IPhone 7. Updates for the phone may be the culprit. One would think Apple and the speaker maker would’ve figured this out. Year five, and the App is no better at working with IPhone 7. The same issues occur when an update is pushed to the phone.
App isn‘t compatible with iOS 17.7 ?
Since I upgraded my iPhone and iPad to iOS 17.7 / iPAD OS 17.7 both devices lost the connection to my ZipMini. When I try to reconnect a new device with the iPhone, the iPad will loose the connection again and vice versa. Please update the App!

App not great
I’ve had my Zipp mini for years, I love it, the sound is fantastic. But I can no longer use the internet radio stations that I saved, they no longer work in the App. I have to use Bluetooth but it frequently disconnects.
Gute Kopfhörer, schlechter Mic
Die Kopfhörer (Q Adapt In Ear) liefern einen guten Sound, allerdings ist das Mikrofon sehr schlecht und es fehlt die Möglichkeit, es über die App zu steuern. Es wäre schön, wenn der Entwickler an diese Funktion denken könnte.
My App looks different
Just got and connected. Speaker is Awesome (once you get it connected 🥴). But, the app I downloaded does not look like the ones in the booklet nor in Youtube videos. It lacks all of the controls displayed in photos. WTH?

App funktioniert nicht mehr
Grundsätzlich bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der App gewesen. Leider hat mit dem neuen Update die App einen Reset durchgeführt, und meinen Account abgemeldet. Nun kann keine Anmeldung mehr erfolgen, es erscheint nur noch „Network error“. Weder im mobilen-, noch in unterschiedlichen WLAN-Netzen funktioniert die Anmeldung nicht mehr. BITTE FIXEN! Update: jetzt funktioniert alles wieder. Danke!
Useless
Useless app. Won’t link to the speaker. So unable to perform needed firmware updates. And no alternative methods available.
Poor may be fixed
Left a one star review as app failed to see zip and loop speakers after update and re configuration, but last update appears to work instantly without config or login So happy at moment, and probably will not update any more
Airplay connectivity spotty
I’ve had my Zipp speaker for 3 years and the most irritating issue for me is streaming via AirPlay has been unreliable. Consistently have to power off/on to regain connectivity. I have 2 HomePods and 2 Sonos Ones for comparison which never have any issues. Due to this problem, I’ve relegated it to my garage workout area as a Bluetooth-only speaker. App is easy enough to use and it shows connection to my WiFi network but AirPlay still doesn’t always work.

Zip is great
I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews I’ve had my zip for a few years now and not had a problem. I use it in the kitchen to listen to radio or stream music and it’s great, music quality very good. Better than getting device that listens in 😃
Bad App!
I had the speakers for a long time. The app is so clumsy. If you have 2 speakers and you want to control the volume and settings of each one are just too many steps. Presently the Aapp just crashes at the start. So you can never access it. The worst part is that there is no other way to control the speakers, but to use the app. And since it crashes, well, I can't use my speakers anymore. When it worked it was soon difficult to sink them in stereo mode and control each independent volume.

对于重度喜欢声音大的人 用这App似乎也不起什么作用 能不能让音量更大一些 听歌总是不够感觉 手机声音开到100% 感觉耳机音量也就到%70音量
Seriously not great
The in-ear phones themselves are not bad, although not amazing. The problem is both the app and the lack of connectivity to the MacBook. The app itself is poor, to say the least, requiring you to sign in every time you want to do anything and then forgetting your login details each and every time. Once you get into the app, the functions are basic and really not worth the bother, however, the head phones seem to object to the app not being there and you’re thus tethered to the damn thing. This is particularly galling as I don’t therefore seem to be able to use the Earphones with my laptop... which means they’re redundant half the time I need them. Won’t be wasting any more money on this company’s products.

Unreliable
Very unreliable. Doesn’t load and you cannot access the settings of your products when it doesn’t load. Also doesn’t always push the settings either.

Great App!
This app is absolutely brilliant. I own the Libratone Zipp 2 (which i believe is the flagship model) and it is absolutely superb with amazing sound quality - 2 passive radiators, 1 woofer and 1 tweeter (woofer and tweeter 360 degrees). the app is useful for setting presets using as the media controller/remote and setting the EQ, along with pairing up with other libratone speakers. highly recommend the speakers!

Products brilliant - tech information a bit less so
I have two different wireless headsets - both are the best I have ever had. The only problem is the manuals which miss some important information, such as upgrading firmware. When I contacted support Albin was great , but this should be clearly set out in the manual.
App does not match quality of devices!
There is frequently disconnects between the app and devices. Rebooting everything will often resolve it, though sometimes it takes multiple tries. Reminds me of how frustrating iTunes Sync over Wi-Fi used to be on Windows apps. Everything should just connect, to buggy. And I wish I had access to all the devices that are shown in the app! Bring the Track Air+ SE’s to the states! Or at least the Track Air’s...that doesn’t have anything to do with my rating obviously.

Epic fail from the start
The app worked fine on my iPhone XS and 6S. Now on 14 Pro, iOS 16.4. Installed the update and opened the app. “Please login to access your products.” (Note to Libratone: that should be “Please log in,” not “Please login.” The word login, or log-in, is an adjective modifying a noun, as in “The login page is here.” In the sentence above, it should be “Please log in” — here, “log” is a verb and “in” is an adverb modifying the verb.) I tried to log in. Entered userid and password. Tapped the link for “Read and agree to terms and conditions”. Got “500 - Internal server error”. So I have lost access to my spaces because a coding error is blocking me from logging into my account. Version is 5.4.0-5400. Please fix this so we can log in and use the app.

Why does location services need to be allowed?
Why do I need to let Libratone track my location to to use an app that is only relevant when connected to the same WiFi network as my speakers? I didn’t need to before this app was recently updated.

最近通过app更新了air track+，结果本来就很灵敏的耳机现在更灵敏了，灵敏到我耳机里面播放的声音，就算只放一格音量和别人打电话，对方都能听到回音，和我所有正在播放的声音。这真的很困扰，觉得这个耳机都没办法正常使用了，希望再次更新一下，耳机毕竟也不便宜，要想找个替代还是很难的，救救孩子吧！
