Love Traveling
We love to travel and used Travelzoo for a trip a couple years ago. It was amazing
New orleans deal
I signed up for the New Orleans getaway and now o don’t see anything on the website about it
What about Ulster?
I love the site and the great range of fabulous holidays. Only gripe is that it’s to hard to find holidays leaving from Belfast or Dublin - choices available to us. Can this be improved before I retire and have the chance to work down my bucket list? With hope! X
Not all what it says
Prices here are no more discounted than purchasing on own. Plus there is a membership fee
Annoying pop ups
I have an account with TravelZoo but when I look at a tour listed in a TravelZoo e-mail I keep getting the pop-up asking me to pay £1 to get 30 days free subscription. I had already done this and since then took an annual subscription. However the pop up continues to come up and it is impossible to get rid of it.
Best deals always
Can’t beat the money saved.
$$$$
Sucks that you now have to pay to get booking! NO TY! Plenty of FREE sites!
Amazing Travel Deals! Clunky app
The deals are phenomenal and I love it all. My only complaint is the clunkiness of the app. Its difficult to navigate back and forth between pages. I usually end up closing the entire app and go back in to switch from deal to deal. It’s a pain. The website is excellent! The app is…meh.
Only seem to work if in the UK
I entered Spain as the location and my postcode, but the app froze and seemed not to like my location despite it being an option to create an account?????
Changes
I’m disappointed after being a long time member that now special offers are for paid subscribers
Explore More!
I’ve enjoyed a few Travel Zoo 20 deals & always look forward to the next one.
App not working
When I open the app and on the homepage all I get is a blank white screen.
Would love a custom view
The deals are great and the search is good, too but I wish I could customize my view. It always has featured locations or vacation types and I can’t get rid of ones I’m not interested in. There are some destinations featured every week that I have no interest in, meanwhile it takes up real estate on the screen and causes me to need to scroll or search to get to what I want. I would love if it was more customizable and would show me more of what I want up front. Some people want family trips, some people want adults-only or independent travel. Some people love a cruise or beach resort vacation and some people only want to visit cities. The rest just becomes noise.
Deceptive
Most deals actually more than headline price. Most trips which include a flight do not include baggage or transfers, which when added result in little orno saving. Based in North East England very few deals fly from north east airports and we are often sent details of packages which claim to have local departure which on closer examination depart from southern airports.
Not for solo travelers!
The app has decent deals, but if you’re a solo traveler like myself, there are hardly any deals ever. The single supplement on most of these vacations is essentially 100%, you can book these vacations for the same prices without the “help” of anybody working at any agency that travelzoo works with.
Just Love it
Amazing discounts in many destinations, you will save a lot in resorts, tours, cruises. If you are a travel addicted this is for you.
Deceptive refundable surcharge fees
So these so called deals makes it seem that the surcharge fees apply to hotel surcharges, if booked get back $25. Nope the surcharges fees apply to Travelzoo passing credit card fees to their members. However when first purchase a voucher, it states boldly that surcharge fees are refundable up to a few days prior the trip if cancelled. When the voucher is purchased the date is changed to 2 weeks and not made bold. When cancel a voucher all of a sudden the surcharge fees are no longer refundable. Thus Travelzoo does bait and switch of so called refundable fees that members are thinking are applied to the hotel booking surcharges but way it’s worded purposely misleading to cause confusion and for Travelzoo to obtain $25 of members monies. The AG needs to look into this deceptive advertising of surcharge fees.
I Need to Travel
Lousy choices from Alberta…!!!!!!
Can’t use app
When I open app, it states a newer version is available but when it takes me to access the new version, no new version is available. But I still can’t use the app because it won’t let me use the old version.
Selection does not Finish Opening
When I select a special destination link the app gets stuck processing and remains on the “on your way” screen. I cannot see the recommend deal due to the glitch. Would appreciate app support to investigate the issue and provide an updated bug fix. I am a paid member and this is disappointing.
Love to travel
I love travelzoo and the best deals ever, looking forward to travel more.

Longtime fan
I’ve been viewing Travelzoo’s top 20 since 2009, and have found many a deal with them. My needs have somewhat changed as I need accessible hotels and transportation, so if Travelzoo could include deals that have these as options it would get 5 stars and beyond!
Search by Date
There should be a way to filter and see every deal that’s available during the timeframe you specify. The app requires you to click on a deal first, then enter dates just to receive the message there is no availability for the dates entered. I have yet to find a trip that’s actually available. The current process is a waste of time.
Okay but a little limited
There does not seem to be anyway to print vouchers from the app. I had to email it to myself and print the PDF. Adding vouchers to my Wallet does not seem to work either.
Africa
My best vacation ever was booked thru Travelzoo… South Africa safari… Bukela Game Refuge… if you ever see it again on Travelzoo, GO FOR IT!
Won’t load
I keep trying to look at a deal to book it. Site won’t load a keeps saying “something went wrong “ and to refresh my screen.
Hotel offers
Most of your hotel offers are unavailable- I have been ringing dumbleton hotel all week to place a reservation- the phones do not answer and they do not return messages (7) Finally got through rand the nearest date for reservation is 28th February Also every nickname for this review appears to be taken tried 5 🤪
No solo selection
If you are wanting to travel solo you will most likely be paying for 2.
Chicago Hotel Deal
We had an awesome experience booking through Travelzoo on a fantastic deal at the Swissôtel in Chicago. We had amazing views of the river and lake! We also received free beverages and $15 off daily on the hotel restaurant. The staff were accommodating and friendly! We even walked back to the hotel from Navy Pier with a 4 and 8 year old because of the close distance!

Missing one key feature!
All these amazing deals, but the reality is many of us have fixed holiday dates. You can search by all sorts of stuff except for the date that you're available to travel. This app definitely needs that feature and then it would hit five stars.

Great App
I’ve found so GREAT deals from the app
NEVER BOOK A TRAVELODEAL TRIP
The absolute worst TRAVELZOO and hotel experience of my life was a TRAVELODEAL trip through Travelzoo, after 19 years of Travelzoo trips.
Not bad
New at it be back later
Travelodeal
Advertises bargain prices but the devil is in the detail!! Transfers increase, hotels are not available, always hidden price increases. This is not the first time we have had dealings with them - the same experience each time!! A disappointed Travelzoo member yet again!! David
Alles gut und übersichtlich.

Something wrong
The app keeps making me update to a new version. When I go to the App Store, it says I have the latest version. A never ending cycle.
app toooo slow
30secs to load the app, 30secs to sign in using federated, and another 20secs to load post-login. why so slow? All my other app loads instantaneously on my iphone
Love it
Been using it for over a year and love the app and Travelzoo in general!!
Kathi jegorow
Just started travel zoo. So far easy to use😃
Travel zoo appt
There is still room for improvement. This app is having difficulty with ticket purchase through Mirvish Production.
Thank you
TravelZoo suggest wonderful trips that are very reasonably priced. You are much appreciated, thank you, phh46
Top20
Can’t see the Top20 because of a pop up that wants to know if I want to be a member. Forget the site!
Excellent
I use this app frequently in deciding hotels and restaurants while travelling.
Should be more stars
I would have given this more, except the app kept asking how I’m liking it. I’d have given more stars if it didn’t ask every minute. Hopefully it goes away now
Great app. I have found some great travel deals through Travelzoo
Always new deals every week.
