What people like
- It is genuinely fun to play
- Easy to earn free chips
- Good for playing with friends
What they complain about
- Support never actually helps
- Bots and cheaters ruin the game
- Inappropriate profile pictures appear often
- App crashes when you try to open it
It’s a game of chance.
You can not play poker on this app I see this igg as just a game of chance. You can not always see the previous hands on many occasions I have won a hand and the chips given to another player and then you try to go to the previous hand and it will say no previous Hand lots of taggers and botts on igg. It could be good but igg do not want to stop the taggers because they buy billions of chips of Asian sellers and igg then take them.plenty of abusers on here and all of them with no picture just avatars not the best site but they are all the same.
Updates
Game needs improvements it’s out dated and needs to be brought up to the 20 century. I have been playing for 20 years. Gifts need to be changed. Agents can use new scripts when replying to a specific problem. They need to change that muting system they now have where you get muted for nothing. They can do a better job of banning people after being reported for profanity. It definitely can use a make over.
Buy Ins
In the bigger stakes ($1 million blinds and up) games the buy in needs to be at least the size of the small blind and maintained at 50% of the buy in…this would prohibit the jackpot players and allow for decent Holden games
Invalid Request
New error received “ Notify Invalid request” need fix.
Invalid request
Has anyone else received a notification that states an invalid request? Has someone hacked my account or what’s going on because I can’t access my account
Bots
The app is very good! The only problem is bots and tagger S.
Administration Igg
Do not download this game. The administration of this game is a crook when you spend money on coins, they will use their own players. They will copy your sign in (your name your picture) then they will use abusive language to the other players therefore-accusing you of breaking their policies they will lock your account so that you’re not able to enter and play.
Rating
There is no customer service. It has help tab but its not staffed. Someone can get you banned with no recourse. Heaven help you if you get hacked.
More flash than good design
Compared to PokerStars Lite, it is a joke
Ignorant people
Apart from obscene pictures now and again and the nasty remarks that some times come out from the ignorant idiots the game would be better if IGG had more control they tell you to photo shoot the abuse but most people don’t know how to do that so it does not get dealt with and those few people carry on abusing and upsetting players.
Poker
Best poker game ever
poker deluxe 200m sng
this site is a joke. igg don't do anything for customer service. we call a number they never call you back. we send email complaining igg don't do anything. people cursing and using vulgar language but igg don't do anything to block or mute them. they have policy against vulgar language cheating cursing and fighting all the times but igg don't do anything to block them. we report these players several times a day but still they play every day and don't get blocked. this site has lots of taggers put by igg to take your chips. also lots of bots placed by igg to take your chips. players clone other women and display their private parts we complain but igg don't do anything to stop or block them. just horrible site if i was to review it would be zero
Can't change my name....
I tried to change my name and I can't. It don't let me. Also I don't like that everyone can see your country where you are from. Also I don't like the fact that everyone sees your ID number.. so easy for stalkers to find you because of these three thing. Dawggi
Why in the middle of the Month.
Why would you stop the sign page in the middle of the month..I also object to the obscene pictures that come up and remarks...
Images and vulgar dialogue
Terribly graphic "profile" pics (not faces) disgusting comments. A lot of bigotry and argumentative people. I like the game, just hate if I don't accept a buddy request from one of these trolls get bombarded with crude comments and have to switch tables or quit. -Now I can never get the points or free chips for going on the 24 days. It drops back to day one. Still not getting the credit for 24 days. * Still don't get the 24 day credits. * I just wonder if these idiots would go all in every game if it was their real money. Sometimes the only way to play is to follow the idiots.
Awesome
Most fun!
Bunch of thieves
This app allows you to buy chips and then they delete your account so your chips are gone, after you pay for them. Them there is no support so they just got your money without having to give you the chips you bought… beware scam scam
Awesome Fun
Very addictive. Like playin with your favorite friends and enemies worlwidea.
Crap
Lost 3M in the past 2 days due to game being cut off!!! What's the point in playing big tables just to get cut off right at the end, pointless
Pic profile update
Y’all need to fix this! I can’t even upload my new photo without it kicking me out every time!
Card game
Very good game of card
Chat
They took away my chat privileges years ago, its time they gave them back, i did nothing wrong.
Poker Deluxe Texas Hold Em
Excellent free poker game playing against real players. Plenty of opportunities to earn free chips. The only problem I have had is with their tech support. When I had a problem and tried to get help from tech support they had trouble understanding the description of the problem. Described the problem multiple times and they still didn't fix it. Frustrating, but I've been able to continue playing the game with the problem unresolved.
