What people like
- Easy to learn and play
- Fun and relaxing experience
- Great graphics and smooth gameplay
- Lots of players online anytime
What they complain about
- Feels rigged to make you lose
- Support ignores your help requests
- Aggressive push for real money spending
- Game crashes and disconnects often
Best of luck
Convenience the best of the best
You need to pay to win
It quite obvious you have very low chance of winning unless you pay.
Great app
I love the game but it would be much much nicer if there is an english version and translation within the app for those who don’t understand chinese :) I miss a lot of features because of it and can’t find the way to turn off the background music neither :(
Issues of the game
There were not much issues but this year issues occurred many many time not sure why. Hope the developer can fix them
👍
Nice graphics but badly designed
Lose interest and quit after 2 days of gaming. Coins given is little and lost in a match is a lot. Lots of lousy hands and difficult to game. Few days to accumulate free coins, few matches to lose all. After losing all coins, you will need to top up. Don’t like this type of trick from a game.
Love this game
The best game ever
Fun
Best mahjong app... Easy, and relaxing to play...

Sign in problems
Otherwise very good. I love traditional mahjong. Can't stand those mahjong tile games that's not mahjong this is. Gr8 graphics. Tried many others but this is the best. Very mind challenging. Good to exercise mind
Responding to gamesofa
In response to you: I emailed your company a few times and it’s been almost a week and no one emailed me back yet to help me get past the verification phone code. Your app isn’t sending me a code and I maxed out the attempts from putting my phone # to try and get it. Isn’t there a way you can just give me a verification code through email so I can bypass this and continue playing in the app?? I am missing out on the functions of the game because it won’t let me play on app without a code. I have been playing the game for years and now I can’t access it through the because I have no code to type in.

Good graphics but no GS points redemption
Like this new version with better graphics and ability to join tournament. However, why is the exchange of GS points to $ gone? I'd appreciate if you can add it back.
Fun, but always out of gold

Great - but would be good if there was English translations.
So much fun!

Togimogo
Fun and easy to play
POP- UPS
Great Game
My first online mahjong game so far, overall a great and enjoyable game. Many online players so you can play anytime.
Can be better

非常好玩game5 star very good game
Goood game
Love this game
Rigged
After witnessing a 5+ winning streak on a same player in a classic mahjong match (by the way this game can't be quit on player's side functionally but will be automatically dismissed once another player quit) I have to say THIS IS A RIGGED GAME DO NOT RECHARGE OR EVEN PLAY!!!!!! Its winning algorithm is based on probability i can tell that even you are a top skilled player They will control it Try to hang out with other players on better game experience puzzles instead
Smooth
Good job, please continue to add more options.
Good
