Useful reporting tool

Great program to get feedback from guests
Keeps you informed on what your guest experience is!
。
This app is extremely important to our business performance, yet it is full of bugs, and I have never had a single support interaction where the issue was understood the first time. It is very stressful. Aside from the support quality, the large number of bugs is something that should seriously be improved.

Date and time
The date and time of the visit and response are incorrect. I hope it will be improved as soon as possible.

Tool doesn’t work in iPhone 11
The app works good on iPhone 7+ but I got a new iPhone 11 and I’m unable to set the dates and app jams every time I try to set the periods I’d like to get reported.
