新制規定（2024/7/15 起）：房東收取電費必須依 台電帳單平均電價，不得自行訂定固定單價。 不肖業者、房東還在那邊遊走法律邊緣一度收五元、六元，請問是隔幾六十間共用一個表？該照台電計費就是台電計費，在那邊貼出來一度五元、六元，真的都覺得租客不會檢舉耶，平台為何遲遲不設定必填項目只能台電計費，其他計費均違法，怕得罪房東或業者嗎？

一堆根本的問題沒解決 只顧著介面美觀 缺少的篩選條件這麼多 光是開放式格局、排除頂樓加蓋、一定樓層以上/下、坪數以上/下 這些最基本的東西都沒有 現在連樓層都看不到了…

如題每次剛開啟app就會亂跳視窗 為了取消有時會誤觸然後就顯示已留言或是新增對話什麼的 沒多久就有房仲回覆甚至打電話來問我要不要看房 我根本不知道我按了什麼….

啊都好幾年了也沒有要改的意思，還是一堆為了讓房子看起來很大吸引人租，還要讓費時間審查去現場看。

實際上的房間可使用的區域比網站上的照片小很多，不同格局就算了，說是7.5坪實際上加上陽台最多6坪，難怪上架快半個月了的電梯套房還是租不出去（陽台窄到我寧願沒有），光線不足（陽台的光都被浴室的牆壁遮完了），白天需要全區開燈；唯一的優點是有氣密窗隔音較好。 建議租房要找新上架的房間🙂
