Horrible customer service
There’s discrepancy about a purchase, their customer service did not even say sorry as start but keep saying check what I bought. Never experienced something like that in my life!!

App
Not workable for American credit cards
Why can't you invest in having a proper app experience?
and why can't the iPad app be a proper iPadOS app that supports landscape mode?! Does one really have to undock an iPad to use the app? PCHome is not committed to excellence or focused on its customers' satisfaction in producing these tools.
❤️
Lots of information, no English
Many Taiwan companies realize the benefit of offering an English version of their websites. PCHome is not one of them. I haven't lived in Taiwan long enough to have learned much Chinese in any form, so it is not possible for me to shop using this app without a separate device running a translator. It can be done, but would be much more pleasant to be able to select English like Carrefour or Costco.
Why can't I pay by credit card?

UX NOT FRIENDLY