Fixed
Game supports asain and new players at high buy in tables. Buy in CHEAP N PLAY THE TYPICAL BINGO HO!! Don't speed a dime here!
My game
I like to play this game but way too slow for me. Need to reset the timer on players to less time to wait.

Poker deluxe
Nice game
Can't get on since my ipad updated
Can you fix this app can't get on since my update on my iPad it keeps crashing and stop cheating I guess if your from the USA you lose only ones winning is oversea not fair
Latest update is the worst ever
It's a reasonable game of poker, and recently there is less obscene images - although they do still happen. Hence it really is for adults only! And ensure your children are not watching over your shoulder as they may see images that are really inappropriate. They recent update has cause more problems than solving the ones they had. I can't send chips to friends on my buddy list nor can I accept new buddies. If you are happy to play without buddies which someone people choose to do then that's fine. I like buddies and I like to send chips. So hopefully it will be sorted out soon. Other than that it's nice to mingle with people all over the planet, and I find most are lovely and friendly. Just hope the glitches are fixed soon. If they didn't have the glitches I would have given 4 stars out of 5.
Texas Hold Em Deluxe by IGG
I like this Texas Hold Em better than all the other ones out there. The game is generous, too, at first, by making sure you get a chance at a running start. Definitely recommend.
THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR LIFE
IGG IS THE BIGGEST SCAM ONLINE. THEY STEAL YOUR INFO. THEY CHEAT. THEY LET BOTS ON EVERY SINGLE TABLE. THEY WONT PAY WHAT YOU WIN. THEYLL BAN YOU FOR ASKING THEIR TEAM ANY QUESTION. THIS APP SHOULD BE REMOVED AND IGG BANNED PERMANENTLY FROM ALL ONLINE APP STORES. THEYRE A BUNCH OF EVIL, LYING, THIEVES IN ASIA. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. WANT PROOF RIGHT HERE AND NOW. GO TO THE RIGH AND HIT THE APP SUPPORT BUTTON. JUST DO IT. THAT WILL TELL YOU HOW BUG OF A SCAM THEY ARE. I HOPE SOMEONE DOES SOMETHING TO PERMANENTLY REMOVE THEM FOR GOOD.
Great app!
What I expected
Too many connectivity issues
Truly fun game but completely spoilt by the constant issue of being disconnected at crucial moments. My internet connection is the absolute best and this and scrabble are the only two sites I have issue with. Also when you complain no attempt is made to return lost chips so makes the whole game completely pointless.
Poker Stars review
This game is ok, however play can be slow at times and it is definitely for ADULTS only due to the questionable images that appear from time to time posted by players.
Review
Fair and Fun. Just need to police the photos of players. I do not want to see sexually explicit images. Internet porn and it should be easy to track these folks down and charge them.
Dont like changes
No longer rewards daily long ins. Still can not change name or photo
Good but could be better
This App is very good but a lot of things could do with improving. (I only play tournament poker so my review is based there). 1. There is a lot of instances where there is no audio output from key presses (audio from loading the app to spinning the slot machine wheels would be a benefit). 2. The dealer button moves clockwise around the table regardless of players being knocked out, meaning you can often miss a big blind. Fun but not correct. 3. The dealing algorithm could do with improvement too, at times you could be forgiven for thinking there is a dozen aces in the pack. You can see AA so many times in one tournament (four sets in one, often). 4. Despite my own liking of the Prev Rnd button you shouldn't be able to see the hand that bluffed you off a pot. It's just not poker! Nevertheless it's heaps of fun and I do recommend this app, just don't think yourself a pro because it's very easy to win millions!
poker
Not safe enough to use my money on, to many times it will freeze up or through you out of the game after going all in and not getting to see the final card before you get to leave. Plenty of free money to start it is up to you to keep winning to keep playing.
Good poker app.. but..
Please FORCE this update on players, if they want to login, make them update first. People are not updating their app which gives them advantages over the rest of us. They're able to see hands that they shouldn't be able to see when a hand ends, by looking in previous hand they can see the winning hand when no one else can, and in fold and bounce they don't have to pay the 100k when everyone else is paid automatically. why should they have these advantages for not updating? Fix this and I'll give 5 stars
Been playing it for 3 years at least
Thanks, it's quite fun!
Rigged
The most rigged game out there dont waste your time here,i would give no stars if i clould most rigged godam f Game and apple owns it so do the math
