Unable to open in iPhone

Fantastic update in 3.1 release
Great app refresh, more intuitive use, comprehensive functionality and snappy response!
Apps
The usage data when back to Feb 2026
It was ok a few days ago. Now it is showing feb data and not updating.
Does what it is meant to!
This app works well, it allows me to view bills and make enquiries on my account. Face ID makes logging in easier than the website. Exactly what I hoped it would do!
Works well
The app works well, I just think the UI needs to be updated. It feels very old-fashioned.
functions…
so far, the only function for this app is to review bill(s), would there be other functions enhancements ahead? that would be great.
App does not work after update
Cannot login after update, forever loading in circle
Poor
I’m using an iPhone, and the app won’t open—it just keeps loading.
Problem with new IOS
Cannot open the APP with IOS 26.2 installed
Hard to find what I want
To be honest , what is that menu ? It is so hard to browser inside the app. The data visualisation is bad
Please update in iOS US store
Please update in iOS US store
Not helpful
Broken links and unregistered user links. I would not sign up but this is forced. They can do better but choose not to as they seem to be government therefore no need to innovate or make something clean and user friendly.
Can’t use after updated
The app just can’t work properly after updated
